Thought I was order a "kids meal" or a snack when I ordered just 2 Tenders W/ Fries over DoorDash. BOY was I wrong, a tender is almost the size of a normal chicken patty it seams. ALSO, really glad DoorDash didn't allow you to order the 2M heat. I pooped my pants enough with less, but I do look forward to eventually visiting the store itself to checkout the 2M heat. Starting with the positives: I ordered a #3 combo meal medium (mind you a meal just comes with two chicken tenders, a piece of white bread, fries and sauce. No drink) for $12.99. The meal was quite small. Two small chicken strips and less than a handful of fries. My fries were also stone cold. Like they had taken them out of the fridge. The seasoning on them was really good and yes i still ate the cold fries. I'm going to try this place again in a few months in hopes for some improvements. Just really think they should adjust the pricing to be a bit more fair. Either include more food, add a drink or drop the price by a few dollars. The fries were crispy and also seasoned very well. I got myself 2 medium chicken strips and fries and after eating it found myself wanting more. The medium was jus the right spice however; I think I will get the hot next time since I handled medium pretty well. This takes it for Nashville style for me and I find it WAY better than Nash and proper in Roseville. Their chicken is also good but it tends to be on the more bland and dry side. I was impressed with my first two times visiting, but now that they've been open for a couple of months, i'm getting turned off. I thought maybe it was just early start up issues. 1st the positive: I usually go with the two chicken sliders with fries. Bun seems like they buy the basic bargain brand buns next door. A better bun world go a long way for satisfaction!! The Heat is real... hot means hot! This makes me happy. Fries are usually great but this time they were wayyyy over salted with a seasoning salt. I don't recall getting that in past visits. If i wasn't in a rush i would have sent them back. I also don't understand why they are so skimpy with ketchup packets? They hide them behind the counter like they're gold bars. Please offer a commercial ketchup dispenser or bottles for in store dining! Or just put the packets out for self service. Pricing seems steep however you get enough to feed two people so not so bad in the long run Places is very clean, they call themselves a Nashville style house however the white walls are baron and void of any type of decor. This gives the place a very empty, boring cold vibe. It needs some Nashville character added to the white walls! Heck anything added to the walls! Music (radio) is played very loud which makes conversation or thinking difficult. To add to that they had a baseball game blasting extremely loud too, so it really don't mix well with the loud radio. First time in this newly opened business. The decor is sparse but very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful in discussing heat levels. My husband and I opted to try medium and hot sliders. The medium slider was very tasty in flavor but without heat in our opinion. The chicken was tender and cooked perfectly. My husband had asked for no kale slaw on his but they ended up putting it on there so he wasn't happy about that, otherwise everything was very good. The hot level was definitely a larger step up in heat but still had good flavor. My nose ran after eating the hot level. Haha. If you have the time, all you need to do is buy a bag of Tyson's breaded tenders, and Ore Ida Crinkle fries. Then get your favorite wing or tender sauce. Follow the cooking directions for the tenders, then in a bowl, put the cooked tenders, add your sauce, toss it around, maybe put them back in in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes to bake the sauce on. After your fries are cooked, toss them in a bowl, add your favorite sauce or spice and toss it around. Serve and enjoy. If you don't have the time, then go to this place. This is my first and last time going here. I was expecting something unique. I mean I guess you can say that their hot sauce is unique, but the tenders and fries are the kind that you can get at any Mom&Pop burger spot. I went last week with my Granddaughter for lunch at this place. The service is very professional and the food is fresh. The menu is minimal: Sliders, tenders, a type of salad, and drinks. The degree of spice you can have them put on your tenders varies per your request. They even have a "flaming hot" level in which you need to sign a waiver! The reason I think it could have been better was the cooking, in general. The french fries are the normal fries you can get frozen at the store, but they were cooked until the edges were dark brown, a sign of overcooking. If the food is good enough, I think I'd even wait longer if I had to. The chicken itself is fried perfectly. I also have a pure hatred for "crinkle fries" but with their coating (not sure what the whole mix is but it's delicious) they're not to be missed. As stated, the perfect frying of the chicken stood out strong. No matter what version you order, I'm certain the chicken quality will be well above board. All said, I tried the medium version first. Spice levels are a little more mild - the medium is perfect spice level for almost everyone. The hotter levels are no joke. There's a spice level for everyone. I'm always eager to try new restaurants in this area, and I was very surprised by this new restaurant and its offerings. It's a Nashville hot chicken spot. It is as it says and doesn't wander. The menu consists of Nashville hot chicken tenders and sliders, in the heat preference of your choice, and crinkle cut fries on the side. Oh, and side salad option. Simple and to the point, which works just fine with me when you know what you're doing in the kitchen! I tried the slider with fries, and was not disappointed. The chicken - ordered medium, wasn't very spicy, so order up if you like spice - was perfectly cooked. The chicken was juicy and tender on the inside and crunchy on the outside. I don't think I've had a better cooked piece of chicken in a sandwich. It was dressed with a mixed Mayo of some kind, and the slaw, made with kale and cabbage, was not overly dressed or Mayo-ish, offering nice balance. The extra pickles added that extra crunch, and it was delicious! The fries were also cooked perfectly. They were nice and golden brown and well seasoned, unlike some spots that tend to undercook their crinkle cut fries so they come out pale and limp. None of that here!
