Amazing!!! My son and I went here just because and it was so delicious we asked the server to bring out Ribeye and OMG!!! That ribeye was right off the grill, it was so Hott we couldn't even eat it, so tender and seasoned. Of all the Fogos, this place is the best. The food and service here is always stellar. I personally like how the meats are cooked here as it's not overly salty compared to the other places. If you come for lunch and can't eat much, get the salad bar and order of your favorite meats on the side. Do NOT leave this restaurant on the side facing Nate's restaurant. I had better expectations for this place however once seated, we had to go find a server after about 15 minutes of sitting there to get acknowledged and to order off the menu. The desserts came out frozen (we got tres leches). We couldn't even get the spoon all the way thru. I understand if you don't make desserts fresh, but to hand out something frozen is absurd. In addition, the chocolate dessert was cold, not warm like it should have been. Service was not on point. Neither was their dessert. The meats coming around to the table were decently good. We are at this Fogo De Chao location to celebrate my daughter's birthday and had an amazing experience. We have eaten at a few Fogo De Chao locations, but this is the best location so far. The staff was extremely kind and on top of everything. A few other locations I felt like I had to wait on the speciality cuts of meat, but this location were very accommodating on the speciality cuts of meat and everything we requested. For my daughter's birthday that let her choose the dessert, the other location (in a different city) my son was given a dessert and wasn't asked his choice of dessert. Bottom line this is the best of 5 Fogo Locations I have visited and I highly recommend this location. read more

We had made a reservation for 2 people for 6:30pm on Christmas Day. Upon arrival we were told they were running 45 minutes behind and were over booked. We ended up waiting an hour before being seated. Our waiter took our drink order and then never showed back up. We had 1 person come by to offer a meat selection in 15 minutes. There was no bacon and the cheese rolls were rock hard. Once I complained to the manager then it picked up to what we had experienced before. At the end of the night they removed the drinks and our dessert from the bill. We will never go back to this place again. read more

There must have been 40 - 45 people inside the front door at host station area waiting to be seated. Ridiculous, unsafe, and unacceptable. Forgot their Brazilian authenticity roots - Serving tres leches (Mexican) cake but not Pudim (Brazilian custard like dessert made with condensed milk). This place is a main stay of the metroplex. You really can't go wrong. They have great private rooms for larger groups that are nice and quiet. The wine list is fabulous and even has a decent happy hour! $8 wine and $10 cocktails. You get seated and once you are waited on the fun begins. You first head to the salad bar which is so large! They have soups and just about every veggie you can imagine. Then sit down and turn your card over to green and it's time! Usually have a great time at Fogo De Chao but this visit was not the best. Food was good as usual but service was where we saw an issue. The restaurant was really busy and slightly slow service is something you expect, when that happens. But there was a lot of mix up in drink orders and some orders did not get placed. We had to remind the staff time and again. Also, for reasons only the staff would know, there were in a hurry to get us out. We never asked for the check but were given the check thrice only for us to return it and place an order for drinks. This was very unlikely of the restaurant. In the past we have had great service. Maybe it was a super busy day and they were trying to keep the tables moving. Not what you expect when you are paying a pretty fat bill at the end of the day. We celebrated my birthday luncheon here again this year as usual, and it was another exceptional lunch experience. There is nothing about this restaurant that I don't like. The soup bar always has an ever-changing variety of soups and hot side dishes, and of course crackers, bread, and condiments. The salad bar's diversity, to me, is over the top phenomenal for veggie lovers. You have appetizer selections of everything from specialty meats, cheeses, fresh fruits, roasted fruits and vegetables, to other delicious types of salads with their homemade dressings coupled with too many others to mention. If you select the full meal which includes the salad bar and the meats, your selections of meats are diverse, and are superbly prepared to your liking - precisely. There is a never-ending option of meats you can continually select from during meal. Oh, the desserts are to die for - you won't be disappointed in anything you choose. If you like mixed drinks, the bar serves exquisite drinks from plain to yummy specialties. From the management to wait staff to ambiance, and care for you and your dining experience, to me, is 5-star from the time you enter the front door to being equally matched with a gracious gratitude for your visit as you leave. We have visited this location several times and it has never failed to impress. Our visit on July 31,2024 was especially memorable mainly thanks to the manager Erik. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. The ambiance is always welcoming and comfortable. Sometimes the server would miss our green placard but Erik would always see us looking at the server and he would redirect the server to our table. He went out of his way to make us feel special and appreciated. I can't remember ever having such an attentive manager, not just for us but every table in the dining room. read more

