Organic Tofu Bowl - Regular (5 oz Protein) add avocado - with Magic Sauce!
    Courtney E.

Always a healthier option for lunch! I have worked near this spot for YEARS and didn't realize it was over here. My coworker told me about it about a year ago and I'm so glad she did! I appreciate that there is a tofu option and that it's overall pretty healthy. They have bowls, mini bowls, and plates with steak, chicken, and tofu as protein options. Base options are rice, veggies, salad, or a mix of rice and veggies. Gotta get the magic sauce. Dining room is always clean and the staff is friendly. Quick to-go orders, always fresh and hot! I wish they had one closer to my house, but at least I can grab it after work to take home for dinner.

Cooked fresh after ordering. Lots of healthy options. Spicy Korean chicken was krispy good with that zing of spicy. Crunchy never soggy veggies. Small clean dining room Lots of orders to go what I've seen but they do have dine in.

After years of thinking this was like a grilled burger place, and learning that it's actually an Asian bowl place, we finally gave it a shot at lunch today. I had the Korean spicy chicken bowl with white rice, vegetables and green onion. I also grabbed a side of kimchi and nori. The standard bowl comes with 3 sauces, the choices are magic sauce, hot sauce, double hot and triple hot. I got 2 magic and 1 hot. Used both magic and no hot, the Korean spicy chicken was spicy enough. It was a good lunch, a pretty clean meal, no big lunch hangover. If I had one complaint, and it's a stretch to call it a complaint, but more advice to others: they pack those bowls FULL! Trying to move everything around to get bites with rice, meat and veg on one fork full was a PITA. You kind of need to dump it out on a plate to mix it up. That said, great value for your dollar!

The Flame Broiler is the Korean fast food attempt. The concept is clever and simple to order: pick a size, a protein, and a rice. Unfortunately, the food itself is also simple, very simple. The plate is the largest size and comes with rice, meat/tofu, half an orange, and a salad. Everything is pretty much premade and the meat is already stir fried beforehand. The problem is everything is prepared so basic that it tastes like something you could make at home yourself. The salad is raw chopped up cabbage without any sauce. I don't even know what to call it, definitely not a salad. Who in their right mind would think that's a good idea? Giving the availability of actual Korean restaurants out there, I don't really see the point of going to an alternative fast food option with inferior taste.

This is one of my favorite places to go and eat! Simple, quick, and tasty. I recommend a regular Half (beef) & Half (Chx) with brown rice & veggies , topped off with Magic Sauce, Hot Sauce, and Jalapeño's and the flavor explosion is complete. I would recommend this to everyone if you like fast, affordable, healthy, and delicious.

I got the plate with half and half chicken and tofu. I had it with brown rice and veggies. The food was great. Not too greasy or salty. However, I have to say I am a little disappointed that kimchi wasn't available when I tried to order it. The tables for dining in were spaced out and were all occupied during weekday lunch time.

This place has the sauce literally, the formula is simple lean flavorful protein on a bed of rice with some veggies a simple formula. You place your order where you select your size, bowls are usually filling enough but if you want a bit more protein go for the plate. Your next option is your base white or brown rice then weather you want veggies and green onions you will have a number on your receipt and before you can blink your food is out and they are calling your number. This is where the fun starts, as alchemy class is in sessions with the sauces. There is the magic sauce which is on the sweeter side and very similar to bulgogi sauce then there are the heat options: Their is a base hot, double hot and triple hot there are also some jalapenos on the side. The triple and double does have some heat but their is some flavor in there heat and you mix with the right ratio of the magic sauce as it is just blissful. For first times I would advise taking it slow as if you go too hot or even too much of the magic sauce you loose some of the flavor as the charred chicken and bee options were seasoned before cooking and they do have a good flavor on their own. The brown rice does not absorb much of the sauces and I find myself jumping between the two, if I get a chicken bowl, I would do brown rice but beef on white for me. This may be a chain but its one of the better options as it is healthy and packed with flavor.

I have loved this place ever since the first time I've had it. During Covid there is inside and outside seating. They encourage social distancing and all employees wear mask. I always get the regular chicken veggie bowl with brown rice. It comes with 3 of their "magic" sauces. This SAUCE IS BOMB!!! SO FREAKING DELICIOUS . It cost $.25 for each additional sauce. (Picture below for size reference) They use fresh veggies (cabbage, carrots and broccoli) They offer steak and tofu White or brown rice Hot sauce Double hot sauce Triple hot sauce And my favorite - MAGIC sauce Anyways. When in Tulsa, if you like the whole chicken, veggie rice thing... I HIGHLY recommend trying this place.

Yet and still, there are few restaurants that consistently deliver on 3 of the most important consumer qualities: ambiance, food, and service. As a local Asian Fusion restaurant that embraces both cuisine and ambiance, Roka sets itself apart from most Asian restaurants with their cutting-edge menu items, inviting happy hour deals and consistent service. I didn't eat out often growing up but I vividly remember passing Roka & fantasizing what it's like inside given it's one of a kind design. I was first impressed by their fried rice when ordering out in 2015 but this review is regarding my visit on October 25th, 2025. A dear friend of mine invited me out on a Saturday and I suggested Roka, one of the most reliable restaurants in town. We arrived around 4pm and, to my surprise, there was plenty of seating available. We were sat by the host and our server came shortly after. I can't recall her name but she did have great suggestions and delivered quality service. I ordered the Kung Pao Chicken (reg) while my friend ordered the Sweet & Sour (sm.). The meal arrived in almost record time! I was delighted to look at our colorful, carefully assembled, plates. My meal had a considerable serving size and an even better taste. The chicken was soft, tender and juicy. With compliments from the peppers & rice, I couldn't have been more satisfied. My friend (who is picky) wasn't a fan of the mix of peppers & pineapple but I think she liked it more than she cared to admit. Overall, I had the most pleasant afternoon at Roka thanks to the everpleasing service and most tranquil of settings. It's important to show appreciation to the institutions that you enjoy, which is why I will continue to support/enjoy! Roka provides a welcoming venue, satisfactory menu items and superb service upon every visit which sets itself apart from most other Asian restaurants and above chains like P.F. Changs or Hibachis. If you're in the mood for an affordable upscale dinner with great vibes, this is the place to visit.

I was excited to see the variety of GF options available. Have been there 4 times in the last 6 weeks. The only critique I have is the sauce on the sweet and sour chicken is almost too sweet. One of the times there was so much sauce it overtook the rest of the flavors. Besides that, they are a solid option for GF food. No reactions on any of the visits which was a win in my book.

I'm always on the hunt for a good Chinese restaurant as someone who is Chinese American and grew up near San Francisco. Food: Fried pork with salted fish over rice was 5/5. Delicious, savory, and just hit the spot. The pork was thinly sliced and tender. Though I could subtly taste the salted fish in the sauce, I did not see any pieces of the salted fish which was a bit disappointing. However, the ginger and scallions and peppers added a beautiful heat to the dish. (It made me think of a milder version of a Cantonese dish with steamed ground pork, water chestnuts and salted fish but less fish flavor). Kam Heong chicken with rice was also tasty. They used white meat which is not my favorite but it wasn't dry. The lemongrass really shines in the dish. I've never had it before any where else so I googled what was in it and ordered it since it sounded good. Has a bit of heat to it too which I always like. I had read another review where they said it was like home style cooking and I have to agree. Definitely some unique dishes that cannot be found anywhere else around here. Pricing seemed reasonable too which is always a plus. I will have to order more from them soon! I love finding a new Asian place to eat in Tulsa! Excited to try more Malaysian-Chinese dishes!
