This place is awful, everything from the service to the food. Server was awful with the personality of a garden slug. It was obvious he didn't want to be there and hated his job. We sat in the bar area at 4:15ish, he was the only person waiting, bar tender was tending. Had a steak that tasted of freezer burn, blooming onion also, tasted of freezer burn. Awful!! read more

It was alright and we left full. We came here because we had a gift card and we all got a burger. They were all meh and really weren't anything to write home about. My hubby and I got the Bloomin Burger and I was really hoping it was going to be better. They needed a lot more sauce on it as it seemed like there was just a small little dollop on it where the picture looks like it's dripping from it. Had it really been like that then it would have been better. Of course we got the Bloomin Onion and that was delicious as usual and I love the sauce it comes with. Our sever was awesome too and she was super sweet. The manager here too was walking around not that it was busy but he was a very kind man as well. Inside it is a nice atmosphere as well and has the obvious Aussie flare to it. I'll give it another chance but try something different next time we come! read more

First our server Jason was the only one serving lunch the day we went. He had about 8 tables plus he was seating people. It could have been bad, but he was like an octopus! He got everything right, he was friendly and quick. No complaints! Now the food. The blooming shrimp--- wow! So good and they give you so many for an appetizer. We loved the crunch. My wedge salad was the best I've ever had. There had to be $50 worth of blue cheese on it! My son got the chili, which tasted homemade, very filling! Our steaks were cooked perfectly, the rub they put on the sirloin made up look it up so we could duplicate it at home. The service at this Outback was outstanding, something I have not seen at an Outback in 5+ years (when we had a regular waitress at the location on Arapahoe). We had given up on Outback for those 5 years and were reluctant to stop in here, but we were in a hurry and didn't have much of a choice, but I am glad we stopped in. The manager/ guy with name on the door was super friendly and helpful and created an outstanding atmosphere and the gal behind the bar provided some of the best service I have seen anywhere in a long time. Both really made my family feel welcome. The food was typical Outback food, and that is a good thing as well. We will for sure stop in again next time we have sports over in this area. read more

I'm not a fan of chain restaurants but my husband wanted a steak salad and I knew Outback has one on the menu, and it was close to our church so we decided to go there. Some of the previous reviews were really sketchy so I was kind of nervous, but it turned out fine for us. You have to be masked when entering the restaurant. The hostess asked for our name and phone number and documented it. We we seated in a booth and the tables were distanced appropriately. Staff were all masked. The server, Beau, took our drink orders quickly and promptly brought out a warm loaf of bread with butter. I ordered the Alice Springs Chicken with a side salad and loaded mashed potatoes. My only complaint with my entree was the bacon wasn't very crispy, it was pretty chewy, but I like my bacon super crispy and it wasn't worth sending the meal back. Hubby got his steak salad. The burger was raw, the vegetables were all undercooked brocolli, the burger bun was soggy, my wife's steak dinner came with a potato that I ordered loaded. My husband and I come here often as it's simple food that is easy to count for our nutrition apps. I either get the 5oz sirloin with coconut shrimp, side salad and broccoli or the chicken Cesar salad. Husband gets the 9oz sirloin with chili and broccoli. My steak's always cooked exactly how I want it! The service at the bar is top notch! Every time we walk in, they start pouring our beers. :) The staff is friendly and the bartenders are always smiling and help us right away. It's Outback, so I have to review it as such. I sat at the bar for this out-of-town visit and from my experience the interior was crisp,fresh and generally among the best of Outbacks that I have visited. I only ordered the "shrooms" appetizer on this visit, but they were plentiful and great! This franchise has a central bar with restaurant wraparound seating. Staff were attentive and friendly. A pleasant visit and I would say a step above the typical Outback. Chuckled at the incoherrent spanish being yelled and sometimes even happily sung from the kitchen area; a plus if sitting at the large U-shaped bar. It is what it is, this is as much authentic Australian as Olive Garden is Italian. Understanding that, you'll be happy with this location. It's one of the better ones I have visited. read more

However, we didn't realize that the chef was going to cover our steaks in so much black pepper that one person in our party couldn't even eat theirs. Like most Outback Steakhouse's I've been to over the years, this one checked most of the boxes with food variety, quality and service. This visit included 4 adults and we ordered appetizers, drinks and full entrees each. The appetizers, steak and seafood were prepared well. The two hiccups that prevented a 5-star review this round included spotty service (had to flag server down multiple times for refills, errors etc), and both of our pasta dishes were missing the sauce they're usually tossed with. In the end everyone was friendly, parking was plentiful, food was delicious and we'd definitely come back to this location again. read more

