Came to the neighborhood bar to watch the bearcats game...with my 6 week old. They were happy to have us, turned them game on and let us sit in the back room by ourselves. It was perfect. Great service, plenty of space and hot cheese curds! Draft beer selection was ok and bathrooms weren't ultra pleasant, also no changing table but I get it as we probably shouldn't have had our baby in a bar. But it was mid day soooo anyway. Can't wait to come back later and try the burger!

90% of the time, my glass sat empty.

Great food. Highly recommend the French Burger. The two kitchen staff will make you an incredible feed. The two bar staff on at the time (not Rodney), however, give less than zero fucks. I waited over half an hour for a first beer. We were never voluntarily checked on. It was not unlike pulling teeth to get another drink. Always had to call someone over in frustration. The girl who took care of the other end of the bar (there were a total of 9 people all-up in attendance) was always on her phone, and the guy on our half of the bar spent most of his time with one group, shooting the shit and taking shots. In the 3hrs I was there, he definitely drank far more than I did. When it came time to tab out, that was an ordeal that took about forty minutes. He did admit he forgot about it. C'mon! There were only NINE people sitting at the bar. Real shame. Food was great. I get it that hospitality staff are hard to come by right now but.... FIRE your bartenders. They didn't give a shit and it's definitely hurting your business.

This was my first time coming to Floyds. The ppl were great. Got treated kindly, service was fast and the food is really good. Appetizers and soups also served. Definitely coming back

It's a nice little pub. The food is good, but nothing extraordinary. Come here for the cheap drink or dinner specials, which are a good deal, or if you're in the neighborhood. Loud music, conversation was a little strained. But if you're going to make a trip for a good burger, there's better to be had. ...although the serving of totally tasty tater tots (enough to choke a mule!) was very generous!

I would not come here again. Mark, the bartender, was nasty, unprofessional, and unhygienic. He spoke rudely to me and every other customer I saw while I was there, and he actually WIPED HIS NOSE ON HIS HAND before mixing my drink. Disgusting.

    Best cider I've ever had!

Great local bar! The bartender Mark is an old-school dive bar barkeep who's personable and funny. You should check it out.

One of the best corner bars in the city. Great food, great people, and great drinks. Wing night and taco night are my favorite.

The sausage was very tasty, the breading on the outside was incredibly crisp, light, and the egg inside was cooked well. Both the steak pie and the chicken pie were very good. The chicken pie I think really needed the chutney that you can get separately. But that made it so much better and made it my preferred pie. The steak and ale pie was better than the chicken pie as a standalone, but needed a bit more gravy I think to elevate it. Sticky toffee pudding again was delicious. Surprisingly light, not overly dense so I was glad it came with the custard which was very flavorful. Overall, will definitely return!

We ordered the Steak & Ale Pie (crowned with mash and gravy) and the Chicken Balti Pie. Both were delicious, but I think crowning the steak pie was definitely the right call. The chicken balti actually reminded me of the Taiwanese curry pastries (咖喱角) I grew up eating, which was a fun surprise. Very flavorful, and although the pies look kind of small at first glance, they are surprisingly filling. We also ordered the pickled egg -- basically a hard boiled egg with vinegar flavor. Tasty, though probably the most "normal" item we had. One unexpected highlight was the staff. Apparently many of the servers are freelance musicians, and they'll break out a guitar and ukulele song if someone is celebrating a special occasion. Very chill, friendly neighborhood vibe overall.

I had been wanting to try Industry Ales when it opened and was glad to have had the opportunity to finally check it out! I was slightly thrown off, as the dining tables are at the front of this space, and the bar is all the way at the back. In fact, my friend at first glance thought it was a sit-down dining establishment sans bar seating. We found our way to the bar and posted up at two seats. We were offered menus right away and found the bartender extremely knowledgeable. This was super helpful when facing down an encyclopedia of ales. He offered samples when we explained what we were looking for. That is service above and beyond, especially on a bustling Friday early evening. The brews were tasty, but I couldn't really discern what I was drinking apart to say it was a lighter Belgian Ale. Wine is more in my wheelhouse, but always good to change things up, especially when a person has the opportunity to be guided by an expert. The people seated nearby had ordered the tuna tartare which looked delicious. In fact, all of the menu is globally influenced (think: pizza samosas, pierogis, Korean BBQ) in addition to the classic brewpub favorites. In addition to the Brewpub, this location features the Millroom, a speakeasy-style lounge. I did not have a chance to check that out on this visit. Definitely a cut above the usual sports bar and a place to expand one's knowledge of brews.

Whiskey fans, you'll love the huge selection along with the impressive beer selection. Yelp should really hype this as a whiskey bar, too. It more than qualifies. The cuisine is phenomenal. Definitely a place to bring a large party on your first visit, so you can sample a multitude of wonderful creations. Pro Tip: if you can tolerate a large quantity of fish, visit on a Wednesday for their AYCE Fish & Chips. I've had many hum drum AYCE dinners that are drab and only fill you up. Not this one. It's a great meal and a great deal. The Shepherd's Pie was fabulous, as was the Bangers and Mash. They've created a Haggis Burger that has to appease Americans, yet, still be haggis. A tall order since most would hate "true" haggis. Fear not, it's not your grandfather's haggis, it is a tasty burger. The fries were great but I'd recommend the Tattie Skins. We tasted so many different malts it was hard to pick a favourite. No foolin' they had island malts, highland malts, speyside and even a couple from the lowlands. Easy to spend over two hours in this public house. We did. Can't wait to get back to this town. This is a must! 02/26
