OMG, where has this been all my life?!?!? I had a drop-in appointment for the 60 minute foot massage. It is SO much more than just feet, I don't know how much better it can get. Andy was my reflexologist, and he was so thorough and hit all my stress spots it was amazing. I'm fairly muscular and am usually a good challenge for massages. Andy was great! I am thoroughly felt relaxed and I've had a stressful last couple of days. I wish I knew about this place sooner. Ladies, mani-pedis just don't cut it for relaxation. The place has become my new favorite addiction! Clean, comfortable and professional, this place is great to get an affordable piece of heaven! I like how flexible their hours are and the fact that they stay open late. The staff is so accommodating and you can tell they are all hard workers i.e. staying late to accommodate you. My favorite is Vicki! Her 1 hr foot massages are amazing!! And I am picky. The front desk staff is so friendly and gracious too. I want to see this place do well because it's hard to find businesses with a good product and good customer service. I don't think they are having any problems as every time I am in there they are filled no matter what time or day we go. I am going to refer everyone I know here! This is quite a different foot-massage experience. The first thing you will notice is the appearance of the place. It is well lit and appears to be immaculate, almost sterile in appearance. The owner, Annie, an exceptionally beautiful woman is articulate, sophisticated, and caring. Sandy, also pretty, was my masseuse. Although the place is in an Asian shopping center (upstairs), Sandy was born in America so no language hurdle here. She is earnest and serious about massage and provided an excellent full body and foot massage. Here again the difference. There are no private rooms for the full body massage so no disrobing. I think many people especially some women may prefer that. Personally, I prefer hands on flesh, oil, and all that. However the quality of the service, the hospitality and communication, the bright and cheerful appearance of the place, and the exceptional value makes me happy to give it five stars and a highly recommended. I had one of the best massages I've ever had today at Foot Logic. I suggest disregarding the bad reviews and give it a try. You'll be glad you did! The massage starts out by soaking your feet for 15 minutes in warm water. While your feet are soaking, they massage your upper back, neck, and scalp. Then they focus on your feet for 30 min. or so. This is an excellent and well priced place to go when you're in desperate need of a little R&R but don't have the money or the time to spend at an actual spa. The staff are friendly and attentive. The experience is soothing for the most part. I have gone once or twice in the past and ended up with a staff member that had halitosis or allergies/cold which really takes away from the overall experience. It's an easy fix by having mints handy and taking allergy or cough/cold medicine before they perform the massage. Overall, this is a really great place. read more

I was a bit skeptical at first when I read some of the reviews and didn't know what to expect. It's not the fanciest place and if you're expecting that high-end massage spa, this place is not for you. But if you're looking for a place that meets your needs and is very responsive, this is the place to go. I was recommended by some friends and was in need of a good deep tissue massage. After walking in and seeing tables in the open I was thinking to myself, I guess I won't be stripping down and getting some nice hot oils. :) So my turn was up and I went to the table. Was told to take off my shoes, socks, jacket and hat. Shirt and pants still on, I laid down on the table face down. My massage therapist was Qing or Quing. He was very responsive to what I needed and asked if the pressure was ok and if it hurt. He seemed to know where my most tense points were and asked if the pressure was ok. Although the initial start was a bit soft I asked for more pressure and he delivered. I'll be going back next week and asking for Qing/Quing again. He did a great job. read more

Do not go here. I do not recommend this place. This is a horrible place with horrible service. I went for a reflexology massage the person at the front desk tried to sell me the combo deal for full massage for an additional fee of $10. I kept repeating myself that I just want reflexology but he kept offering full body massage. I still refused. I got reflexology and it was half way through when my masseuse asked me to move to a different massage bed, then the manager comes up and asks me do I want a full body massage. I was pissed at that point and said no I already told you 5 times I just want reflexology. Then he said ok your masseuse make a mistake you need to move back to the same chair you were. The first 30 min of my foot massage was done, the second half which was upper body didn't get done. The masseuse started massaging my feet again which was fine by me. These people don't speak a single word of English, and very unprofessional. I am not sure how they are still in business. read more

I have been coming to Footlogic for about 3 years now. I have a lot of back issues and require massages regularly. I love how I can ALWAYS get in here when I need to. Same day appointment? NO PROBLEM! Need to come in within an hour? SURE! When I call, Annie (the owner and yes, we have the same name and initials but no relation!) recognizes my voice and immediately books me with a familiar masseuse if available. The price is reasonable enough to be able to get my massages as often as needed. They work hard at keeping the environment quiet and they do not talk amongst themselves. If they do, it is in hushed tones and always respectful. I can't say enough good things about this place. They are always trying to do better and if there is an issue, just say so and they will make it right. The customer service here is second to none. If you are looking for a quality massage at an excellent price, you cannot go wrong here! I shouldn't have taken so long to write my review! read more