We were pretty disappointed with the new ownership changes. Waiters have 6 tables instead of 3 so things are definitely slower.The waiters themselves are still great, bit the new owners are trying to cut costs at the expense of customer service. Second change we noticed was their change in birthday desserts. They only have a vanilla ice cream scoop with crushed oreas and chocolate shavings. What a big bummer! It was so nice when you could select the desert that matched your birthday wishes. Guess we will be celebrating our birthdays elsewhere! Final bummer change has to do with their call ahead option. There is no call ahead. Now you have to use some dorky ninja something or other website or app. One more thing which reduces the connection with the customer! TIP: If you have a small party (4 or less), I recommend grabbing table near the bar if the dining room is full. They were out of vegetables and only had green beans, so naturally they gave us less than 20 individual green beans each. As chain restaurants goes, this one really is not to shabby. I will say that the front of house staff could use some better training. For example when a guest says 2 adults and a high chair a few things are expected. First have the high chair ready, your guest doesn't want to go back to the host stand and ask for it again. Also if available, which they are, offer the children's menu. The food here is done pretty well. I've enjoyed the sirloin, coconut and grilled shrimp for entrees. The Alice Springs quesadillas are a good appetizer option instead of the Bloomin Onion. Their side salads are fine, just get the dressing on the side. They have decent loaded mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables. Another thing we saw that was not cool, the server going around and pressing the Trivia button on the order/payment devices. Instant disclaimer: outback is my favorite restaurant. If I had 1 dinner to choose, it would be here. But... this place continuously let's me down and it's so frustrating. My wife isn't a fan of this place, so over the course of the past year I've resorted to ordering online and picking it up to go. Its getting harder and harder. Outback recently for some reason changed their to go window to an hour wait regardless of day! (I ordered on Tuesday at 5pm, and when I picked up the parking lot was fairly empty so there was absolutely no need for an hour wait). Plus if I'm hungry, I don't want to wait to eat for another hour and fifteen minutes! I hope outback changes that hour wait (it's been atleast the past 3 online orders and they have all stunk because of this). I emailed the company on my last visit with how bad it was, and now here I am doing it on yelp this go around. Along with the hour wait, you drive up and notice 3 other cars waiting to pick up and only 1 girl running. I always ask online for extra ranch, because I'm slightly addicted to their ranch, for my salad and cheese fries. They never give extra ranch, a little stingy. This time I ordered an extra side for 3.99, and if you see the picture, it's NOT worth it. Half empty cup. Really crazy to me. If you eat at outback, go in, don't take out. I continually think it's going to get better but it doesn't. I need This place in my life, but they struggle to keep me with each visit. read more

Ordering curbside takeout for my husband's birthday (because kiddos have colds and can't/wouldn't enjoy eating out) and picked Outback because it's fairly close to home and usually can be relied on to make a good steak. This wasn't a satisfying event. My husband got a good steak (yay!), but his wedge salad was a lot of brown lettuce core and they didn't include dressing. One child's mac 'n cheese looked delicious and was very well-received. My salad and burger were both as expected, but since I had to return to Outback before eating my meal, my burger was cold. I had to make the trip back to return the second child's pitiful $5.49 grilled cheese (it was tiny, burned on the edges and so hard she couldn't bite through it). We called back before leaving home with the sandwich for an exchange and they placed my husband on hold for about 5 minutes and he actually hung up and called back for a manager. He talked to the manager who didn't seem very invested in the issue. He did refund the full amount of our meal when I arrived (which I do appreciate). But I do suggest that they follow up on quality control because when you have kids and order food for them, it needs to be edible or it pretty much ruins the meal for the parent. The kid-experience isn't everything in ordering takeout, but it does influence what works for our family. It felt like their errors were our responsibility and they weren't willing to take ownership. This issue was more frustrating because of trying to salvage a special occasion with a nice meal, having to make three 10-minute trips for food for all of us (not including the initial pickup trip) and then feeling like they didn't really care. I'll go back to our usual steak restaurant that goes over your food items in front of you as they pack them up so you and they agree that what you ordered matches expectations before arriving home. read more
