I always have to wait while my car is being fixed (only one car), and it is always pleasurable being there. He's got birds out front to watch when you get bored and good Christian music to listen to some of the time. He has worked with us when the money was not right there when we needed it. Once I had a bad wiper blade that kept falling off after months of use and he replaced it not once but twice at no charge. I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else.

I scheduled my appointment with ease for an oil change, and they called me during the process to let me know that my coolant was low, told me the price it would be to top it off ($5), and let me make the choice whether or not to do it. I also asked them to do a code scan for a check engine light, and they went above and beyond. They did extensive investigation, downloaded new software to complete it (as I have an Italian car), and left no stone unturned to assure me that the motor was running fine and the code was related to a software issue with my adaptive cruise control.
