I would like to say things got better but I have never seen such shitty service.... we get there at 8pm and our server faith tells us the drink specials and offers us happy hour. We order drinks then she comes back and said she told us incorrectly and there are no happy hour specials. So 10 minutes later one drink comes out. Then each other drink comes out one by one ever ten minutes. So we were there a WHILE before everyone got a drink. We ordered after that. 40 minutes later the food comes out. 2/3 meals are incorrect. She takes the food back. Another 10 minutes later we still don't have food. We ask for the check because now we have been there close to an hour with no food and we're super upset. She brings us the check and charges us for food that she messed up and we never got. We grab a manager and he says hold on I will help. 15 minutes later he comes back with NO FOOD and coupons for free drinks.... We left PISSED, hungry and all agreeing we are done with Flanigan's. So unacceptable. read more

Love love love Flanigans food!!!! And drinks are great too!!!! Had fish dip....YUMMM Had clam chowder with garlic rolls = mouth watering and enough to make me lick my fingers to clear away the garlic butter sauce drizzled all over them!!! Also had firecracker shrimp over lettuce my personal fav!!! And a basket of curly fries.....washed it down with a Miami Vice (strawberry daiquiri and Pina colada mixed) during happy hour! You don't get acknowledged unless you pick up to go. The guy there is the nicest. But when I sit at the bar. It's disappointing. The staff look unhappy to be there. Go in about once a month for ribs and ordered to go thru Covid to support local business. Went in for lunch and sat outside. I ordered chicken philly, always good, bit into tendons three separate times in one half of the sandwich. I told the server, she got the manager, he said he has experience the same thing himself and they have been talking with their purveyor, it's been an ongoing problem. I said oh you know and your still selling it to customers? He said I'll take care of it and took 10% off the bill , three dollars and change. I question him and he said I ate half of the sandwich. Called customer service, he sent me a 10 dollar gift card. With my drink and 20% I still money out of pocket money for a crappy sandwich that was sold to me knowing it was crappy. Sick of supporting local business who don't care about me. Every place has a problem occasionally. It's how you choose to handle it. read more

The Texas Burger! A delivery mishap happened at our table and I ended up with a medium rare Texas Burger and was NOT disappointed! The blue cheese, the onion rings, the bbq sauce all made for a really delicious burger! At $8.99, you can not beat that price! The family and I headed to Flanigan's for dinner a few nights ago as my brother was heading home to PA the next morning .We wanted some place where we could visit and eat without being rushed. Flanigan's fit our needs quite well this visit! From appetizers to dessert, our server was attentive, friendly, helpful, and cheerful. Check out the Joe's Meal Deals which include an entree, Caesar salad, garlic bread, and a drink (soda,beer, or wine). The garlic bread is served with olive oil dipping sauce. My family liked it so much we asked for a second order.All family members enjoyed their dinners. My baby back ribs were tender and flavorful. I really must get to Flanigan's more often. read more

But if you are looking for excellent food, a relaxed casual atmosphere(cross between sports bar and country bar with restaurant) this is your place! I gave 2 stars only because of the good food. Unfortunately staff is very careless and unprofessional especially the manager. The reason for my feeling this way is that we ordered takeout and had it walked out to our vehicle. In which that time, they loaded the styrofoam containers on their side. This resulting in all the oils and sauces to leak all over the back seat of my truck. And when confronted, I was met with a sorry! Well that doesn't cut it when you damage someone's property. I yelled at the manager at which point he kept changing the subject and blatantly disregarded my feelings about them ruining the interior of my new truck. I'm still livid and disgusted! I reached out to corporate only to be ignored. This will cause me to never refer anybody to their establishment. read more

I love eating at Flannigans restaurants. I have never had a bad experience going to one regardless of which restaurant in their chain I have gone to. This one was no different. I came by for lunch this week after a major meeting I had to attend. After a long journey from the southernmost point of Homestead to West Palm, and then a 3 hour meeting to boot, I was starving and exhausted. I wanted to go to a place where I can get some good food and good service. The wait time to get to a table was a bit long...about 25 minutes and there really isn't that much room to wait so we waited outside. Still there were a ton of people there waiting to be seated and the staff did their best. Like most locations, This flannigans was again way to dark. What is with Flannigans and it's aversion to light? Also St.Patricks Day has just past and the normally ever present green and Irish theme at Flannigans got increased a 1000 fold to the point where I was expecting the lucky charms guy to appear and take my order. Seriously, though, our waitress Courtney S was great. She was attentive and on point. She came by several times to make sure myself and my coworker were happy with the meals. I got a half rack of ribs which were great, my coworker go a philly cheese steak which she raved about. Also noticed how attentive our waitress was every time she passed she looked at ours and all her tables to see what was going on and what she could do. Awesome waitress. Great experience read more

Flanigan's is about 1 mile from my home and I would love it to be good. So much that I just went for my forth and last time. Each visit to Flanigan's was worse then the prior. Service was poor. Just bad.. They forgot a drink order and we patiently waited for our server to come by. Finally, we had to walk from the table to get the drink sent over. How about the food? I had the signature ribs with no sauce as I normally add a small amount later. The ribs were over cooked and dry (yes there is a difference as the ribs I personally cook never come out that way). I came here the other night and my server was amazing. Her name was Faith and she was very nice and attentive to me and my daughter. We ordered the pasta caesar with grilled salmon and my daughter ordered Texas burger and it was so amazing! every time we asked our server for anything, it was very quick which we loved! I even ordered drinks and dessert on how much I enjoyed being at Flanigan's with all of their great service and friendly server. I definitely recommend coming to eat here and even asking for Faith as a server since we had no issues whatsoever! read more

The staff were very friendly. We were on vacation and decided to give Flannigan's a try. For lunch it was a little pricey. We tried the Barbeque egg rolls, they would have been better if they hadn't of over cooked them. My son said his chicken wings were good. I was adventurous and ordered the tuna steak sub. It was ok, for me it was a texture thing. The flavor was good, and I probably would have liked it more if it had less peppers on it. All in all my biggest issue was, for the price I paid for our lunch I wasn't wowed. read more

CHECK YOUR BILL, especially if you're getting drinks! They added $30 to our bill for drinks. Happy hour prices were inconsistent even after ordering the same drinks. They added shots to martinis that we never ordered. (We did order the martini's but not the extra shots. The shots weren't even in the drinks, we were just charged for them.) We also order two of the same beers and two of the same wines and each was priced differently. Nothing was consistent. When we asked about the prices the manager Mike responded with "good luck finding it cheaper somewhere else buddy". This guy seems to forget he's in customer service. His tone was so bad the table next to us even looked at us and said they were done after that. Don't let your guard down here. Pay attention to your bill because you'll get screwed if you don't. Funny thing is, when COVID was happening and they couldn't get people to go, we were loyal to them. Now that everything is back to normal, customers are treated like crap. If Mike's on shift, just go somewhere else. His leadership is terrible which will mean the staff will feel safe enough to do whatever they want with your money. This is definitely my favorite Flanigan's to frequent. Krissy & Brandi at the bar kick ass service and hospitality is five star. They definitely have the best lunch and dinner specials in the town. Good size bar filled with friendly locals. Nice size dinning area. The food is always on point never leave disappointed. Flannigans on 10th Ave is amazing! We are frequent fliers there and enjoy sitting at the bar or booth and enjoying a great meal with a much needed beer!
