Extremely disappointed in this ale house. Management was great, however the food and servers were not. After being seated my colleagues and I waited 20 mins before being checked on for either food or drinks. The meals were prepared incorrectly to include over done wings and the lack of either ranch or blue cheese dressing. The seats were also broken. The thing that affected me the most was the for pay "Jukebox" which literally filter out all of the hip hop music. Needless to say I understand that hip hop is not everyone's cup of tea, but even Drake was not safe... This was a clear indication that certain artist weren't filtered (purged) because of their lyrical content as more so because of the clientele whom are fans of their music. It should be noted however that when Management was informed they made every effort to rectify the abundance of issues. My two stars are a result of the effort shown by management. If not for them no stars would have been awarded. I would also like to note that my bill was partially discounted and I reallocated that money back to my server as a tip. I would never complain for compensation. Great service should always be rewarded and subpar service should be highlighted as well. read more

Ordered a full rack of ribs with the intentions to get a fresh rack. Everyone from my table got a hot rack of ribs. The rack of ribs I received were a little cold almost like room temperature. I asked to have them changed as the first rack wasn't ideal. Mind you I had cut out a bone to check the temp. Me thinking they would prepare me another dish. I then received the same rack with the cut I had made to prove they were the same. All that they did was throw the same rack on a grill leaving a ton of burnt ends. I have been to this Flanigans many times and never have I had an experience like todays I ordered a full rack with sweet potatoe fries and coleslaw - my usual When the order arrived the fries were stale/ cold we advised the waitress she said she would bring out new ones after. 20 minutes of waiting and consistently asking waitress for them they arrived , BURNT to a crisp I was embarrassed to received them Seriously whom in their right mind would so this I asked to speak to a manager after another 25 minutes Mind you I was on my 1 hour lunch Still no manager to speak with .. no ERIN no Robert whom I was told were their names at the very least come out and apologize I am a good client I come here often Needless to say that I will not be coming back to this Flanigans location again . I do enjoy coming to this Flanigans but as of lately if you are quoted no wait time or 5 mins it takes much longer. This is a stop during my lunch hour and it used to be very quick but the hostess lately says they aren't allowed to sit anyone because the kitchen is backed up and the wait till be 30 mins even tho there is a bunch of tables available, do not come here unless you have at least a. 2 hour lunch break. First and foremost this is a great bar for drinking. Not the place to show up in a suit and expect a Capital Grill steak. Food is great bar food including the prime rib. Lots of options and all work. My fries were a little undercooked. Fish tocos were solid along with the rib egg rolls. read more

Curbside takeaway since the pandemic has honestly been one of the silver linings of this pandemic. Yes the small stuff. Since Flannis normally does not have this option, it's been really practical, safe, and the deals have been great. Order online or on the phone. They give your order number. Drive up, park, someone will ask you for your order number and boom that's it. No waiting around it's been prompt, organized, and easy. Look out for their deals. Today was $5 off full rack ribs. Granted it's not the same and I miss the Flannigans pitchers and happy hour drinks but this will have to make due and we can still enjoy some good food while supporting our local businesses and help keep the jobs of the wonderful staff that has been serving us for years at Flannis Jimmy, German, etc! So, it's a great environment for a group of friends, pretty loud inside, good music, happy vibes, good AC temp and yummy options from the menu. The outside sitting is nice as well, but beware, the service might take longer (at least that's what happens to us) every time we needed something from the waiter we would have to wait because he was not always around. We know he did his best but this is what we experienced. We had to ask for napkins like 5 times because there were none at the table. Food wise: nachos were really yummy and huge! (4 people ate from it) fish sticks a bit salty but ok (not "out of this world") and ribs were ok, I guess. I honestly had big expectations because a lot of people recommended it, but I found them to be more fat than meat, kinda burnt and not "so amazing" as they were described by others. The manager and staff are really friendly, but I think the waiters can be more attentive to their tables. Didn't think it was and outstanding service. I hadn't been to a Flanigan's in years. We came with a lunch group of eight and were seated promptly before the lunch rush. I had the BBQ half chicken and fries off the lunch menu. It was only $6.99 plus a drink. Very inexpensive. However, the food was terrible. Both items served lukewarm. The chicken was dry and not noticeably seasoned. Probably cooked in an oven and then left to sit until ordered. The fries were of the frozen variety, but hadn't seen the frier anytime recently. Pretty embarrassing for this successful local chain. We decided to stop by and order takeout from Flanigan's on our way home. During these times we feel it's important to help restaurants and businesses stay open, as they are providing many needed jobs. We placed our order at 7:00 PM on the dot. Food was supposed to be ready at 7:30 PM. 7:42 PM rolls around and nothing. Many cars come and park next to us and get their food before us. OK, maybe they ordered first. Almost 8:00 PM when our order is ready and it's brought to the car. Then to pay we wait another 5 or so minutes. None the less, we paid and of course included gratuity to show our appreciation for those employees running food back and forth to the cars in the rain. By the time we got home, less than 5 minutes away, the fries were so cold and wet from the condensation in the containers they were disgusting. My daughter's grilled chicken was stale and over cooked. And to top it off the hair/ dirty fiber (see photo) was in her fries. That was it. I called the restaurant hoping for a partial refund and spoke to the manager. Nope not our policy, but we can make you another for you to come get it. It's been raining all day and I don't want to have to go out again, so I declined and again asked why can't they give me a refund, especially during these times when customers are not at their restaurant to physically complain about a meal. Said he can give me a voucher for next time. I told the manager I didn't want a voucher as I was so grossed out and upset about their lack of assurance I didn't plan on returning. Again I said it's ridiculous you won't give me a refund. He then offered to deliver new food, but for what? So my 2 year old can wait another hour to eat and pray it's better? No thanks. Sad to say I won't be back at this Flanigan's. Special rules and regulations should be in place for this take out/ delivery only situation. Restaurants need to be held accountable for bad service at all times, not just when you are sitting in their restaurant. The wait alone for a restaurant working on only take out and delivery was terrible. We have ordered from almost all the restaurants in the area and this was by far the worst wait time, service, and food. read more

We went there for lunch yesterday. My husband ordered a plain burger with sweet potato fries. The fries were terrible and soggy. The burger was supposed to be cooked medium well and was rare. Had to return and then returned drenched in a spicy sauce instead of plain. My grilled dolphin had no seasoning and tasted bland. My baked potato was cold. Then ordered coffee and it was burnt. The key lime pie was awful and there was a piece of paper in the pie. Asked for the Manager and server said that he was too busy to talk to us. What a disaster! read more

Kat and Germán are the best bartenders ever. They took care of us before our flight. We stepped in a little after 5pm it was empty that I could hear my echo. This is not normal for this location or any flanigans for that matter. Once the crowd came and the bar got packed Kat and German did not skip a beat! They made sure we always had drinks and always made sure if we needed anything. Thank you for taking such good care of us My only thing is that around 6:30ish the next staff members arrived and we did not receive the same type of service. Disappointing. The baby back ribs and fries were a bit cold when served and the food arrived way before the utensils, so everything got even colder by the time I was trying to eat it. The ribs themselves have a lot of room for improvement, too. They did not "fall off the bone" at all. I guess pricing isn't bad, but I'd rather spend some more cash and eat with more quality elsewhere, especially if I have a rib craving.
