This was the worst massage I got in my life. We were never asked what kind of massage we were speaking as far as pressure. They were so rough, skin burned because they wouldn't put enough oil, when they massaged my foot they socked my feet, then when they did the back massage part I could breathe. So much pressure so much pain! And when we were leaving they asked my sister about a tip and she said she didnt like the massage it was very painful and triggered her fight or flight. And the receptionist or whomever she is she forced her tip and charged her 62 dollar without consent. And then she pressured me into giving a tip and gave us a big whole lecture. Mind you while she was stating why we didnt like it and what did they need to improve on the massagists were there just staring make the whole situation uncomfortable. Would never recommend never attend. And I will be reporting them to the BBB Angela Z. Business Manager Dear customer, our front desk manager asked how your massage was? Are you satisfied? If you had told her bravely at that time, she would have changed masseurs for you until you were satisfied. When she asked you, could you have faced the owner bravely? Answer me honestly? You answered "good". I don't understand? lt's hard for me to understand you?I hope you can be sincere to the people around you. Don't deceive each other. Let me respond to this complete nonsense. Your response proofs your unprofessionalism. My sister told you she didnt like her massage and didnt want to tip. You asked her what was wrong and she told you it triggered her flight and flight response and your response was "okay im charging you 2 dollars for tip because you have to tip for services" and of course you took advantage of the fact that she wasn't problematic and let it happen. And when she asked me! I told her "I am not sure how I felt about it." She asked are you going to leave tip "I said no. I didn't like it." Then she was talking very aggressively in. A high tone about how "YOU HAVE TO PAY TIP FOR SERVICES." Its not the law last time I checked. And to top it off you are asking us in from of your massagist. How unprofessional is that? You didnt make your customer feel safe or satisfied. We are going to report you! Never ever in my life have I ever experienced such unprofessionaisml especially in a small business. It's disgusting. And we can go back and forth on this. I could come with cops to your business because what you guys did was harassment. And never ever during our massage were we asked what type of massage me wanted, if the pressure was okay. There was no communication. No English, just moans and grunts and hand gesture. And they constantly were going in and out. No warning they were putting stones on us. We had no idea that even came on the body massage. We were first time customer. I have gone here for yrs & the young lady w/the different color hair has offended me for the LAST TIME. Had the nerve to tell me make sure i keep my panties on while having a male massage therapist. If I could give zero stars, I would. Where do I even begin. Im actually so pissed I had to pay for this, its an absolute insult. Not only did they make me and my mom wait 30 minutes in a room, but once they decided to come in the literal nightmare, began. Everything seem to be going fine for the first five minutes, note me and my mom paid both for a 60 minute massage. I started at least 10 minutes before my mom did and somehow she ended before me. At some point the guy decided to turn on the lights and didn't really care to ask if it was OK with us, the whole massage you could hear so much noise with the other people that work there, because no one cared to close the door at all either. So here we are both getting a massage with the door open, and then, both of the people doing the massage to us started talking between them. MULTIPLE TIMES. My back is in so much pain right now from how hard and brusque they were doing my massage , my mom also had to tell the lady doing hers that it was hurting her neck a couple of times. The guy's phone kept going off multiple times throughout this entire nightmare. Funny sins when you walk in the door there's a big sign that says turn off your phone or any alerts to avoid disrupting the customers yet somehow his phone was going off a bunch of times. The guy saw throughout the whole massage and how much pain I was given the fact that I kept twisting and turning so much. Like I said, my mom's massage somehow ends before mine, and the guy is still hurting my back so much. We go to pay, and they still demand for us to give them a tip, which is absolutely fucking crazy given the fact that no one should pay for this kind of fucking treatment . I wish I've listened to the recent reviews...But I decided to take the chance since I was in the area...this was by far the worst massage I've ever experienced...I believe it was the same older man that other people had horrible experiences with...This was straight pain...We're talking straight knuckle and elbow friction to your spine and shins. I almost felt like he caused more friction and bruising to my bones than actual muscles. I walked out feeling stressed, and out of breath from taking the pain. Just... no. First impression upon arrival was that it was odd that no one was at the front desk to greet me. I waited for 5 min until someone finally came out. Requested for a 30 min foot massage only. Lady at the front kept insisting I get the hour full body to which I replied countless times that I only had time for a 30 min foot massage and didn't want a full body. She finally accepted my request and had me lie down. The foot soak in hot water was nice accompanied with a head massage, but then I overheard a customer that had walked in saying she was there for her appt. Another lady working asked her if she could wait for 30 min and the customer replied, "No, I made an appt yesterday! Why would I wait 30 min?" Then she replied, "I wasn't sure if you were going to come." Customer stormed out. When my masseuse moved from massaging my head and arms to my feet, she had left me lying there for at least 8 min until she finally returned. She massaged my right foot for a good 5-7 min, left for another 7 min then came back and massaged my right foot AGAIN, completing missing my left foot. By this time, it was already the end of the massage. She just seemed so disconnected and out of it as if she was trying to let the time pass. I shouldn't have even tipped bc I felt the service was super low quality, and I only got one foot massaged! I asked for change for my $20 and she asked, "two $10s right?" I said "no, one $10, one $5, and five $1s." She only gave me one $10 and two $5s. I still gave $5 bc she was awkwardly waiting BUT she seemed disappointed that it wasn't a $10 tip (massage was $20!!) This is more of a review of my personal masseuse. Unfortunately I did not ask for a name but he was an older Asian man. The first time I went in for a foot massage it was amazing. So I went in again. When the massage started, it felt like the gentleman was barely touching my feet. So naturally I asked for him to use more pressure. He started digging into my feet with ridiculous amounts of pressure and I figured "ok maybe it's just me. I'll suck it up and deal with it since I asked him to massage me harder" but I couldn't take it. I told him it was too hard and he completely ignored me and kept going about the massage. After that it just seemed like he was massaging even harder on purpose. At one point he dug into my foot so hard I flinched and pulled my foot away and he grabbed it, slapped it twice, and pulled it back and continued massaging with more force. That was probably 30 minutes into the massage and he didn't let up the rest of the time. He was digging into my calves and my shoulders and back with an unpleasant amount of force. He even left a bruise (and I don't bruise easy I understand people like hard massages but after I asked him not to massage me as hard as he was, you think he would lighten up a little. read more

