Not sure why the reviews aren't better. My friend and I decided on a combo a massage (30mins foot massage and 30 mins body massage). The room was clean, I had a guy named Tony and he was excellent. Just the right amount of pressure. My friend had a female and she said she was very strong and good. We both thought it was great and plan to go back. They were all nice and didn't talk as much while massaging as some places seem to. (Drives me nuts) and the place was clean and price reasonable. I got it as a gift certificate. I as someone who I practicing to become a certified massage therapist myself, have some do's and don'ts. I got the foot and body combo. The foot part was pretty good. It helped a lot with my ankle, but my feet were so uncomfortable in the bucket. Then what they call body acupressure. I would have liked for the MT to ask if I have any sensitivities in any area, or past injuries, which they did not. My entire left shoulder blade is in pain and right collar bone joint is throbbing. I also felt very uncomfortable. The MT kept climbing on the table and putting my head between their legs. Now the customer service. As someone who has worked for tips I know what they mean. A tip is like how much the client feels is appropriate. You don't put a confront on and basically beg for money. If you think that your job is hard then charge more money, simple. After 6 visits, I feel I can now leave an accurate review. I gave it two stars because of the price and the convenience of being able to be immediately seen without an appointment. That is the only reason why I decided to return to this establishment. I was given a private room for every visit which was generally very clean and quiet. The poor rating is due to the quality of service. I don't think any of the masseuses are licensed massage therapists as 4 of the 6 different masseuses I saw had no concept of human anatomy or are able to discern how much appropriate pressure to apply. Some were noodle fingers and others had the strength of Lenny from of Mice and Men who just accidentally squeezed some puppies to death! But what made me swear never to return was when the masseuse was obviously sick. He kept sniffling, then swiftly swiping his nose, then would touch my body with his germ laden hands! I asked if I could please have another masseuse to replace him. They denied me. Although I was only able to withstand 20 minutes of services provided by the health hazards spreading worker, they did not refund any portion of the 1.5 hour combo massage that I was forced to pay ahead of time, plus a $15 tip that they also force you to pay ahead of time. I am so disappointed about the terrible service and lack of common sense that I decided to reduce my rating to only 1 star. read more

The WORST customer service I have ever received in my life. I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. I was given a gift card for a 60 minute body massage from my boyfriend for the Four Season Spa. I was really looking forward to a relaxing day, since it had been over three years since I had last received a professional body massage. I booked an appointment, and got there on time with a few minutes to spare. The workers were busy in the front with two other clients, so they told me to go into one of the empty rooms. I waited another 10 minutes before someone came in and told me what to do, and asked again what type of massage I had wanted. The 50+ masseuse was doing a fairly good job with my massage in the beginning and middle of the session. But then, she walked out of the room not once, but FOUR different times to get more supplies, and each time she had left, she had left the door OPEN. I was obviously not dressed during any of those times. This was very UNPROFESSIONAL, and made me very uncomfortable. Not to mention her walking back and forth took into my session time. After I get redressed and gathered up my belongings, I walk up to the front and get ready to pay with the gift card I was given. I hand over the gift card to the 50+ masseuse who gave me my massage, she then gives me a confused look, and then walks over to the other masseuse (I assume she's the owner/manager) who was busy massaging another client. The other masseuse tells me, "it's okay," referring to me being able to use my gift card. And so then I try to hand the masseuse a 16% tip in cash, she again gives me a confused look, and tells the other masseuse something in Mandarin. The other masseuse then tells me "It's 20% tips." Now I'm confused, WAS SHE REALLY TELLING ME HOW MUCH TO TIP? So the masseuse comes back to me, and says "$10," I tell her "Sorry, I only have $8 in cash (for the $50 massage), and give it to her. She then takes the cash and walks to the back without any word. SO FRICKEN RUDE!!! I then look at the other masseuse and several other masseuses who are in the front, finish drinking my cup of water, and then ask "Am okay to leave now." (Making sure I didn't owe anything.) She says "Yes," and that was it. Not even any thank you, goodbye, or have a nice day! Also turns out that my boyfriend said he already included tip on the gift card, so they just scammed me So needless to say, I AM NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!! Went in for a full body massage. And I got a male masseuse. All he did was hurt me more than anything. Did not giving me a proper massage on my feet instead focus on just rubbing my legs really hard and I told him it hurt. Then when he did the body massage all she did was press I tried to stop him but she insisted he do it the right way. I didn't like it at all it hurt and give me a headache more than anything. When I got up to leave I left without leaving a tip. And the lady came out and said we needed to leave a bigger tip. Not worth the money. Had to sit for 10 minutes with my feet in a bucket of cold water, then had a pretty pitiful massage. The masseuses were yelling pretty loudly across the room at each other throughout which made it hard to relax. They don't change the towels after clients,just flip them over to the other side, and the little bed I was on smelled horribly. My husband, mom, and I went to get a massage here thinking it would be great as it was the first time I went. They were extremely rough and hurt all of us. I told them to be gentle over 5x and they did not listen. The owner massaged my mom and was just as rough on her. When she asked for her to be more gentle she laughed at her and continued to be rough. When we finished we tipped 5$ each and the owner demanded more tip. I dont know of ANY place that DEMANDS tip. I did read that sad little sign that tip is mandatory for a certain amount of time but it also guaranteed that satisfaction would be 100%. I gave it one star because the foot massage was good, as for the body massage i now regret going more than a few times i yelled ouch and said the presure was to hard and aside from being pulverized by the massuese as I paid i was told by the front desk person that tip was a mandatory 20%, when did any tip become mandatory? Still with a smile on my face I explained that all i had left was a $5 and it was that or nothing, she then said use a credit card, I said no and at this point im upset....after a few minutes of her talking to the masseuse in chinese she refused to take the money and told me to give it to him myself.
