Our first and second experience with Flooring liquidators located in Dublin was excellent. In fact, we gave them a five-star review. With our latest flooring needs, we tried to return back to the Dublin store, however it turns out that the store had been closed as a result of the recent pandemic. So we turned to the Santa Clara location which is a good 50 minutes away from our home. We insisted on Flooring Liquidators because we needed to purchase the same product that we had used in our previous order. The whole experience was a nightmare and I would never recommend anybody to come to this store. First, the location is very difficult to see and find. LThe store experience was okay, and even scheduling the in-home estimate was okay. In fact I was able to get my measurements done the very next day. However, everything after that was the worst experience I have ever had with any purchase. It must have taken at least 40 phone calls and emails combined to get my estimate emailed to me, order my flooring materials, and constant follow-up to check on the status of my order and finally to schedule the installation. It wasn't until I indicated I was going to contact their corporate headquarters and customer service scheduling number that I finally got a confirmed installation appointment. I will say that Flooring liquidators offers the most competitive pricing for stellar quality product. But that is about all as it goes with this Santa Clara location,and I could never recommend this to any friend or family. Please reopen the Dublin store again! read more

Flooring Liquidators has excellent customer service and and a large selection of flooring to choose from. If you don't see something in stock they're happy to order it for you. I've been to there location once and the staff was very helpful. They even offered to drop off floor samples at my house to make thinks easier for me. When it was time to order flooring I spoke with Mike who answered my questions and the ones he didn't know about he got back to me within 10 minutes. Again great customer service. As I am in the midst of closing on a home, I have been contemplating new flooring. After visiting multiple suppliers, we landed at Flooring Liquidators on a random weekday and were pleasantly surprised. Mike ended up assisting us and found the Luxury Vinyl that I was interested in at a much lower cost. After careful consideration though, we decided to keep the current flooring on the bottom as it was glued in and it would be a huge hassle to remove and then level it again. Mike was able to source the same engineered hardwood that was used by the builder five years ago and luckily in stock at that. He also came down to do a measurement so that I had the exact square footage I should be ordering. What impressed me was that he wasn't trying to sell me on installation, extra frills, etc. Just what I needed and added in additional information that I would need to be aware of. I was in the market to purchase flooring for a new home I recently purchased. After going to Lowe's, Home Depot, and another flooring store I ended up at flooring liquidators. While looking for different types of laminate and ideas for flooring, I had the pleasure of meeting Vince, a very knowledgeable, professional and kind sales associate. Vince took the time to explain to me the different types of flooring, their quality, their durability, as well as pros and cons to the different types of flooring so I guess you can say he educated me in some thing I have very little knowledge of. This was the part that really sold me on where it was I would be purchasing my flooring from. Vince's genuine kindness, and knowledge was a welcoming aspect that many places lack but he truly made up for! Needless to say I will be purchasing my flooring from FL as they also have much better prices for flooring than the others I mentioned previously. I went Flooring Liquidators for better service - at least that's what was claimed. After researching a lot of flooring, I decided to go with Monarch Plank's Windsor Winterfold collection for my house. After a few weeks of installation, we found that the top layer of the wood has come off. After inspecting further, I found that the flooring was already showing signs of wearing. I contacted the Flooring Liquidators and they ordered an inspection with Galleher representative. Although the chipping in my complaint was in the center of the plank, the inspectors were more interested in how the installation was done and used magnet balls to show gaps in the nails which has nothing to do with the problem. A few weeks later, we received a letter from the dealer and Galleher state - Galleher will supply 1 carton of planks and $350 for labor to fix the floor. I haven't heard back from them ever since. Instead of supporting customers with the problem, the Flooring liquidators sided with the flooring company making them completely useless. As a customer, I am disappointed. read more

I can not say enough good things about Mike and his team. We had a mysterious problem with our carpet pad after it was installed and Mike took care of it, had his installers replace the carpet pad with no addition cost. We replaced all our flooring with products from Flooring Liquidators and could not be happier with the look, feel and quality of our carpets and luxury vinyl (that everyone who enters our home thinks is hardwood!) We had shopped around before choosing Flooring Liquidators and the quotes we received for the EXACT same products were 10-20% higher at other local flooring stores. Had laminate flooring installed for family room/kitchen very happy with the all around service. Steve the Manager in the large showroom was a pleasure to work with, my wife changed colors 3 times from original order before delivery without any problem,and the prices were cheaper than all the other showrooms I went to in area and flooring was very good quality and easy for installers to assemble. The installers Mike and Cesar did a fantastic job completed a 700sq ft area including carpet removal and going around island area installing all new baseboard in little over 6 hrs.
