My purchase experience was fine with Century Chevrolet, but that's a one time thing with a dealer. Service is where you spend most of your time and my first time in they blew it. TL;DR; Century Chevrolet completely failed to provide even passable customer service in their Service department. They would not listen to what the issue was, pretended it was impossible for it to happen, passive aggressively insulted my intelligence, and did not resolve the issue. They've lost a customer for life. This encounter started when I brought my electric vehicle in for its first maintenance service. I was prompted to do so because my Key Fob for my vehicle stopped working the day before. The vehicle would not start, and did not have a key back up. The doors would not lock or unlock, again no key back up. Therefore, the Key Fob is critical to the function of the vehicle. When I dropped the vehicle off with service I described all of this. I was able to get the vehicle started after using a backup pocket for the Key Fob, but that took some digging through the vehicle messages and manual. After using this pocket method the Key Fob started responding again. Still, I was not comfortable with the thought of this process failing and leaving me stranded. The service team said they would look at the Key Fobs, though they completely failed at this. First they called me when the maintenance was done, saying they had tested the Key Fobs and were able to Remote Start the vehicle. I explained the issue was not with Remote Starting the vehicle, it was with the vehicle starting at all. They then claimed that what I was saying happened is just not possible. Well it happened to me. They said they would retest and call back. When they later called back they started to explain that when an electric vehicle starts there's no motor that runs, but it's still started. Very insulting, this is my second electric vehicle, and I've had this for months now. They went on to explain how to do a Remote Start. Even more insulting, it's obvious they did not listen at all during the last call. After explaining again that the vehicle would not start at all, having nothing to do with Remote Start, and that I had to place the Key Fob in to the back up pocket before it would start, they finally explained that what the pocket does is reprogram the Key Fob. This could all have been avoided if they'd just listened when I dropped off the vehicle and explained the reprogramming process then! But they weren't done. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle they had also printed out a copy of the instructions for how to Remote Start the vehicle and left them on the passenger seat for me to find. Beyond insulting. At this point this had went beyond them just being confused, inept, or otherwise bad at their job, and in to a territory of aggressive and unacceptable behavior. And if you're going to be a jerk, at least have the guts to be one to my face, instead of passive aggressively leaving a print out. Avoid Century Chevrolet if you value your time, money, or have any sense. They will not only waste your time and money, but they are awful at providing even basic service. I will never use them for service, I will never buy a car from them, and I will warn everyone to stay away from them. I recommend you do the same. read more

These guys were really jerks, every time we agreed to a price they would come. Back and raise it. Raised it 3 times to over $1,500 over the initial agreed price , the " Manager" would come in a say we can't do it for that then he would give us a price and the say he had to call the Big Boss and he come back and raise it again. A COMPLETE con game. I left , went to Auto Nation Chevrolet and got a better car with more options for LESS than I agreed to pay at Century. Don't go to Century till you check out Auto Nation. I bought my truck new from Century. I recently (7/7/2018) brought it in for an Allision transmission service AND an oil change. Part of the oil change includes the multi-point inspection ($99 for the oil change alone). Two days after the service, my serpentine belt snapped while driving on a family trip doing 75 MPH. Loosing steering and brakes going that fast was terrifying and extremely dangerous. Upon checking the belt (after unwrapping it from around the fan), I saw that it was old, dry and very cracked. Obviously they did not perform the multi-point inspection as that would have identified the old, brittle belt. This ended up costing me $435 to fix including a tow to a auto repair shop, repair and a lost day of vacation. Thanks Century for your expensive lack of service. UPDATE: After GM / Chevy Customer Assistance contacted me to get more information, I stand by the above review. Century states they performed a multi-point inspection, but have no record of this to provide to me or GM Customer Assistance personnel. They also claim that the inspection would not have identified a dry cracked belt and this could have happened anytime. In Summary - Century Chevrolet is a horrible dealership and really could care less about their customers. STAY AWAY!!!! read more

What a nightmare! Made an appointment to bring our Volt in for a coolant issue. We signed up on the website, told them the issue, 10 days to get an appointment, but when we brought it in, they said another 10-14 days to before someone could look at it. What?!? Then tell us when to bring it in! But ok. 3 weeks later, no communication from them, so we start calling. Every day. No one responded. We keep calling, finally demanded to talk to manager. 4 weeks after we took it in, no one had looked at it. Once manager was involved, finally the car was in for its initial look. Took probably 3 hours to fix it. No apologies, no explanation. Lots of blaming - Oz made it clear that it was every one else's fault. Absolutely ridiculous. Two weeks after we had the vehicle back, the car says change the oil, though all fluids were supposed to have been dealt with during the service. Take your Chevy hybrid to Denver or any place else. Avoid this place like the plague...no one has a scooby doo what's going on... read more

