Worst manicure and pedicure I've ever had. So rushed and no attention to detail and was very pricey. They painted my daughters toe nails from underneath the manicure desk and had her hold her leg up. Weirdest thing I've ever seen in a nail salon and I've never seen that done before. Very lazy. The rest of our party thought the same. I was sitting next to another customer and the male tech was so rude to her when she was trying to find the matching color from the last time she was there. I gave the salon two stars only because it had hot water, it was a nail salon, and they had polish, some and I'm being generous. The salon was dirty, disgusting, old, it had no air-conditioning on, mind you it's 88° today on a beautiful Sunday morning. The caliber of job that they did was absolutely horrible my daughter walked out of there with chunky lumpy nasty nails I walked out of there with a decent job however it took double the time that it would have at my normal salon. It's unfortunately that the owner of this salon doesn't take more care in pride in his employees and his customers I will never be back. I had to get a refund on my daughters nails which they were more than willing to give, so my two stars is being done very generous read more

I've been going to Forum Nails for a couple years now. I've never had a bad experience. I don't ask for anyone in particular and have always had great service. I was in on Thursday 5/25 and had a gel pedicure and gel manicure. Everything was great as usual. Over the Memorial Day weekend I had 2 nails that the color lifted and came off- disappointing... I went in today(Tuesday 5/30) to have them fixed. Justin asked what color I had and had me look in the book. I couldn't remember and said I'll just pay to have them all redone, to which he said "no! I will do for free"! He did and they look beautiful. I will be requesting Justin from now on. Great customer service! When I went to this nail salon, I showed the woman what I wanted, she told me no problem. Got started with her advise to do black first and then the red marble. Now, I knew there would be an extra charge for what I wanted, but $50 more after the process was under way and my nails were black!!! I'm in my 50s and a grandmother, I don't paint my nails black! But at that point I didn't know how to handle this and I was not paying $110 for my nails! A PRICE QUOTED AFTER WE STARTED. This is just not right. I've been looking for a nail salon to call home and tried them on Saturday. I am so happy with my nails! The shape and finish are the best I've ever had! My tech, Cindy, glued down the ends to help them hold up better too. $33 for gel polish and acrylic fill-comparable to other local salons. Went in today for a pedicure, I can't remember who did my nails but when she asked which pedicure I wanted I chose the standard $25 one. She looked offended and immediately said the $45 dollar one was way better. I understand she was just trying to upsell me but she really made me feel pressured and a bit uncomfortable when doing so. I ended up caving in due to the pressure and I also wanted to see what her hype about it was all about. I regret giving in. The pedicure polish didn't even come out as nice as I would have liked, If you're going to upsell a pedicure, at least make sure it looks like a $45 pedicure. And for $20 more it wasn't as great as she made it seem, it's just extra exfoliating which I do at home on my own anyways. I will probably not be back. read more

But they didn't even do a pedicure that I asked for and made an appointment for and my nails have bubbles in them and my French tip is messy and not neat and chunkier on some nails. I arrived to get a new set of powder nails and a pedicure. Been going here many years. I asked one of the gentleman Justin if I could please soak off my nails while waiting. He sat me at his station and said "I cut your nails?" I said no please I'd like them soaked off. I explained I wanted to keep my nails that had grown out so soaking the tips off would be better for me than cutting the fake nails off. He got an attitude and said "then go sit over there and wait for Joey. Said it in a very rude tone of voice. Obviously it was his way or the highway. So I went and sat elsewhere and asked another tech if she would soak them off and she did and was nice. This guy needs a lesson on customer service. I do not think it unreasonable to have my nails soak off as I had plenty of time to wait anyway for me tech. We pay your salary Justin remember that. That's just not right how you treated me. I honestly can't say enough good things about Nina! She's sweet and kind and does an amazing job every time! She's perfectly done every design I've ever asked for. I can be a little indecisive and she's always helpful in helping me decide! I tend to like more nude, basic nails, but she still finds a way to always make them fun! I wanted to bring some awareness and some things for your nail techs to consider. My niece went in yesterday to get her nails done. She's a college student and saves her money each month to treat herself to this. Yesterday she went in (Jan 25th) and the tech tried to upsell her. She declined because she only asked for what she could afford. She felt the tech preceded to not do a good job (she has pictures) because she didn't take the upsell. This is horrible customer service and not the way you run a business! Understand that not everyone can afford gel nails and respect what they ask for. Very predictably good pedicure. Courteous and thorough. Great hot stone massage. I even got there once before they opened (thought they opened earlier than actual) and the manager invited me in and started early. If I could give them zero stars I would ! First off, the shop is filthy! Second the tech I had could not do nails. Tiffany did a horrible job on my nails. She didn't even take off all the old nail polish. My husband told me to go back and have them fix it, so Justin tried but my nails still look awful. The technician asked if I wanted callus remover for an additional $7. I said yes. When I went to pay I was told it would be $72!! She informed me that the gel polish was an additional $20!! This was not listed on the pedi menu. I had intended to get both a mani and pedi but it took so long for the pedi I was out of time. So now I have to schedule and pay for a mani somewhere else. Oh! And beware if you are a walk-in - they will tell you 10 min but be prepared to wait at least 30. Hidden charges and long wait/service times - I WOULD NOT recommend! read more

