I had to park in a red zone out in the street and quickly run into their office. I was told someone would be right with me. Well, after waiting and waiting in this crowded, disorganized office with people running around holding up paint sample chips up in the air, I decided to leave. If this is how they ignore customers and have such poor housekeeping on display, I can only imagine how many months and months my truck would have been lost in this quagmire if I had decided to have them paint my truck! The REAL mystery is why some of the reviews for this business were so glowing? Maybe I showed up on a bad day? Maybe they need to hire more help? BAFFLING....