I purchased my Nissan Rouge from my local Century Chevrolet back in 2018 I've been happy with it. I did get a five year warranty with the time of purchase. This year 2020 is the first year I've experienced my air conditioning I would be setting at a light and the car would shake or seem it wants to die 'I have experienced this issue with my 1997 Ford Explorer.' Took it in on June 9 to have it diagnosed they proceed to tell me that they pretty much deal with Chevy parts and repairs not on Nissan's 'because of parts' and wasn't able to do anything. That I would have to take it to my nearest Nissan dealership and have them diagnose the problem. Now why couldn't they suggest that they'll take a look and if needed why couldn't they just order the parts for a Nissan and fix it? A total waste of my day that I, had to take this day off from work for nothing!! Has a dealership shouldn't they be honoring my warranty no matter what? read more

Brought my car in for a gear shift replacement and was told due to busy times my car wouldn't be ready until 4 days from drop off date. Simple issue really just that my gear shift button had become dislodged and fallen out making it impossible for my car to read it was in park and therefore locking my key in the ignition. However, the dealership calls me not even a day later saying that now the key I've had for the last two years is mysteriously not working? So they wanted me to order a new key for $384.00, or a set of 2 for $500 but they don't have the key in stock so would need to keep my car for another two days? I called around Denver and found a company that could come out and make the key in 30 minutes and was $200 cheaper than dealership price. However this is where it gets interesting, when I went to pick up my car all of a sudden my key is working again completely fine, and has been for the last two weeks I've had my car back haven't had a single issue!!! I feel like they were seriously trying to scam me out of a couple hundred dollars and make up problems with my vehicle that weren't even there. Alex in the service department was handling my claim and was not very helpful and seemed to not really understand what was going on with my vehicle at all. Definitely will never take my vehicle to this Chevy again unless I feel like throwing away an extra couple hundred dollars. read more

I scheduled an oil change via their website for my 2016 Colorado Diesel which has 30k miles on it. When I arrived I was told it was time to have the transmission fluid changed and the fuel injectors cleaned. This seemed like it was way too early for my truck to need these services. I checked my owners manual and the recommended mileage for a transmission fluid change is at 45k miles (fuel injector cleaning has no recommended interval). I showed it to one of the service staff and they told me that Colorado is a severe driving state and 30k miles was the proper interval for the transmission fluid. Again I double checked the owners manual and the "severe" schedule for transmission fluid is still 45k. Once I pointed that out again, I received the excuse that "they didn't realize my truck was a diesel, and they were quoting me for a regular gas truck." Even if that's true, I'm sure they would have had no problem continuing to change my transmission fluid and charging me for it even after they had figured out it was a diesel. At this point my trust in their service department was greatly diminished. I went to sign the paperwork to just have my oil and my engine and cabin air filters changed. When they showed me the price of the oil change it was not what I had agreed to online when I made my appointment. I had to argue with them to get the advertised price. At the end of the day I received a call that my truck was ready, and in email of the multipoint inspection report. In that email it said my break pads were at 6mm and needed to be changed. I called another Chevy dealership and checked this. The other dealership said that my break pads at 6mm had lots of life left and I wouldn't need to think about replacing them until at least 3mm if not 2mm. I went to go pick up my truck, and when I got in to drive away I noticed that the key for my locking wheel hubs was not in the truck. I went back in to talk with the service department and no one could find the key. They told me I would have to come back the next morning and they would need to break off the wheel locks and put new ones on. Fortunately when I went back the next morning, they had found the key, and no further work was needed. I was still very aggravated that I had to take extra time out of my day to go back to the dealership, and that had I been in a situation where my truck had a flat tire I would not have been able to change it out. The service department did not offer anything to help compensate for my time, aggravation, or putting me in a dangerous position. At this point I feel as though Century Chevy can not be trusted in the services they recommend for your vehicle as their recommendations are grossly overzealous, I also feel like their technicians are unorganized and complacent as they lost my hub key, and had I not been paying attention I would have proceeded to leave with a vehicle I could not have changed a tire on if it had a flat, putting me and my family in a dangerous situation. read more