Went here for the first time on August 24th. Per reviews from google I asked for Lisa. Lisa did a great job very talented. Although I am bummed as one of my nails has lifted a lot while the others are starting to as well. The first time I came to this salon, my friend and I were super impressed! The staff was friendly and did a good job. But this time I was pretty disappointed unfortunately :( My friend and I got a pedicure, and my friend loved hers! The gentleman gave her an amazing massage and did a good job, but I feel like I can't say the same for the woman who did mine. She was very rushed and was so hard and aggressive. She picked at my cuticles and made me bleed and was kind of hurting me. Then she did the callous remover, which I usually don't have any issues with, but she scraped my feet so hard that my feet are basically raw and now I have cuts on my heels that are hurting. I took my mom here to celebrate her birthday. We both wanted the most basic pedicure they offer. Which was $30 for each. They do not tell you the hidden fees up front. To remove regular nail polish during the pedicure, it cost an extra $7. My mom had gel on her toes and it cost an extra $10 jus to remove it. No where on the price listing do they say the extra fees. I ended up paying $100 for the whole service. That doesn't make any sense, and when I asked them about the price they couldn't give me a straight answer. I have been coming to this salon for a decent amount of time, I drive a long ways to come to this salon and to finally come to the conclusion I WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN! You would think loyalty would play a part in how this salon treats their customers ---WRONG!!!! I made an apt for one day & then called to reschedule - Who ever was working that day didn't speak to good of English because they did not mark the appointment correctly on their appointment book. So when I did come for my appointment I was completely rushed given that I was the first one in the salon right when it opened and they had two hours to do my nails, beings that I had a flight to catch in the early afternoon. They stuck me with a lady named Nora that didn't know how to do acrylics and even when it came down to filing my nails and I had to correct her on the shape as I told her I wanted them shaped in a certain way- she gave me attitude and told me that I should have told her sooner... As the shop got busier I noticed her attention to detail kept getting worse, I felt completely rushed & I even asked her if she had another appointment in which she answered yes - she could care less about mine but to get to her next client... (Nora is ONLY GOOD FOR TOES) At that point I had to refuse them doing my eyebrows, I was about ready to lose it meanwhile the owner Katie kept looking at me & knew I was fuming and didn't do anything about it. So I went to pay and Katie the owner said " you come back tomorrow I do you nails" when they knew damn well I was leaving the country that afternoon.... My husband was my saint that day he went back into the salon and got me a partial refund of what ...? I don't even understand because when we did the numbers it didn't calculate to much of a refund for the incredibly TERRIBLE service they gave me that day! . SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS, FRUSTRATION AND $$$$ and FIND A DIFFERENT SALON... Then I wanted a fill and needed a replacement nail. Well I don't usually do gel and they said it wouldn't cost much more. So ok. I showed them a cute fall design with orange polish and gold and silver ombré. Well when it came time to pay, my total was $46. After I paid, Ken I am guessing one of the owners, then says oh no I didn't charge you for your pedicure! So another $25?! So I ended up spending $71!?! I have neeeever spent that much! I didn't even get a full new set. I mean normally I pay around $40 for a fill and pedicures. Even with designs! Ugh. I was not happy at all. I love how my nails came out.
