This is the absolute WORST location!!! I have NEVER had a good experience. Tonight in particular, my husband and I came at 9:15pm and asked for a seat. We were greeted by a joyless woman named Sammie who told us that it would be a wait of 10-15 mins. As if she was trying to convince us not to stay. This seems foolish and I am sure the owners would not approve. They are very poorly staffed. That's the only explanation that makes sense. In other words, if you're not in a rush then this place is fine or if you are lucky to get a spot at the bar. It's also very tight and small inside with not a lot of room for dining. There's also no room inside to wait. So not my choice of flanigans. We gave up our spot and sat at the bar but are now waiting even longer. We left. After 10 more minutes of being ignored. I would suggest trying this restaurant on Dixie and southern that is the best location. We ordered take out from this one once it was incorrect. Every time I go here something bad happens. My wife and I come here a lot. The service is always great and fast. I recommend the steak house soup. It is very tasty. I wish the bowl was bigger. My wife gets the seafood gumbo and loves it. They are lucky that I can't give 0 stars I should've just stayed home and cooked my own meal everything was just terrible the food was gross I wouldn't even feed it to my dog. The Philly was burnt with some processed cheese and greasy and soggy bread. The one thing we really wanted to eat which was the fire cracker shrimp Patti forgot to ring it in since she was too busy trying to push us on getting some stale ass nachos that was too much waste of food. Been going to Flans since the 80's. Piranha Pats, high tide, etc.... Frequently visit the lake worth location. We had our last meal there today. It was awful. My baker was old, the chicken tasted raw, the fries were rubbery because they were sitting. My dinner salad was filled with water. The place was practically empty which means our food should have hot and fresh. It has always been our go to place for burgers. Not anymore. Sad to say but very disappointed. Our last visit before this visit was just as bad. And Kami, the waitress is abrasive and rude and walks around with a puss on her face. She wasn't our waitress this visit. Hello all, So decided to come here Mon for celebration dinner and not sure what's happened with this place but disorganized and a lack of attention to detail is putting it kind... We where seated with Douglas a young man who used to work here 10yrs prior, and this was his first day back after a dead end construction job. So Doug takes our order and says he will be right back with our drinks and disappeared for 10-min not sure where he went? So he comes back with our drinks but no salad or garlic rolls? We wait another 10-mins and our food comes out and asked Douglas what happened to the salad and garlic rolls? He advises that they should have been brought out? Asks if we wanna take our entrees will bring out the salads? I advise I don't want my food to go cold! Doug says that they will remake the dishes so i agree and Doug disappears for another period of time and then shows up with our salads and burnt garlic rolls. After salads where done Doug brings our entrees and they are the same plates of food he originally brought prior now cold. and I ask why the original plates of food where brought back? He wasn't sure but he would address the issue and bring fresh plates my gf said no and i said yes but didn't want to wait but had no choice. Our waiter takes off for another 10-mins and I am at this point very frustrated the manager comes back with fresh ribs and a cold sides and am wondering how they can be so completely disorganized the place wasn't slammed or to busy? This was not a good experience especially for a birthday dinner and I am left wondering what the management team was thinking? because their attention to detail is poorly lacking. The service was overall good, got seated very quickly and nicely. The sound was something you'd expect from a bar and from people watching sports and celebrating their teams. The food however I need to say something different, the appetizers were tremendous, but my entree was simply lacking. Half my steak was cooked the way i wanted but once I got to the other side my steak was as rare as it can get, it looked like a blue rare to me. I tried complaining about this to the waitress then they started gas lighting me into thinking it's medium. The steak was simply too hard to chew and everything. It also was bleeding a lot! As of right now my stomach was hurting and I'm having trouble digesting it. I wish the staff would've listened to me or at least tried to take my words into consideration I feel my opinion or what I was trying to say was rejected. Multiple of my friends also agreed with me. It's a little worn around the edges but the ribs are still worth coming here for. Oh, and at night the music is loud loud loud. Add in the many TV's and it's more sports bar than family restaurant. The prices, however, are good if you choose correctly. 2 adults can easily share a full rack of ribs that come with potato/rice and the "free Cole slaw. Add another potato and a couple sodas (or ice teas) and you've got enough to share without going hungry. Ribs really are fall off the bone kind - and some of the best around for baby backs --slathered in sauce (you can get dry with sauce on the side if you're on that first date). Too full for desert so can't tell you but these are huge and not inexpensive...so save this for when you're in a large group and you can share. read more

We were pleasantly surprised that we didn't have a wait at dinnertime on a Friday night. My dining partner had never eaten at Flannigan's, so I suggested the ribs. He thoroughly enjoyed the tender, fall-off-the-bone ribs with a side of dirty rice and coleslaw. The rice had a nice spiciness although it was a bit dry. I had the Cajun chicken and pasta. I like the light oil-based sauce and the zesty chicken. The pasta is usually full of a variety of vegetables, but there seemed to be a lack of veggies in my entrée. Still, this is a tasty dish. It comes with 3 rolls dipped in garlic & parmesan cheese. The rolls have a nice crust and aren't drowning in garlic. Flanningan's has a broad menu and reasonable prices. It's a good value. read more