Wife and I got body massages last week. We both had a great experience. They used hot stones and oil. I got massaged by Jenny. She's a great masseuse. Would recommend her if you like a medium pressure excellent massage. Wife prefers a harder massage so if that's your jam would have one of male masseuses. Don't know his name but there's a guy in his 30's that she said was great. We've also had some so so massages there so if you go I would recommend requesting Jenny or the aforementioned guy. Save your money. Honestly, I left my massage feeling sore. Their customer service could be better too, after spending 130 bucks there they gave my boyfriend and me a half-empty cup of water. How can you be stingy with WATER? The masseuse was too aggressive and made the experience painful! They also have a sign telling the customer how much the tip should be... terrible terrible. Save your money. Reply: While I understand the importance of tips for service workers, tipping is optional! Tipping is meant to be a voluntary gesture of appreciation for good service. A sign demanding tips can make customers feel pressured to tip. And no, not once did I claim that the 10$ tip was too much, but the problem is this business forgets that the customer's discretion provides tips. And should not ever be expected. I understand people need to make a living, but your living shouldn't come from tips. At the end of the day, you are the one responsible for pricing the massage, raise your prices if need be. Also, I was not made aware of the 10-minute switch masseuse rule. Even if I was made aware, it would do me no good because the massage became uncomfortable 20 minutes in! In conclusion, while tipping is an appreciated way to show gratitude for good service, it should remain optional. Been here few times already with my daughter. Should have learned my lesson, I tried to give them another shot... -talked throughout our massage in their language -left door open and leaving the room so many times yes for towels rocks n water but shortened our massage time -my daughter didn't get full massage as I paid beforehand(feet and body) she didn't even massage her feet. And I just got pressed by her forearms which was weird. I asked for more pressure on shoulders I didn't get. -Seemed as though they were rushed and ready to go home. If you've ever been to a foot massage, especially in Little Saigon, you know that most of these are run by Chinese people. This one is no exception. Located in the Amerige Heights shopping plaza, next to Target (where the old Payless shoes used to be) is this Chinese foot massage place. Pros: - you are fully clothed during the session - you don't have to go to Little Saigon for a foot massage - it's very clean, it should be since it's brand-new - the services were very quiet. I could not hear the other people that were receiving their treatment. Cons: - they don't speak a lot of English. Mandarin (Chinese) is the primary language here. - it's a bit pricey. Without the grand opening specials, foot massages start at $30. That's $10-$15 more than Little Saigon. I stopped by at 8:15 pm on a Tuesday night. I asked what time was the next available appointment, and the lady said if I can go right now, Jeff could help me. I typically do not have good experiences with a male masseuse. I'm afraid this was no exception. I selected the combo package: 30 minutes foot massage and 30 minutes body massage for $40 ($35 with the grand opening special) Jeff started me in the common room, laying face up and my feet in a bucket of warm water. He draped a towel over my body, as he massaged my scalp, neck, temple, legs and thighs. He removed my feet from the water, and with oil he deeply massaged feet, toes and even bones and he used his elbows to really dig in. A few times I had to yelp "ow!" because he was tenderizing me like a slab of meat. If you watch the tv show, The Amazing Race, there was the segment the contestants were getting a painful foot massage. I was getting one of those. My muscles would involuntarily tense up to counteract his deep kneading. After the half hour was done, he moved me to a private room and asked me to lie face down. I assumed it was still fully clothed since there was only a bath towel on the table. He MAN-handle me. Deep tissued me. Kneaded me. Pulverized me. Take your pick. He was using his entire 200+ weight on my 120 pound frame, using elbows, forearms, knuckles and whatever method to work my back, shoulder, arms, rib cage and thighs. Quite honestly it wasn't relaxing at all. I felt like I was a car in one of those gas station car washes, getting pulverized by rolling brushes, with enough force to shake the car. There was no smooth, gentle long Swedish strokes. It was an earthquake or convulsion of movements used for circulation, rather than relaxation. Multiple times I yelped "ouch!" or better yet: OW! OW! I do wonder if these Chinese massage people are trained or have taken one anatomy or kinesiology class. There was some times he was massaging bone, other times he was deep tissuing my buttocks. Overall I wasn't happy with my treatment, and genuinely disappointed because it's literally 2 minutes from my home, and I was so looking forward to using this location. I woke up the next day very sore, like I got my butt kicked. I actually feel worse than when I started. My lower back hurts, and my shoulders are still tense. I may give it another try, but not with Jeff. Perhaps a woman, and hopefully not one who enjoys inflicting pain. If you're into deep tissue, ask for Jeff. I may need to visit Burke Williams for some TLC. read more

I went in for 1 hour foot massage. I asked the massage person to wear a mask and he agreed. They place a towel over your face while massaging your feet. The massage was so weak that at one point I thought he had fallen asleep. I could sense that he just wanted it over. I happened to see him while checking to see if he was asleep and he wasn't wearing a mask. I told him we were done and left. I have no problem if he were opposed to wearing a mask he should have been honest and declined. Then I would have left or asked for someone who did not mind wearing a mask. That along with the extremely weak foot massage was the last time I will be going there. I have been going since it first opened. The new ownership is far inferior to the pre-covid owner. read more
