We have ordered carryout from this restaurant twice in two months and have been very pleased both times. We have tried the New Yorker pepperoni pizza, the veggie pizza and the Old Bay and Buffalo wings. The crust on the pizza is WINNING and the wings are huge!! They have an extensive menu and maybe 6 or 8 booths and small tables to sit at if you want to dine in. We will definitely be ordering from this place again. read more

It was my first time going to the carryout. I ordered an 8 inch chicken cheesesteak. It was flavorful and filling. I could only eat half of the sub. I called in my order. On April 1, we ordered a pizza for delivery using their web site. As a finished the order, the site went blank so I had no idea if the order went through or not. After about 5 minutes I had not yet received a confirmation email so I called Flip. The woman answering the phone seemed to lack the ability to even comprehend that I was trying to confirm an on-line order. Instead, kept insisting on taking my order. During the call, I finally received an email confirming the order so I told her that I received a receipt in email, only to be told the drive will give me a receipt when its delivered. I asked to talk to someone else, but we told no one else was working. Really? I asked to talk to the manager, but he wasn't there. He must be at work (?) I finally gave up and hoped our delivery would come. It did, but we we opened it the pizza must have turned over in the car and all the toppings and cheese had shifted to the side or come off the pizza entirely. Absolutely the Best Cheeseburger Sub I have Had Period. 100% Angus Beef with any toppings you would Like, backed up with the bread that just brings it all together, Now they know what there doing. The sauce wasn't overbearing, the toppings were plentiful (mostly under the cheese - but philly cheesesteak pizza shown), the delivery was timely! I really enjoyed the bread they use too. I like to support local businesses, so I gave Flip Pizza a try. I just had a meatball sub meal, and tried a slice of pizza from the warmer. The pizza was dry and rubbery...I fed it to the birds in the parking lot, at least they ate it. The sub was bad, bitter sauce, so was probably rewarmed a few times, meatballs were bland, cold, cheese wasn't melted. The worst part was the bread, literally dripping wet and fell apart. Was not a sub at all, had to eat contents of sub with a knife and fork, but after a few bites, tossed it too. The fries were decent. The staff was really nice, but the food ruined it. The pizzas are very good. This was my first time ordering from them but I will be ordering again. Pizza was a little overdone but the flavors were delicious. Also got chicken bites....real chicken not fake nuggets. These were also overcooked.,Sincevthe flavor was so good I tried to overlook the overdone part. For the first time in 15 years my pizza was PERFECT as requested. I requested the crust to be cooked first before the toppings do it would be crispy. It was the best ever!!! Just the right amount of delicious sauce . It was a little light on the cheese. I also ordered the child's tortellini and it was a portion that was much bigger than I thought. Tried dinning in, flys all over our table. The food was not great, gyro was served with the chicken cold . I will say my son , enjoyed the pizza. The worse part of the experience was the customer service, felt as i was bothering them when asked for assistance or containers. The once perfect and delicious fries were soggy and nasty, I had to throw them out. The gyro was just okay. There were new employees being trained and it seemed very chaotic. I decided to try this spot out for the first time on Saturday, & I am so glad I did. Their customer service was amazing!! The food was really good as well, so that is a plus! But let me just say that even if I had disliked something (which I didn't because I liked it all,) I would be back based off of the customer service alone. I ordered their xx large pizza + cheese bread + salad + carrot cake & they were all made very well & in a timely manner! The carrot cake was my favorite!! They were out of the baklava cheesecake but I am hoping to try that next! I am a petite gal who is 8 months pregnant, and a lovely gal (I didn't get her name but I shall next time I go in) walked me out to my car with the stuff in hand and placed it in the car for me. She did not have to do that, but she did, and it was such a lovely and kind gesture that I will forever be grateful for!!! So thank you guys & gals @ Flip Pizza! So good! Convenient location, quality food and great prices. The club sandwich was fresh, and came with fries.

Ordered a chicken cheesesteak and fries and a pizza. Everything was good the bread for the cheesesteak was so soft and the chicken tasted fresh wasn't greasy. Fries were nice and crispy. Pizza was good not a ton of sauce and cheese was nice and thick. Will be trying some other items soon! read more

Overall with customer service, timeliness, pricing and taste considered, I'll have to give an overall rating of 4 stars. I like to think of myself as a pizza connoisseur with my go to pizza as the margherita. I'd have to rate this pizza a 3.5 out of 5, 5 being the best. In my opinion, the pizza tasted better the next day after a reheat in the oven. I also ordered the poutine, which was not actual poutine. Not sure what is happening here. I used to stop in and get lunch about twice a month. Great Italian Cold Cut Subs... but over the past month or so they are frequently closed with no note on the door or anything to tell the public what's going on. On 5/11/21 I tried calling several times but the phone was either off the hook or they were very busy. I understand that they may have some issues with staffing on a daily basis but to not do anything to keep their client base informed causes me to scratch them off my list of lunch spots. read more