I even heard another customer speak the a mangers about how they did not like it. The server was nice and always checking on us. When we started getting meats we ran into some issues. If I said no thank you to a meat they would not even turn to my husband and ask him. They just walked away. He wanted to try the sausage but the man would just walk by and not stop at our table. This happened 3 times Even with both our cards flipped to green. The beef was great but chicken was dry. For the price we paid I would expect more variety as well. There are several over Brazilian houses in the DFW area that we have been to. They cost less and have much better food. We will not come back here. read more

Have been coming here for like 20 years; for the majority of those this was my favorite restaurant. My past few dines here, though, I've really felt a change in their service. I appreciate that the concept hasn't changed much and ultimately I still find it to be a fairly good value, but it's not the high quality experience I used to have. Probably my biggest beef (haha) with it is the lack of ownership of the customer's experience by any singular person. Typically at nice restaurants I'm accustomed to having a name and a face for someone I can flag down or, even better, can count on to check on us periodically. I don't like flagging down random people who are busy doing other things and aren't "your server" but that's what I was constantly forced to do when we needed something. They don't explain this to people when you are seated so my guests were pretty confused. Nobody even asked us which of us had and hadn't dined there before. No one explained the green/red cards to the new people. No one even came back for drink orders or to ask who was doing Churrasco or who might want entrees, so we were constantly having to flag people down to ask for this and that and cocktails basically ended up having to be ordered one at a time. At one point we had a very awkward experience where a bartender brought over the bar cart to make us a fresh cocktail we had ordered; we were watching her prepare all the ingredients and having a nice conversation when suddenly a server showed up and dropped the same cocktail off at our table. They discussed for a second that someone had put a ticket in for it or something, then she asked if we wanted to order an extra one. We said no, we only needed one of those cocktails, so she awkwardly packed up the drink we had been watching her prepare for us and roll her cart away. Overall it just felt embarrassingly disorganized with no ownership of the experience. We had $500 we intended to expense for this meal and were only able to get through $392 in spend because of how hard it was to order things. We were interested in more cocktails, maybe a Wagyu, some to-go stuff...but it just wasn't in the cards. I can't imagine how much money they are leaving on the table by not having more staff on hand to build rapport with guests, upsell cocktails or entrees, etc. The food was pretty good as always other than one piece of something I had that was horribly oversalted. But can't complain, it's good quality and great variety. Fogo experience overall is still alive and well and I don't think you can go wrong eating here, I just wish they were a little more focused and organized. read more

We visited Fogo de Chao with a group of 17 people for lunch. We had to make reservations with a manager for such a large group, but it was an easy process. The waitstaff was so attentive during our meal; we were treated so well. For most of our group this was their first trip to a Brazilian steakhouse, and they were impressed! The salad bar offered so much more than salad like seasonal fruits, marinated veggies, and the best bacon my son had ever tasted. The seemingly endless meat selections ensured there was something for everyone. And they also had some kind of baked cheese that I loved! This was our 1st to Fogo de Chão and our last. I am so glad we chose lunch. $40 x 2 out the window but it's better than the dinner price. I'll start with the market table. You really have to be willing to try something no matter what it looks like, try things you've never heard of or try the things you don't like anywhere else. (Hummus anyone? ) For me this table might well have not been there. I took a little bit of Caesar Salad. I was going to get a regular salad but there were no toppings. Some olives, a tomato & mozzarella slices, & other cold salads. Just a waste. Then came the gauchos. We were excited. Until we tried the first beef tenderloin. Ugh. So tough. Then the ribeye. It probably would have been good had there been enough meat to taste but the fat took over. Then some chicken. It took a couple sips of water to get down. Just dry. Same with the pork. Not as bad. It had a good flavor but it was dry enough to not want more. Needless to say we had one slice of whatever was presented which wasn't much. Oh well. The bread was good. We will not be back. read more

The manager acknowledged that there was a special but wouldn't honor the special price because it wasn't in the notes at the time the reservation was made (even though there were no instructions to note it). The best service i have ever experienced. Our server was Eduardo and he was very attentive, professional, and took care of us to a T. A drink was never low, plates never empty. And every sever that came by checked on us, but not too much where it felt overwhelming. All staff was very professional and were enthusiastic about their jobs. Refreshing to see as i also work in the service industry and know how things can be. Atmosphere was exquisite. Food was outstanding. Salad bar alone is worth the trip and price. This is a great Brazilian Steakhouse! I enjoyed trying out all the different steak cuts and meat types. We tried chicken, lamb and beef. Everything was so delicious! I also highly suggest making a salad before you eat and pairing your steaks with a nice red wine. The service was amazing and everyone was so attentive and generous.
