My wife went to pick them up on Tuesday after 3pm and my uniforms were not ready. She started to sew them on the spot while my wife waited. The quality was horrible. I paid $120.00 cash only for me to have them fall apart right away. I shouldn't have given them a chance, however I like to support ma and pa businesses when I can. Usually small businesses have great service but not only was the quality horrible but the value and customer service was way below average. The lady who was there was so rude and acted like we were a bother. Never again!

Perla helped us and she was incredibly kind and thoughtful, making sure everything was taken care of smoothly. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers. I understand the economics and challenges of running a business today, so I just started paying to dry like I would have to everywhere else. And what I noticed was that when dry was free, the time it took was also short. The dryers here used to be very fast. And when I paid, the drying was very slow just like it is at laundromats where some machines are good and others not and you just found another bad one. I don't mind paying, but also turning the temp down or not cleaning the screens and the airflow is less, is too much. Reading these other reviews I notice that recent negative ones (except for the complaint about restroom access) are all from people without any other reviews on Yelp. Previous ownership of this location always had good employees. Maybe that is no longer true, I can't say, but when I see a new reviewer saying someone should be fired, I think it's something else and not a legit review.

Hey so I have to pieces so far that that need alterations on. First a brand new Ralph Lauren that is a 12 but needs needs to be taken into an 8 or 9. Should be be easy as the seem is in the side. Second. I have a very nice vintage long dress. However at the bottom there is a strip of gold and under that a random strip of black I want removed. Also I'd like to have slits cut up on either side of the dress. Not too high maybe 1' 1/2". Use you you discretion. Last. Maybe press the sleeves. Oops it already has slits. My bad. I would like to know the know the size. Forget the sleeves One thing that is missing is a gold rope belt with a bit of rope hanging down the middle with a tassel. I Thanks! Helen is great! I loved my wedding dress but it was too long. I was afraid it wouldn't be possible to shorten because of the feathers. Helen figured out immediately she could shorten it and also suggested giving the top of my dress more of a sweetheart look. She did a great job!! I loved it. Helen is very sweet and she has a really cute shop. I highly recommend doing your wedding dress alterations here rather than the bridal store. I have had only bad experiences w alterations at the bridal store for all the dresses I've purchased there for other weddings. Go see Helen, you will not regret it! read more

Upon my return, the patches were sewn on exactly where they needed to be and looked awesome! For this speedy work, I only had to pay $14 total. Since I don't sew, this is a great price. I didn't ask if they were for sale, but they may give an idea of the quality of work done there.
