With a firm reservation, we stood and waited for over an hour past our reserved time, then we left and gave our business elsewhere. I gave 2 stars for the food. Our experience consisted of waiting for water refills for over 15 minutes. Cocktails took just as long. Sadly the part that I was most excited for being the food took away the excitement of the gauchoes constantly ignoring us even though my partner and I both had our cards flipped on the green side. Tab was over 200 dollars and I wouldn't have had a single regret paying that and more but it genuinely upset me that I chose you for my birthday yet felt unimportant as your guest. To celebrate a very special night, we chose Fogo as our destination. We had New Year's Eve reservations @ 8:15 pm for two groups totaling 25 guests. When we arrived at the restaurant around 8pm, we were shocked. The lobby and host stand were so packed, guests could barely move or even walk to the host stand. The atmosphere in the lobby was complete chaos. Guests were upset as their reservations had not been honored. Guests with reservations as early as 6:45 had not been seated. Other guests with reservation times that had come and gone were also upset. The poor host stand had to deal with numerous guests upset with the chaotic and unorganized situation. People were yelling attempting to get answers. The host said he had been instructed not to give any time estimates of when people (who mind you had "reservations" that had long passed) might expect to be seated. Our group waited for more than two hours, repeatedly being told our reservation was almost ready. We had guests with us from Spain on their first visit to America. We assured them this was not typical of an American dining experience. Especially on such a special night. After about 2 1/2 hours of waiting, we finally left. We were left with the feeling of not wanting to spend a dime in your restaurant. I will not be back. My guess is most of the people in our group will not be back. I'm also betting our experience with your restaurant will become well known within our circle of family, friends and colleagues. Not your best night Fogo, hopefully you'll learn from our misfortune and other guests will have better outcomes. read more

Great place for lunch or dinner located in Park Meadows, also one of the few places to accommodate our party, we had at least 30 or more people. Came here for a friends birthday party, as usual the service was excellent. We got the same room with a view seating our group. The head server was Jesus, he was excellent in explaining anything and everything. The drinks and appetizers were perfect, all of the meats and seafood delicious. They have a fantastic salad bar and soup station. I apologize for lack of pictures it was quite busy and we were extremely hungry. The majority of us got the Churrasco Experience, which is basically a great way to try the different cuts of meat, you also can go to the salad bar or soup station as much as you want. I also tried the Salmon which was delicious. For those of you that don't like meat. They also have this baked cheese appetizer with honey, you must try it. Not sure why that was one of my favorites, reminded me of a Tasty Keto dish. The grilled pineapple was sweet and savory, and believe it or not I don't like sweets. The crème brûlée and coffee for dessert, was a lovely way to finish my meal. I could hardly move in a good way. The ambiance is cozy, and warm. I must give all the servers and staff, A plus in their craft. I never had to ask twice for anything our table needed. This was a nice change of pace after the Turkey fest and Black Friday madness. What a good night! Our server, Julia, was phenomenal. She has such a huge heart and you can tell she wants to be here at her job and loves people. Her smile lights up the whole restaurant and you can't help but laugh and smile when you talk to her. If you're not even hungry, still come to Fogo and ask for Julia as your server. I'm glad we decided to celebrate a new job today because if we didn't, we wouldn't have met Julia. Ask her about her dog, Princess T! We recently tried to visit for a birthday dinner celebration, with a reservation for 5 (tried being the KEY word). Upon arrival there was a line out the door and they told us it would be a few minutes for our table to be ready. Fast forward to 45 minutes later and still no answer as to when a table would be available. For a restaurant with prices ranging from $70-100 per person you'd expect a certain level of hospitality and decorum, but instead we were met with the opposite treatment. The hostesses were clearly out of their depth of training on how to handle the situation. As a final note, I work for the Cattle and Beef Industry and visit roughly 10+ Steakhouse Restaurants a year around the US and all I can say is I've had far more professional experiences at casual dining restaurants than this. The price of the meals are not casual, so the dining experience should be no different. read more

This 2 star review is generous and long overdue. We've dined here at least 3 or 4 times now and while the service is usually ok at best, on this visit, our service was truly just bad. I actually regret not reading the other reviews that mirror my own experience. During our latest visit, it took a while for our server to even come to us at all and he didn't even introduce himself or really greet us. We actually ended up ordering our drinks with our sales manager who thankfully got our drinks in. After we grabbed our items from the salad bar, we went back to our table and there was a bottle of acqua panna that we definitely didn't order so we asked our server (when he finally showed up) take that off our table. For the first hour we were seated and had our cards flipped to the green side, we were barely served two to three types of meat. After waiting an hour, we finally started being served other varieties of meats. This location is truly stingy with serving meat, we even watched the picanha come out of the kitchen, only to serve just one table and immediately go back into the kitchen after and not appear again for a while. This happened twice. Overall, service was incredibly lackluster, we didn't get our water refilled the entire time we were sat, never had sides brought to our table, they ran out of chimichurri at 6pm, and our server was hardly present. The only time we finally got our water refilled was at the end of the meal when sales manager came by our table and we had to ask him instead for a water refill. It was clear that our server was favoring specific tables while neglecting others. The sales manager did end up comping one of our meals due to us only mentioning we never got any sides, which I am grateful for, but our dinner experience was just so bad, I'd never recommend this place to anyone. There are far better places with higher quality meat and way better service. We even had to ask the sales manager for our check, and when the sales manager gave us our check, we finally saw our server and he was so quick to pick up the check, he picked it up within a minute! Amazing, where was that attentiveness throughout our entire meal? Having been a regular at other Fogo De Chãos in other cities, this is by far the one with the worst service and worst experience. read more

I had what was called "the market table" . it was a salad bar type serve yourself with many different types of meats, cheeses, fruits, and veggies that are common in Brazil. All of them were very unique, tasty and appealing. but the star of the show would be the servers that would come to your table with meats like prime rib, top sirloin, sausages, bacon wrapped chicken, and lamb that were on a giant skewer and cut pieces off onto your plate. to round off the evening they served fried plantains, which had an creamy texture. truly and experience that needs to be tried at least once. read more

Just like last time the meat was bland, dry and had a lot of fat I had to cut off. Definitely not seasoned or high quality. No we won't recommend or be going back. Last time we came it was a not a great experience and we are glad we gave it another shot. Tonight our server Maya stepped up to serve us tonight after our original server wasn't around. My family and I came (party of 10) for two birthday celebrations. We all ordered the experience which included "17 options." We maybe saw 9/17 meat options. All meats, besides the chicken, were either extremely rare or extremely overcooked, and over salted. When we asked our server for better options and expressed our concerns, we saw no change. We asked a second time, and by that point most of us were full and honestly just tired of waiting. A Manager came over and apologized and said " there were 3 private parties and that he would take care of us." My family's experience should not take a second priority because there are other large parties. And absolutely nothing was taken care of. After paying a $900 bill, we left extremely disappointed. We will not be back to this location or probably any another Fogo. The only positive was the wait and bus staff, all were very kind. read more
