His crew of electricians, plumbers, tile installers are professionals- they are prompt, skilled, and answer any questions. Nathan said '' call me anytime" and means it. He calls/ texts evening and weekend to keep me updated and answer any questions. When there were issues with the countertop and tile, Nathan was able to return the material for a full refund and recommend an alternative vendor which saved me money. Nathan is committed to making the sure the work in 100%. Alex Scott was a super project manager. We were having a condo renovated before we moved in, but were living in the Bay Area. We were doing an older kitchen remodel, new vinyl flooring, some drywall work and a fresh coat of paint. We interviewed 3 contractors and we knew the moment we met Alex that he was going to be our guy. He told us up front he was not going to be the cheapest guy and hit us up with a bunch of price changes on the base scope he bid on and was reasonable with what to expect as add-ons for unknown items. True to his word, we budgeted for unknowns and he nailed the base scope. We had add-ons along the way that he added on reasonably. He also talked us out of stuff that he said would not be worth the money. Alex took us "shopping" to pick out the items we wanted and guided us through the buying process and worked pricing. I went against his advice in a couple areas and regretted it as those vendors were late and a pain to work with. Alex kept working with them with a smile on his face. He also negotiated with my vendors to help keep me in budget. Being 500 miles away, we needed someone who could keep us in the loop on issues, walk through solutions, detailed oriented, but most importantly trustworthy. Being a stickler for detail, Alex left no stone unturned and involved me along the way with daily project updates and photos for discussions on what he was planning. Project turned out beautiful and way better than we expected. Can't believe this is the same place.
