I have had good experiences with body massages at this spa. The facility is clean, the rooms are well-equipped, the music is pleasant. You get what you pay for and their prices are considerably lower than a medical grade massage. I have been at least 6 times this year - two full body massages and four foot/leg massages. I LOVE THIS PLACE! I work near by and sometimes hope I have a cancellation in my schedule to squeeze in an hour foot massage. I remember when this spot opened I loved the interior (paint, lights, stations, music, & curtains) always extremely clean and plenty of employees to where I have never been turned away! The team works so hard at giving you an impeccable reflexology massage. I'm sure they have a few disappointments with unthoughtful tippers but that never affects the quality of service they give to each customer! I couldn't imagine how sore their hands & body must be after working so hard helping others relax. I feel welcome, every other place I have been to being a frequent goer seemed rude, dinghy, & sketchy NOT this place. I don't mind paying the extra $5, rent at this location must be much more than a run down strip mall. Cancel your massage memberships this place is a winner! Thank you four seasons spa!! read more

Worst experience ever yesterday, I've been to foot spa as like this many times.. they conned me into getting the combination of 30 min feet 30 min body, because it was "a special" the girl seats me in a private room which I've never been brought into before and she covers my eyes, after 10 minutes a man comes in, and is being far to rough, I told him many times to please be softer, it wasn't even enjoyable, I was then told to take my top off and lay down, way too much oil, way too much pressure! He hardly spoke English.. I was literally in pain half the time and I woke up feeling like I've been hit by a truck! I should have just left.. but I kept hoping it could get better.. upon check out and paying $30 I was going to still tip but only $5, she tells me for that package they require a $10 minimum for a tip, which should have been relayed prior to the service, I still only left $5, so so awful!! read more

The massage was ok. Now mind you I had a gift certificate for this place for an hour. And when I decided to tip, they asked for a minimum 10 dollar tip! Now I would have gladly given that much if it was worth 10 dollars and if I had the 10 on me in cash but I didn't. So they pushed for me to give a tip with my card and charged me for it! Very unfriendly, unprofessional and ungrateful. People don't have to tip, and if you force them to it pushes people away from the business. Never coming back . I have gone to this place two times to try it out. The first time I had a woman who was very mediocre, but I decided to go back a second time to try it again. This time I was assigned a man, and when I requested a woman, I could see that the male was very offended! I just felt uncomfortable and by no means did I intend to hurt his feelings. Even after I saw a woman masseuse walk by without a customer, they still refused to give me a female masseuse and insisted that the male was just as good! Begrudgingly, even though I was extremely uncomfortable, I said I would take a chance with the male. These chinese ladies began to whisper furiously and make glaring faces at me. However, when I politely asked for some pants, I was wearing tight jeans that would get wet in the hot water, the man told me to follow him, angrily took out some disposable pants, left the drawer open, and threw the pants on an open table. After contemplation, I decided that they did not deserve a second chance and were extremely rude to me, so I left. Extremely terrible service, would NOT recommend to anyone. read more

This place is so clean it looks like they opened yesterday. The rooms are big, simple, and the overall ambiance is very minimal and relaxing. I'll start off by saying this is only my third time at an Asian massage place. I am used to massages from Burke Williams or Glen Ivy. It was very clean, and they had calming sounds playing, both good. I was put in a big room with about 5 other people getting massages too...that I'm not used to. The ladies giving the massages would talk to each other often, which I thought was a bit distracting. And one of them (not mine) had a cold, so I could hear her coughing and snorting a lot, kinda gross, but fine. Now for the massage part...I am a baby when it comes to pressure, so the massage was a bit rough for me. I got the 60 minute foot massage, so I thought I would only be getting my feet massaged, but they did my whole body. I like a lot of pressure on my feet, but just a little everywhere else. This lady who gave me my massage had pretty intense pressure throughout. At some points I would cringe. But, my fault for not saying anything. I LOVED my foot/leg massage. That was awesome. I would not recommend this place. First time I went a male gave me a foot massage. He had been outside smoking before I arrived and I could smell the smoke. I requested he wash his hands. I have been back since and found that the massages are not very relaxing, they use quite a bit of pressure and can be painful. Another issue is if you go in for a specific massage at a certain price they will continue to the massage past the original time without warning and charge more when done. NEVER going there again... I was really excited to find a place close to me... clean and pretty decent massages. This last visit will definitely be my last... my masseuse didn't listen when ever I told her not so hard and to be more gentle on some tender areas. Plus, she was sick and sniffling and sneezing the whole time. After my massage was finished, I went to pay. The lady in the front insisted that I TIP 20% and that the service was worth $40 even though the sign said $30. I was giving her $5 for a $30 service and the masseuse and the lady in the front were saying stuff in Chinese and still insisted more. I had either a $5 or a $20 and when I gave her the $20 she said she had no change. So, when I gave her the $5, she all of a sudden found change for the $20. I should have just left her with no tip!
