So, my wife tried this place after work one time and liked it. I like Teriyaki Ninja, but decided to give this place a chance. I will not be coming back. I got the chicken bowl with brown rice. It comes without sauce on it, which I thought was kind of strange. I do not like the fact that the sauce is room temperature in the dispenser and on the table. Personal preference I guess. The chicken looked like chicken pieces, not too appitizing. The rice was ok. I think the sauce is too salty for my taste, and the fact that it goes on luke warm or room temperature is a problem. I like the sauce to be hot, or cold, but not in between. The place is very small, with lousy music playing. I am not going to bash the employees, as they did fine, but you can tell who is an emplyee at a chain, and who is the owner, with a vested interest, not at a chain. I will keep going to Teriyaki Ninja. Bottom lining it: If you want cheap eats, with questionable origins, then Flame Broiler is for you. I prefer to frequent the business owned by locals, run by the owners, whose food is priced just fine for the quality and quantity you get...go Ninja. read more

The service was fast and the building was clean. However I wasn't a big fan of the food there wasn't much flavor to the meat and they had tons of sauce options almost as if they knew it was on the bland side. I would prefer to just eat chipotle. read more

The Flame Broiler knows what it's doing when it makes it's rice bowls. With an easy to follow menu, a variety that is concise but not without depth, and a definite emphasis on healthy eating this is a fine establishment for reliable, affordable, healthy living eating choices. Their meat is always clean and fresh tasting, their chicken bowls are probably their best dish. They can do a whole with their seemingly limited variety. Stick with the bowls though because you don't get much more for your buck with the larger entree's. There are zero complaints I can make about the food - it's all that good. If only there were some additional, larger items (a giant bowl perhaps) to accommodate those with a more robust appetite and maybe some other side dishes to mix with your bowls. Nevertheless, this is a fantastic place to eat and I enjoy it everytime I go there and get my Works bowl with extra jalepenos, and hot magic sauce. read more

Just got off the phone with manager. Very Disappointed! I come here every Tuesday on my way home from school to pick up two bowls for my girlfriend and myself and today there was a DEAD FLY in my bowl! I called to complain to manager and he asked me if I wanted a new one....Do I want a new one?!? after i just got one with a dead fly in it?!?!? NO WAY! I want to get my money back and let my stomach settle and decide maybe after a few weeks to go back. I am a loyal customer who comes all the time and now I will NEVER go back. Food was hot and made to order. No complaints other then in was a little messy and the tables were not clean. All in all it was a good time. Love that they are next to a frozen yogurt shop and you can enjoy desert after a freshly prepared lunch. I got the steak bowl without veggies and white rice. So yummy! My son gets meat and chicken only and the hubby got the chicken bowl with brown rice and veggies. We love this location and will be back. read more

This place has good, solid chicken/beef/rice bowls. They also offer brown rice if you want to be a little bit healthier. I have been to this location numerous times and I would recommend it to anybody. read more

I come here frequently , but the last 2 times my bowls have been pretty skimpy. They claim its because the bowls are bigger, but that just not true. The portions are much smaller and not really worth the price anymore. I'll try the one in Temecula to see if they have changed there portions. if so I'll start going to Waba instead. read more

My beef bowl had no meat and had a lot of fat. I come into flame broiler at least 3 times per week after the gym and I've never experienced this. I talked to Rallen and she told me that this is how the serve their bowls. Full of rice and no meat. You definitely lost a customer. read more
