Since posted surprisingly the organization reached out to apologize for the lack of customer service, stated that the behaviors will be corrected and that they value customers and feedback that allows them to be better. The service is okay, not as great as the other stores which says a lot considering I'm used to their super friendly customer service. I came in this Friday morning to check it out, I always get the same girl, does she ever smile? Today was worse! Just figured whoever was working, is just not a morning person. It's not also as clean as the other stores. I guess since she's working by herself, I can cut her some slack. Well, I got my yogurt then left. I could get better service at wicker park anyway. The store itself is stunning. The mural couldn't be anymore on point. Whoever did that, I salute you. You are a very talented person. The guy riding a road bike with the handle bar mustache cracks me up. It is SO Logan square. I love their wall toppings. I noticed they have toppings that other store doesn't have either. Same yogurt flavors like the other locations. There's free parking so that's a plus. read more

Warm welcome from the cashier when we stepped inside. The place is clean and the workers are great. They let you try samples of you ask the workers, to narrow down which yogurt you will get. So many toppings to choose from. read more

Came here to waste my time today. It closes at 10pm I get here at 9:27 to find the doors lock and the workers ignoring me. Don't bother coming to this location at 9 probably even 8 they might close early for no reason. read more

This is probably one of the worst forever yogurts I have ever been too, the girl in the counter, Cinthia was super rude, had horrible customer service, and was rude to all the customers in the place, she looked like she hated her job! I love This place. It is so good and Deidre is so awesome! She can always suggest new ways to experience the yogurts; like green apple sorbet with Carmel and peanuts..ummm! I have had Tcby and Menchies and nothing is as good as Forever Yogurt. I come often and I have mastered how not to pay so much! I have shared the secret with other moms and now they don't mind going knowing they won't break the bank. I have been to other locations, but Logan Square is my favorite spot. The flavors are rich and tasty then the other places. They don't even limit your samples!! It would be nice to see some promotions like a fundraiser or even a week-Day fill up for a flat rate. Hey Folks - DO NOT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE A RIDE. I mean it. Unless you have $250.00 to spare, and a ride. Been a patron at this store for years. Yes parking is tight, yes it is the city, etc., but today with my infant daughter, this store brought humanity to a new low. I hate to sound like the critic who goes after a restaurant for their service, but this truly warrants a warning to all shoppers out there. The monster who runs the shopping center ("Kelly" something?) and parking lot has major karma coming to her. She has a henchman (yikes) who patrols the lot with a walkie-talkie, and the minute you walk off property, he calls the tow company, "Rendered Services Inc." (who drives back and forth between Logan Blvd and Diversey waiting for this call) to nab you and tow your vehicle. Today I grabbed a kids sandwich from Panera on Elston, specifically so she wouldn't make any noise in the store, interrupting the other patrons. I walked back to my spot and it was towed. Being that it was less than 5-10 minutes and that I had items to return to the store, I knew that the staff would help to ensure the car was returned. Not a chance. I was reminded of the "towing policy" with a condescending head tilt from a few employees, and was told by the manager that he was "very, very sorry". I'm sure he was. Behind me, waiting on an uber, was another couple that were caught off guard with almost the same story - waiting to get to an impound lot. Luckily a kind mother named Megan offered me a ride - with car seat - 25 minutes north to the joke of an impound lot. $250 later, and behind another mother and daughter who were nabbed by the same company, I waited in the cold for the same sweetheart to shout "ID NOW!" who had hung up on me 30 minutes ago. This is very concerning. Ive lived in the city for many years now and havent seen this kind of predatory towing - give me a break its a yuppie shopping mall. This is a warning - do not shop here, do not take any risks in this parking lot. Kids or not, people do not have compassion for your situation. I feel so fortunate that a complete stranger took a chance on me, I will pay it forward. And I will never, ever shop here again. The cheap furniture, GNC, and crappy chipotle just arent worth $250. read more

The majority of the flavors were mislabeled. I only treat myself to this once a month... I asked to try some of the new flavors, she gave me two cups. The first I tried was correct, but it wasn't the one I would choose. The 2nd was coconut, although it didn't taste like it. So, I just went with my standard 3; vanilla, cookies & cream, and Birthday Cake. When I left, I was disappointed to see that cookies & cream was chocolate, and my fav Bday cake, was Pistachio! The only one that was correct was Tahitian Vanilla!!! Grrrrr. read more

