It's always good finding new places to eat and drink in 2025 in San Francisco.Walking down the Sunset Strip of San Francisco on a sunny day I had to stop and grab something refreshing to drink. I went to a place which has lots of foam drinks and it was okay with me as long it's not in my beer. This place has all kinds of drinks and finger foods. It's seems to be a new neighborhood favorite I seen people of all ages excited to try the boba in this new 2025 space. It's called Foam. On a pleasant surprisingly sunny November day on an Autumn stroll on Taraval street I saw dozens of students excited about getting Boba outside of Foam which had lots of seating. Inside Foam there are lots seating with a welcoming fun decor. They have a kiosk to order anything from Japanese Croquette, Hong Kong curry fish balls and Takoyaki. I had the Taiwanese popcorn chicken and it was crispy and delicious and savory. I also had mozzarella sticks which were very cheesy. The cheese could stretch across the room. I ordered the Ube Frappuccino and it was tasty and not too sweet. Each sip clenched my thirst. Overall this is a good place to grab Boba on Taraval street between 27th and 28th avenue. I ran into this new location on the San Francisco Sunset Strip when on an Autumn stroll where I "roam" and ran into the new location for "Foam " where you find boba and a decor with a coffee holding "Gnome" as they also serve Japanese snacks in San Francisco the city which is my "home" They sell tasty Taiwanese popcorn chicken and I ordered their delicious drink the purple yam known as the Ube" Frappuccino" which is native to the cuisine that is "Filipino" IYKYK ( If You Know You Know) then he and "she know" and they also sell tonic with Apple but the Apple I am talking about is not the one based in " Cupertino "

I love their popcorn chicken and their fresh sugar cane juice. This used to be across the street, but now they rebranded to a bigger location with more tables and seating. They have many drinks and snacks to choose from so you can chill in there if you want or take your food/drinks on the go. Would definitely come back for their popcorn chicken because it's just that good!

I went on the first day of their soft opening. Love the spaciousness of the new place. It is an extension to their other location, so both places will be open. Drink and food menu is the same; owner mentioned they may expand their menu a little bit at this location in due time so I'll definitely be coming back for that in the future! Love that there is seating on the inside and there's a parklet on the outside; lots of seating to sit and hangout. Favorite drinks for caffeine and no caffeine: Hong Kong Milk Tea and Peach Yakult Slush

I ordered the Guava Jasmine Tea, and it was chef's kiss. As a self-proclaimed guava connoisseur, I'm usually turned off by artificial guava flavoring, but this tasted incredibly fresh and natural. The guava was perfectly balanced with the floral jasmine tea, making it both refreshing and dangerously addictive. In fact, I had it three days in a row. No regrets. I also tried the Oolong Tea with Yuzu Cream, and the experience was just as memorable as the drink itself. The staff called me up when my order was ready and explained that they wait until customers arrive before finishing the drink because they freshly shave the yuzu on top. It felt like a mini show and made the experience so much more fun. I can totally see why it's become popular on social media--it's one of those little moments that makes the drink feel special. The tea itself was surprisingly strong too--it definitely gave me a caffeine boost and even kept me up one night! Between the quality ingredients, refreshing flavors, and thoughtful presentation, HeyTea has quickly become one of my favorite tea spots.

There's a tablet off to the side that you can use to order your drinks. If the line gets too long, a cashier tends to jump in to help with orders. I do appreciate the screen in the corner that shows your order number so you're able to track it. I usually opt for their Coconut Mango Boom and it's never too sweet. Overall, I think the experience is decent if you order ahead. It seems less worth it when there's a long wait. There's also not a lot of seats inside so it feels more of a order and go kind of place.

I am a fiend for Boba when you pair it on a San Francisco sunny day. There are so many Boba places all around San Francisco and some are better than others. I always like trying different Boba spots throughout the city. There is a place I haven't tried and I was excited to give it whirl. On a Holiday stroll at Sunset Strip of San Francisco on Taraval street I ran into a Boba place I haven't tried and it's called Quarters Teahouse. I walked in and it's a small space with a kiosk to order. I tapped in and picked the Guava and Lychee Green tea. The drink was delicious and on a sunny day it was refreshing with the cold ice. I also had to try the mango green tea and it was tasty and not too sweet. They sell finger foods and sparkling ice drinks. It's a must try on a sunny day in San Francisco even in December. Given that, it doesn't escape me that it took just a matter of months for my next visit to happen again. No real rhyme or reason as to why it didn't take nearly as long this time, but I'd be lying if I said that the Ube Halo Halo we tried didn't have something to do with it. While it ultimately wasn't what we ordered, the memory of what we had definitely got us excited to try more when my friends suggested coming here! Compared to the location over on Geary (and the one in Westminster, for what it's worth), this Bambu is better in just about every way. Sure, it helps that it's still relatively new (they opened about eight months ago?), but it's undoubtedly cleaner, feels a whole lot brighter, is a bit more conveniently located, and, most significantly, has way more parking available nearby. As for the menu, it had pretty much all of the usual offerings that you'd expect to find at any of their locations - che desserts, milk tea, fruit teas, waffles, macarons, and Vietnamese coffee. -- MANGO HALO HALO - Green Jello Base with Coconut Meat, Coconut Milk, Red Tapioca, Jackfruit, Egg Pudding, Crystal Boba, Mango Jelly, Pandan Jelly, Nata de Coco, and Topped with Mango Ice Cream While it didn't impress quite like the Ube Halo Halo did, this was still really good. Between all of the mangos (vs ube) and jellies, this felt a lot fruitier and lighter. However, it also didn't feel quite as creamy as the Ube one did, which I kind of missed. -- VIETNAMESE EGG COFFEE Sadly, the coffee is a pre-made mix, so they weren't able to modify the sweetness, but I appreciate that they added plain coffee to help dilute it. Even then, though, this ended up being really sweet. Loved how creamy the egg foam made this, though. Despite how I genuinely like this particular Bambu, I don't know how often I would come back since I don't typically crave che desserts and other places usually come to mind first when I think of where to get milk tea. However, should the urge or occasion arise to go to a Bambu again, I wouldn't hesitate to come back to this one, especially so that I can give their Yoonami Drinks, Smoothies, and Ube Mochi Waffle a try!
