Horrible. My mom and I came by for a late dinner and got half and half bowls. Before we had even turned around from getting our drinks, the girl at the counter was giving us the food. Should've been my first clue-normally Flame Broiler takes a few minutes while they get your food prepared. Food must've been premade. Sat down and started eating and the meat was cold, and just on the edge of being dry. Asked them to fix it, the girl told me they would remake it. Ten minutes later she came back with our same bowls and told us they had heated it up on the grill. Great! Except now the meat is bone dry and closer to jerky than a teriyaki bowl. We figured we'd just deal with it and commenced reconstituting it with soy sauce and their magic sauce. Fine, so we're eating jerky with teriyaki sauce. I get halfway through the bowl and find a curly black hair in my rice. I really can't put into words how grossed out I am right now. I will give them credit for this only-when I told the girl at the counter that I wanted a refund and showed her the hair, she did not argue -just said wow- and gave me cash back. We walked across the parking lot to holiday cafe where the rest of the family was eating and ten minutes later saw the staff close up the flame broiler and leave. I can only conclude that they are cheap (trying to pawn off whatever leftovers they had from the day) lazy (didn't actually remake the food, just turned it to jerky) and low quality. My advice? Save your money and go to Holiday Cafe. I was pleasantly surprised with them. read more

Had no issues with Service or quality of their food, both top notch. Front counter guy was Non-chatty which was fine w/ me. Food was hot and tasty. Got bowl with grilled veggies as the base with chicken as the protein. I always get a side of chicken cause it's so good and filling. read more

I usually come here late nights and in need of something that's a little on the healthy side. It's always clean in here & what really makes the experience is the guy who works the front with the curly hair & glasses. He has the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS that I have encountered in a very long time. He is very respectful, keeps this place clean, brings our order to the table & is very friendly. There's a light shining through this guy and he's going somewhere. (5 star service) Now about the food... It's pretty good & I enjoy the sauce that goes on it. Typical rice bowl. This location is horrible, first of all they never have the AC running! It's hot specially during the summer and all they have on is the ceiling fan! Im kind of bummed out. Today I stopped by on my lunch break, this is the first time I've been to this location in a while. I hate to agree with the other reviewers, but this location has gone down hill. Th bowls are different and meat was very sparing, I also felt the flavor lacking. I dont know if I want to come back to this location anymore because of the change in flavor of the food. I've been to a few other locations but this one tasted the best of all because other 2 sucked; the taste was ok IMO. The chicken was bit too chewy and there were burnt bits everywhere; I assume that they don't clean grills often. The restaurant is always clean everytime I visit and employees are friendly. Staff really friendly and nice. The place is very clean and in a great location. The chicken was welled cooked and quite delicious.

The five stars is for the teriyaki bowl and the wonderful service that I received from Eric. I agree with ErnestoP. Very little AC and the fans don't do much. When I said " Man! It's hot in here the cashier says, "I know." The rice is terrible. How do you mess up rice at a restaurant where that is a main ingredient?! Brought out our food and I asked about a fork. He said go get it over there. For some reason, this Flame Broiler is better than most of the others I visit. It might be because they are newer...really I don't know. I do know this place is much cleaner than most! Going here for lunch during the week can be a hassle as the parking lot gets slammed making parking tough. The food is very consistent and the service is always good. read more

I just spent 8 dollars for a bowl of rice with a few pieces of chicken and a few pieces of beef. They raised the prices and began giving less meat in all plates and bowls. Needless to say I will be taking my business back to waba, worth the extra drive. You spend less and get more and taste better read more

This place is good, they even have sriracha! But I believe they cook their tofu on the same grill as the meat, because there was a piece of chicken in my tofu bowl. But if you like eating animals I'd recommend this place. read more

Decent place for a healthy bite. Got a white meat chicken bowl with veggies and brown rice. It was a satisfying amount of food, and I didn't feel like my heart was clogging up like how I would feel at other fast food joints. They didn't sauce it up too much, and let me sauce it up to my liking which I liked. So big plus for that part! read more

My husband brought me here since I had never been here. The visit/food was ok, nothing to write home about. When we got there, only a couple of people were eating inside. Service was quick. The food was not too great, it was mostly rice and very little meat. Maybe I'm just used to Waba Grill. Next time I'll just go to Waba Grill- same prices, maybe even a bit cheaper, and more and better tasting chicken. Probably won't be returning any time soon. read more

Ok So I placed my order and then I added on a drink afterwards and he told me it was $2.11 I got the money out exact change and I put it on the counter and gave me a dirty ass look like I should have put it in his hand. So then I go I get my drink he YELLED OUT two people's numbers that's I guess they didn't hear him, he say it again still loud aggressive, actually everyone just looked at each other. And he finally calls my number I go to get my food and again he says it very nasty and then I said are you angry why are you so angry and he just looked at me and didn't say anything. I like their healthier options. The sauces are what really makes everything taste good!

Umm this place is mediocre compared to Waba Grill.. The meat here tasted to much like teriyaki, you couldn't even taste it to be chicken. Other than that, the brown rice was really good, the steak same as the chicken to much marination of teriyaki or something, because you could not taste the steak. The staff here are great. We call in to-go orders from work all of the time here and no matter what whoever answers the phone always makes sure to take their time and make sure all fo the orders are correct. The food is good. Not really worth the price, but work pays for it anyway. read more

I got the half and half bowl and my first red flag was that I can it didn't even take five minutes to get our food. as soon as we ordered, the food came out. not that this is a bad thing but I saw when the guy in the kitchen just scooped up the meat which had obviously been sitting there and just put it on the bowls.
