The Bloomin' Burger*
Shelby F.

It was alright and we left full. We came here because we had a gift card and we all got a burger. They were all meh and really weren't anything to write home about. My hubby and I got the Bloomin Burger and I was really hoping it was going to be better. They needed a lot more sauce on it as it seemed like there was just a small little dollop on it where the picture looks like it's dripping from it. Had it really been like that then it would have been better. Of course we got the Bloomin Onion and that was delicious as usual and I love the sauce it comes with. Our sever was awesome too and she was super sweet. The manager here too was walking around not that it was busy but he was a very kind man as well. Inside it is a nice atmosphere as well and has the obvious Aussie flare to it. I'll give it another chance but try something different next time we come!

First our server Jason was the only one serving lunch the day we went. He had about 8 tables plus he was seating people. It could have been bad, but he was like an octopus! He got everything right, he was friendly and quick. No complaints! Now the food. The blooming shrimp--- wow! So good and they give you so many for an appetizer. We loved the crunch. My wedge salad was the best I've ever had. There had to be $50 worth of blue cheese on it! My son got the chili, which tasted homemade, very filling! Our steaks were cooked perfectly, the rub they put on the sirloin made up look it up so we could duplicate it at home. We hadn't been to Outback in years, this trip makes me want to go every week!

This is shout out to Laura!! Girl, you crushed it!! Love your smile & attentiveness. Holla at the kitchen. Great job on my prime rib but Laura... My disassembled Chocolate Thunder from Down Under was THE BOMB. P. S. The husband is still talking about Wedge salad too!! Bravo!!

Alice Springs Chicken entree. With honey mustard dipping sauce and loaded mashed potatoes.

I'm not a fan of chain restaurants but my husband wanted a steak salad and I knew Outback has one on the menu, and it was close to our church so we decided to go there. Some of the previous reviews were really sketchy so I was kind of nervous, but it turned out fine for us. You have to be masked when entering the restaurant. The hostess asked for our name and phone number and documented it. We we seated in a booth and the tables were distanced appropriately. Staff were all masked. The server, Beau, took our drink orders quickly and promptly brought out a warm loaf of bread with butter. I ordered the Alice Springs Chicken with a side salad and loaded mashed potatoes. My only complaint with my entree was the bacon wasn't very crispy, it was pretty chewy, but I like my bacon super crispy and it wasn't worth sending the meal back. Hubby got his steak salad. Food was good and service was great. Beau was very personable and did a great job!

Stopped by for dinner reading all the great reviews…read more Be sure to make a reservation as they are very busy. They have an expansive menu with everything from sandwiches, steaks, and other meals. Almost everything is homemade. They start you off with homeade pretzel bread which was delicious. We had the chicken fried steak, burgers and pork chops. The steak was great, hand breaded in house. The pork chops had great flavor. The only exception was the white gravy was a little old and very heavy. The burgers were excellent. Perfectly cooked medium with plenty of toppings. Staff was also wonderful!

The drinks are strong, the food is always good, and service is nothing but smiles. I am bummed the sliders fell off menu but the steak salad and burgers make up the protein craving if you're not having the prime rib. It's never not busy and definitely the spot to be for prime rib night, steak salad or football. Happy hour is awesome because their martinis are killer! The dining area is great if you want to escape the bustling energy in the bar. We prefer the high tops and there's usually one available. Parking can be nuts in this shopping area but the walk isn't far and worth it. Pull up a chair and my friends will most likely chat off your ears while cheering another round of martinis and wine!

Absolutely Exceptional…read more Jack's on Pearl exceeded every expectation. As Texas transplants, we've enjoyed some incredible steakhouses over the years and have traveled extensively, but this was truly one of the best dining experiences we've had. We even drove up from Colorado Springs for our 18th wedding anniversary, and it was worth every mile. We started with the wedge salad, which was fresh, crisp, and packed with flavor--easily one of the best wedge salads we've ever had. The warm bread service was incredible and paired perfectly with the house-made spreads. The mac and cheese was rich, creamy, and absolutely unforgettable. The highlight of the evening was the Wagyu steak topped with cheesy potato croquettes. It was cooked to perfection and so tender it practically melted in your mouth. Every bite was packed with incredible flavor and was one of those dishes you continue talking about long after the meal is over. What impressed us most was that every single item we ordered was exceptional. The quality of the ingredients, attention to detail, presentation, atmosphere, and service were all top-notch. After reading some of the reviews beforehand, we weren't sure what to expect. In our experience, this restaurant is incredibly underrated. Our meal, service, and overall experience were outstanding from start to finish. If you're looking for a special dinner, anniversary celebration, or simply one of the best meals you'll have in Colorado, Jack's on Pearl is absolutely worth the visit. We will definitely be back and will be recommending it to friends and family. Thank you to the entire team for making our 18th anniversary so memorable. -- Andrea & Sergio

We ordered the salmon Sashimi to start (epic), the Hipster Wedge salad, (yummmm) and the filet Champion style. THAT was one of the best steaks we have ever eaten. Incredible. The service was outstanding, the lighting/ ambiance were perfect. Pearl Street in Denver is a cool little district to walk around when the weather is nice too. Loved the area! We will be back!

First, we asked for our favorite bartender Aaron from Littleton who had made the move to this restaurant, but were informed he already quit? Hasn't this place only been open a month? This is probably indicative of operational issues and poor management. Seated at the bar, which was staffed by 3 bartenders, we weren't even acknowledged for 7 minutes. Finally, bartender Troy came by and dropped off menus, but didn't return for a while. Eventually we received our cocktails, which were bland. I don't know if they were not made well, or if they were made according to a recipe, and the recipe is bad to start, but they certainly weren't worth $13 Food was also overpriced, and bland. Everything tasted like it was frozen. The oysters were not cleaned properly and we barely even touched them. Troy, tattooed girl, and long hair guy didn't even check in on us during the course of the meal, as they were trading off between talking to each other or being so busy other bar guests were neglected too. The decor can be best described as "corporate blah". It's nice, but not nice nice. Final issue: the ladies bathroom wreaks of sewage, the smell of which wafts through the entirety of the back restaurant. It made me want to vomit, and I felt so bad for the tables in the area which could surely smell it as well. After tabbing out, we stopped by Lansdowne Arms next door, and found out that this experience is super common since the reopen. Between poor service, low quality food, overpriced cocktails, and the literal smell of human excrement, we will not be returning. What a shame
