I've been going here for decades. I love the food, especially the General Tso's chicken. But in the last year portions have gotten much smaller. Also, I don't understand why when my husband goes in and orders. He is given at least 1/3 more food than when I order the exact same thing. They always insist on loading more than 1/2 the container with lo mein or fried rice, as a diabetic i shouldnt eat either. When i ask if i can get vegetables instead they say no. This place needs to understand that there are people that can't eat all those starches and then there's people that only do keto. They need to be able to offer something other than rice and lo mein. They could've offered steamed cabbage, which is extremely cheap or the vegetables but no, they don't allow it. Then they tell me I can get a vegetable bowl instead, but you can't get any of the meat dishes with it. Very frustrating. read more

Place has gone downhill these past years. But this place has lost their touch. I went here the other weekend, idk something told me don't get the food but I did. So as my family sat down to eat, some complained about there being eggs shells in the food. I shrugged it off. Until it was my turn. Not only were the egg shells in 3 of the meats I got but also in the noodles and rice. Shit was so disgusting I threw the whole plate away. The cream cheese wontons and egg rolls are amazing! The food taste the same as it did 25 years ago. The price is so cheap for how much they load up the to go boxes. The staff is super friendly. Overall great service. The ambiance is the best it can be for a mall restaurant. I will say, they are usually the busiest place in the mall. The memories are a huge thing for me too here. My honest review is this, the fried rice is really good, the lo mein is ass. The egg rolls are not bad but I think they need more vegetables, orange chicken was not my favorite, the general so spicy chicken is not spicy and is phenomenal very good, the beef and broccoli has great flavor but the beef to broccoli ratio is very sad, lastly and the worst part of the meal the sweet n sour is literally watered down asf I spilt it all over the bed was not expecting it to be the same consistency as my water bottle YALL lack on that so bad please stop watering it down it's very obvious and it could be good if you didn't do this. I found this place 15 years ago and they still have the same great taste as the first time I tried them. They have a few selections for your combination plate, but don't be alarmed they are all very tasty.
