We went on a Sunday around noon and since that is their busiest day, they don't take reservations. We originally had a party of 7 and were told it'd be an hour and a half for a table. He points at the item we want (chilaquiles). He asked for water , a side of poblano sauce. We explain this isn't what we ordered and the bus boy goes to get the women inside whom my boyfriend ordered from. She insists he ordered something different. At this point I just want the side of sauce and will eat what they gave us because we were hungry and didn't want them to mess it up again. Silverware was also not at the table and had to be asked for. The green sauce is fine but not what is on the menu or what we ordered. The poblano sauce was tasty. The potatoes were mushy. Eggs cooked well but salad wilted. The order also came with an empanada. I got cheese and it was fine. Nothing to go back for. We also ordered a biscoff crepe. I'm sure if you've never had a Parisian crepe you'd think it was good however, the consistency was of it was like a flour tortilla. Not authentic at all. The biscoff sauce made it taste ok. They also have a selection of prepackaged $5 frozen yogurt options of past flavors, which is a great option to explore because they pack much more into the containers and is a much better value than serving up your own, if you don't mind going sans toppings. A half dozen seat inside, a half dozen outside to accommodate all of the families and couple looking for a quick treat during a hot day or Summer evening. What keeps this from being a five star rating is that the tables and trash cans are almost always overflowing with debris every time I visit.

From the start, she didn't listen to our order, which resulted in the first ice cream being made incorrectly. Instead of trying to fix the mistake politely, she seemed annoyed with us. Throughout the entire order, she repeatedly asked, "Is that it?" after every single ice cream, making us feel rushed and like we were inconveniencing her. At one point, she told us they were out of vanilla, even though we could clearly see vanilla ice cream right in front of us. The entire interaction was unpleasant. She never smiled, never appeared welcoming, and acted as though making our order was a burden. My husband and I were so uncomfortable with the experience that we decided not to order ice cream for ourselves. We even gave away the gift card we had because we no longer wanted to support the business after how we were treated. We understand everyone has bad days, but customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst customer service experiences we've had.