This store has been my "happy place" ever since the weather got warm enough to enjoy frozen yogurt. I love the flavors and the toppings. Usually, the young lady behind the counter makes the experience even better by smiling and being very welcoming. Today, that same gal I see all the time was still as awesome as ever, however... my buying experienced was seriously ruined when a different employee came out of nowhere and yelled at me stating that I had to ask before helping myself to sauce topping. I'm sorry, isn't this place self serve? Speaking of sauce, the jar is ALWAYS almost empty and the handle is practically broken. I always have to wrestle with it but it's worth it to me because it's the best part! Well, this woman seriously needs some customer service training because her manner of barking at me for doing nothing wrong is completely unacceptable. I hope the owner is able to get something positive out of my review. 6/8/14 Update: After posting my review earlier this week, I was truly amazed at how well the marketing team for Forever Yogurt and the owner of this store separately emailed me their apologies and their notes on a solution for the future. I am really pleased with the authentic care they showed me and they have absolutely redeemed the store in my eyes :) Normally I would never change my rating but because I was so impressed, I am editing my 1 star review to a 5! Disappointed with today's service. I decided to go in the morning for some yogurt with my sister and the girl that was there today Liliana I believe her name tag said was in a bad mood, didn't pay any attention to the customers and was on her phone way to much for her to be a worker. I suggest all workers smile more, and if you're having a bad day don't take it to work. I've gone a couple of times to this location I'm usually greeted by a girl with braces with a big smile or another short girl I believe her name is zuly or something with a z not sure. I will return to this location just because they have different variety of flavors and toppings and I know I shouldn't let one bad experience ruin everything my mom always says. Suggestion to the manager have a talk with your employee about cellphone usage and let her know to smile more. read more

Not only did I receive a yelp message apology, a hand written note in the mail but also a formal apology when I went into the store from the staff who recognized me. fun décor of familiar land marks of Logan Square place is pretty small & tables are always full but there's some seating outside, I've also noticed they seem to raise the prices per oz. by far the most pricy froyo shop I've been to. The staff is friendly and attentive making sure the place is clean and full with toppings which goes from the bar to along the walls (I failed to see that my first time) -_- and a new flavor a month in addition to their 12 delicious yogurts, my favorite is green tea! good place to pop by on my bike if I'm in the neighborhood. read more

I'm updating my review to 4 stars. I cannot give this place a perfect 5 stars due to the first incident I had here. However, after I yelped about it, the owner Sam reached out to me and sent me gift cards to try this place again. I was really shocked how quickly he messaged me and sent them out. I went back and the place was great....clean, good variety, awesome toppings, etc. Some of the workers could be a little more polite, I did have one woman refuse to honor the coupon because it had expired, even though I explained it came from the owner. Sam followed up with me when I messaged him about this and sent me a new one. So again-really great management here. I think the customer service could use some fine tuning, but this place is great and the red velvet froyo-YUM. read more

The Yogurt is decent but this place is SO overpriced. Went in there. 4 of us. We got 4 cups of frozen yogurt. We were purposely conservative. So, the cups were no where near full. Like 2/3 full, maybe less actually. A very small amount of toppings. It came to $28 for 4 small ice creams. I mean, wtf? Is their scale broken? Sorry, that is just way way too much. I have seen people go in there and pile it high with yogurt and toppings. Can't imagine what that costs. SO, unless your Donald Trump, go elsewhere. I really like forever yogurt, even though they are expensive. Logan Square FY doesn't have as much fresh fruit as other locations, and their mochi is sometimes stale. Tonight I got out of work at 10pm and looked up locations that were open till 11pm. I drove there, bought a groupon, and walked up to find that they had decided to close early. It was 10:45, and they were all locked up, the woman threw her hands in the air like, "what can *I* do?" I thought that was rude because I was asking her very nicely with my hands to please sell me frozen yogurt, and I was pretty sure she got it, but she kept putting her hands up like she didn't get it. By then I didn't have time to drive to one of the other locations. Here is my point; self-serve yogurt shops need two basic things: 1) to have Yogurt and toppings 2) to be open during hours of operation So while my gripes aren't THAT big of a deal... If your toppings are stale and you aren't open way you say you are...You are a pretty bad self-serve froyo place. read more

Located in the heart of action, this Forever Yogurt is a great stop for frozen yogurt at any time and I could see it being awesome late night. What sets this location apart from the others is the unique selection of flavors and cleanliness of the store. Our family greeted with a big smile and cashiers give us sample cups to try the assorted goodness. Lots of great choices for frozen yogurt and toppings. The cashier was very knowledgeable on the flavors and toppings which added to the experience. A nice outdoor seating and easy parking at late night will be tempting me to come back. read more
