Wowza!!! This place sincerely impressed me! Be sure to use Yelp to check in ahead of time, because the wait was outrageous! It's a Small place and in an area with only so many breakfast spots... One of those other Denver brunch spots that make people wait hours for brunch, and people wait happily. I'm not into that, so the online check in is wonderful! Although, they called my phone to say my table was ready just minutes after checking in upon arrival, I sat directly in front of the hostess, and hadn't moved at all but they never called my name out loud! It's loud inside so check your phone for a message. But after 10 minutes I checked in again and they seated me right away, apologizing for missing me and not calling out-loud? Weird but ok... Our server was Uh-Mazing!!!!! The best I've had in a very long time. She had just gotten a 12 top table, but managed to get our drinks as she got theirs, took our order and put in in first so we didn't have to wait for theirs to be completed, and was on top of service the entire time. I mean spot on, coffee refills, brought out hot sauce right away, checked in regularly but not obnoxiously, super friendly, just great service. Now to the food - Probably would give it 4 stars usually, good but a little room for improvement. I had the fried green tomato and crab Benedict and it was one of the most delicious breakfasts I maybe have ever had. Super crunchy coated tomato, tons of crisp lump crab cake, perfect hollandaise, it was wonderful. My friend had eggs and potatoes with a pancake, pancake was really flat and overcooked, biscuit was dry and dense, their homemade potato bread was good but nothing amazing. Eggs were well cooked, and everything came out quickly and the order was exactly as we requested, which came with a few details :-) Overall this is probably teetering between 4-5 stars, based on waiting and how busy they are, but the service was impeccable and my breakfast blew my mind so they are certainly getting a 5 star review from me today! read more

Long wait in Saturday morning, get in line on yelp wait list before you go. Saved us 40 minutes. EXCELLENT breakfast!!! Plates are big enough to share. The beginets were very tasty although on the smaller side. The sauce and fruit compote go nicely with them as well as on the pancakes. The pork sausage was a let down. It's homemade but it is very spicy and has a sweet taste. The waiter told me it was a little spicy but it was A LOT spicy. My sister and I split the pancakes with a pecan crunch topping. The food is amazing but I must say, the employees, not so much. I placed and Uber Eats order that too took well over an hour fir them to raven start preparing it. When I called Toni quire what the delay was, the response I got was "that's just the way it is" followed by a prompt hangup. This place lives up to the hype. This gem has incredible breakfast food, delicious breakfast drinks (might I suggest a Bloody Mary), and a welcoming and fun atmosphere. There are etch-a-sketches on the walls that you can use while you wait or bring to your table for some entertainment. There's also free coffee to drink while you wait. This place was great! I ordered the Four Friends Chicken Salad and the chicken was on point! My husband ordered a southwest breakfast burrito and he loved it. It was big enough to feed an entire family. The ambiance of the restraint was great. We had a 10 minute wait at 11:15 and the place was packed, but it was worth the wait. The food at this place is amazing! I got a crab & green tomato benedict with a wide or bbq potatoes and cheesy grits and it was sooo good. The flavors are perfectly balanced and go very well together. The hollandaise sauce was perfect and had just the right amount of acidity. The crab was delicious! Amazing! We first ate here in 2017 when we were visiting family. We had such a great experience that we often talked about it. We are back in town and knew this would be one of our stops. I looked over recent yelp reviews and so glad I did! One reviewer recommended joining the online waitlist - this is huge! We arrived 10 minutes before our check in and waited 15 minutes for a table to open (so 5 minutes after estimated). We heard the hostess tell wall in customers that the wait was 1-2 hours. My husband got the berries and cream French toast at both visits and he loved it! I had their special at our first visit which was the crawfish Benedict served on corn bread - amazing! This time there were no special so I had the crab Benedict which is served on a fried green tomato, so delicious (I ordered a side of cornbread because I wasn't sure the fried tomato would be enough, but I was wrong - the fried green tomato is perfect for this Benny) The sage sausage is different and flavorful They are very kid friendly, they have etch-a-sketch and wiki stix and a full kids menu. Me and my husband are from out of town and we thought wed stop by here for breakfast. We used the yelp reservation to avoid minimal wait and boy were we glad we did! It was 1hour and 30min wait for everyone else walking into the door , we got sat within minutes! The food was AMAZIING!! Eggs Benedict was on point! Runny yolk and bomb crab! I like the ability to check in online, and with the wait, I thought it would be good. The staff was the best part of the place. The food was mediocre at best. Every tee shirt the staff had spoke about the grits, so I ordered that as my entrée. "Cooked overnight" should not mean taste reheated from yesterday. My entrée was lukewarm and not hot. The poached eggs on top were cooked hard and not runny. The runniest part of the egg was the water trapped in the whites. The cinnamon roll that is special enough to only be prepared on the weekends was dry. I thought about dunking it in my coffee to rehydrate it, but thought it would be disrespectful. The best part of the menu I tried was the fried green tomatoes. If there is only a 15 minute wait, you may feel okay about the quality of food. When the wait is 90 minutes, it isn't worth it. read more

This restaurant is located in the Stapleton area and is the cutest little brunch place ever. In the summertime, there is roof top seating but since I came in January, I had to wait to be seated inside. The wait was over an hour but they were able to take down our phone number and text us when the table was ready and you can even download the app called no wait and check your place in line periodically. I wish I had known about the app before because it allows you to put yourself in line without physically being there....WHAT?! For popular restaurants that don't take reservation, this is a lifesaver. I will definitely try out the app in the future and see what other restaurants it includes. Anyways, I digress. They didn't have a coffee menu which was one of the few downsides but they had a very unique alcohol menu. After we were seated, we ordered drinks. The regular mimosa was about $4 which I thought was reasonable and it was very delicious and refreshing. My boyfriend ordered this pumpkin latte that has alcohol and espresso. It was topped with whip cream and definitely very eye-catching. Our table of 4 also ordered the beignets which were on point. There were four so it was perfect for sharing and it came with this berry sauce as well as condensed milk. You can definitely enjoy the beignets by themselves or dip it in the berry sauce if you want more sweetness to it. I thought both ways were delicious. For entrees I ordered the crab and green tomato benedicts. Let me just warn you, the portions here are HUGE. I only ate half of the plate and took the other half to go. The benedict was very interesting and not like anything I have tried before. It was topped with a heavy cream sauce and the crab cakes were absolutely delicious. I still wished there was an english muffin because instead of that, there were tomatoes. Overall it tasted good. I really liked the potatoes that came with the benedicts since they were cripsy and they gave a heaping portion. The service was great. The waitress was confident and remembered all our orders without writing them down. She was also really funny and attentive. The food is a bit on the pricier side as my boyfriend and my meal totaled to around $50 but I thought it was worth it and I would love to come back and try the other dishes! read more