I have chronic plantar fasciitis and have been looking for a good foot massage place since moving to the pleasanton area 2 months ago (U2 Foot Massage in SF is amazing!) and I was disappointed. The place is clean, the receptionist is sweet as can be, but the guy who worked on me was clearly not into what he was doing and totally distracted. Adding to my dismay was the 10 min cell phone conversation he had with someone while rubbing my scalp raw. He seemed bored and he barely touched the bottom of my feet. Mostly just rubbed really lightly the toes and the top of my feet. I was watching the other provider there work on someone and she seemed good, so if I go back I'll ask for her. This is the 4th time I've gone to reflexology in Dublin and I've always enjoyed the treatments. The review I am writing today surrounds the customer service. As I arrive at the salon, I was greeted by the very friendly staff. I was asked when my appt was and as I began to answer on of the gals said oh that's John. Moving on they were running a few minutes behind and made certain that I was informed and apologized for the wait which really gave me the feeling that my time was worth something to them. Today was my first time going to Foot logic and I will defintely be coming back. I was having neck, shoulder, lower back and arm pain for past couple of weeks. I would put icy hot and it would temporarily ease the pain and discomfort. I would occasionaly rub the spots to ease the discomfort. I thought a massage might help ease it up a bit. Driving to the place, I could still feel the knots in my neck and shoulder and feel the neck pain. After my treatment, the tender knots I was touching on my neck and shoulder were gone. The pain was gone. It was amazing. As previously mentioned by other yelpers, this is not your typical spa where you have oils and all the frills and the $$$. Frankly, I don't really care about the oils and frills, just take away that darn pain on my neck and back. And they did. For all the yelpers out there who are bothered by neck/shoulder pains at work, I would really recommend trying this out. Skip the Four seasons spa and Nob Hill spa. THey don't do a darn thing to ease the pain. You just pay top $$ for the oil and pretty much nothing else.. Foot Logis definely the place to go. read more

IF you show up and see it's all in a big room, maybe this is not the place for your full body massage? It's as quiet as it can be for a place with 6-8 chairs...should they all be using sign language?You want personality, go to a comedy show. The quiet is part of the process. Over the hill it's $20 for an hr? GO there then! It's DUBLIN! The sign says $25 for 30 mins, an hr is only $10 more! Some things on this side of the hill are just worth paying for. Show up on 'grand opening day' and complain they aren't organized yet? I yelp a lot. I read reviews and some people just like to complain. I have been there about 6 or 7 times and plan to keep going back. Never had a bad experience, and I usually take somebody with me, and we talk about how nice it was after. And, for $35, it's a deal, and it really feels good. You can tell them you want it harder or softer, although English isn't their 1st language, they do understand that much. Give em a break. I love massage and pretty much would need 2 per month. I found this place about a year ago and I have been there at least 8 times. I've got to say the quality was okay for my first 2 visits. However,the quality and standard are dropping. The service is inconsistent even though that's a $35 per hour massage but honestly, as a consumer, we are buying service as well. My last visit was about 2 months ago, I got off from work early on Monday and I decided to go for a 1 hour pamper foot massage before pick up my kids. I walked in to the store, there were two employees working on their customers. I stood there for 10 minutes, then the ladies came by and asked me if I was there for foot massage, I said yes and she didn't say a word after it but pick up the phone and call her co-worker to come back to work in mandarin. (I can understand Mandarin and Cantonese) Then she walked away. I sat down on the coach and expecting the lady would come back and tell me how long would I need to wait. But NO! She didn't come back and tell me anything. I waited for another 15 minutes and I left the store. It was very bad customer service and obviously, the quality is dropping. Seriously, I would see how long this place would last in Dublin area. After I left the store, I went to San Ramon and think of any places for massage and I found a true gem at San Ramon area. read more

Well, today is day three since I went to Foot Logic. I went mainly for the Reflexology Foot Massage, but naturally because getting an hour to include a regular massage as well....was something I just couldn't pass up! (well not like a true spa, you remain fully clothed, there are no actual massage oils, etc. used) but I'm now in complete pain-my back has never hurt more, and truly I'm worried if these people are qualified and licensed massage therapists! Perhaps the chinese reflexology part doesn't need to be? But surely massage therapists need to be licensed in this state. Does any one out there know? No where did I see any licensing posted. No wonder this is such an inexpensive experience! Sort of how the nail business got started, wherein you see one in nearly every strip mall! A little frightening. Do have to agree with all of the other comments, in that though the place is "wide-open" for all to see like a store front business (which it is...) it is in deed very clean. read more
