Arthur and his team are spot on. I've been bringing my cars here for five years. Before that I floated between automotive service shops, never finding one I cared to return to for one reason or other. Arthur always explains issues clearly, including what needs to be done right away and what can wait. I am also given options for replacement parts. Everyone is friendly and attentive. It's a block from the Americana on Brand if you want to hang out there to wait for your car. The coffee could be better, but really, that's as close I come to having a complaint. I cant say enough about this shop. Friendly customer service. I was a customer at just tires for years and would only deal with Arthur. When i found out he had moved on from Just Tires to this location i had to see what its about. Better pricing then Just Tires thats for sure and the owners know how to take care of you. If I could give zero I would. Came here to get an alignment, they ended up telling me I needed some other work done cuz one of my wheels was out of wack. Long story short about a couple weeks later my entire axle broke and my wheel couldn't spin so it locked under the body of my car and made me come to a screeching halt. I don't know who worked on my car or what these guys did but I would never recommend this place to anyone. I paid over $500 for whatever services they provided that left my car undriveable and forced me to get an extra repair elsewhere. Do NOT trust these guys to get the job done correctly. read more

arthur is a friendly representative for this auto service shop and off the bat he gave me some options for my brake pad replacement. i went to the dealer and knew right away that when they were overpriced. but I appreciate the ability to choose from price points here so i'm not pressured to go over my budget. i ended up choosing the pricier option because it was better than what i would get from the dealer and even got an oil change because they offer a synthetic blend at a good price too. i highly recommend this shop and will be coming here for more car services in the future. read more

I was highly recommended to Arthur at Formula Automotive from a co worker when my check engine light came on. All I can say is how amazing their customer service was from the time I called to drop of my car for a diagnostic to completion of repairs. I could not have been happier. I been to a few shops out of being desperate to get my car repaired before my smog. Arthur and his crew were amazing! They diagnosed my car within the hour, although they were extremely busy and I could not even find a spot to park my car in their huge lot. I dropped off my car and their so convinent in the Glendale area, literally a bloc south of the Glendale galleria and Americana. After a botched, simple brake pad replacement - they informed me that the smoke & noise was due to the pads being "new". After a few more days of this screeching inferno I again returned only to be told by the owner (George AKA Vahahn) and his thugs - they wanted me off the property. They told me I was "crazy" and didn't know anything about cars. Come to find out - from a reputable auto shop nearby - they installed the wrong pads and have now possibly damaged my rotors!