If you bring your car in for service, Century Chevrolet service department will systematically breaks your vehicles down. You'll cars stand a good chance to have additional problems after you brought your cars in. These are the problems that my cars didn't have before bring them in: After their service I have transmission, and engine oil leaks. Now the transmission and engine need to be replaced. Battery post melt due to someone short circuit two battery posts. They offered to fix for 700.00, so I can drive the car home. They did timing chain replacement. The car ran rich afterward and destroyed cat converter. This service dept is the most crooked organization. They will cause more problems for your cars, so you have to bring your cars back for additional work. I am surprised why Chevrolet company still let them operate. I for one love the service team here at Century Chevrolet. Purchased my car there brand new in 2011 and they are the only team to ever touch it. Even though I live over 20 miles away now they always have been and always be my dealership if choice. My car has always be returned to me in a timely manner, all nice and clean ready to go. Oil change took 2 hours! I went in with two small children and was told twice on the phone not to come in on Friday or Monday. So I asked what day would be best...they said on a Tuesday. I brought it in and the service people are great. They really are nice and helpful. But the actual service itself was terrible. When I finally got my car back, there was no tag attached telling me when to get it changed next, the service number had been thrown in my back seat and again.... it took 2 hours for the oil change. I really dislike whenever I have to come here. I had the ignition recall taken care of and could not get the new key given to unlock my trunk. When I called I was told I had to come in, that the key has to work. The service rep really made it sound like I didn't know how to use the key to open the trunk. I finally have a weekday off, and come in. Im now told I need an appointment!? Worst customer service. Im given wrong pick up times, when I do bring the car in. I hope my car never has another recall and I never have to come back. Go anywhere else. read more

I was asked to leave a review of the service I received. WHAT SERVICE??? I took my car in, and when I called in the afternoon to check the status, I was told they wouldn't even be able to look at my car for at least 5 days. I was not told this when I dropped off my car. I asked if I could collect my car and bring it back in 5 days, and I was told I would be put at the bottom of the queue. I asked why I had made an appointment if my car wouldn't be seen for 5 days, and I was told I had "scheduled a check-in," not an appointment (even though I got about 15 text alerts to remember my "appointment". ). I got a song and dance about how there were other people in front of me--a service manager should know how to approximate times better. I was also told they could t offer rental cars for 45 days. I took my car to another dealership and it was in and out in one day. I used to like this dealership, and I went there for years, but I won't consider returning until they figure things out. read more

I needed to take my work van here to get a door handle replaced, it snapped off. I was told by Matt to drop off my work van on Sunday night so they could get to my van first thing in the morning Monday and said he would get the shuttle to me. I didn't hear from them all day Monday. Tuesday I called and was told it was a few hours away from being done. Later Tuesday I got a call saying it won't be done till Wednesday morning / latest lunch time cause they needed another part. Wednesday I called multiple times in the morning / noon time and was never contacted back. Finally Jennifer (the only helpful staff I talked to) tracked down the repair herself and was told it would be done by 330pm. I requested a shuttle in which I was told I was out of their range (when I first contacted Matt he said no problems and he would take care of me). This is my work van, the longer I am without it the more money I cant make. If I knew it would take 3 days to replace a snapped off door handle I would have done it myself. What a joke. I have been buying vehicles from this business for the last 20+ yrs. In total over 6 vehicles. This last one was the worst experience this far. I knew what truck I wanted, saw it online. Talked to one of the sales managers and told him what time I would be there. I took the truck for a test drive came back and said lets make it happen. This was all in about 30 minutes of me showing up. Now take into count I was one of two customers there. So after the whole back and forth crap they finally pulled my credit to see what could really be done. Got the final offer an hour and a half after I got there. After sitting around for 2 more hours I finally went back to sign all the paper work. During this 2 hours wait my truck was going to get detailed. Got done with the paper work, go out to the truck to find the windows, rims and the back seat was cleaned very poorly. Windows and mirror were smeared, rims didn't get touched and dirty foot prints in the back. So after about 4 1/2hrs I finally got to leave. Oh and if I wanted a soda I had to pay $1.25 out of the vending machine for a 12 ounce can. Needless to say I will never send anyone to this dealership or ever be returning for service or buy another vehicle. They have gone down hill. read more

Century Chevrolet is a great Chevy dealership. I went to them in 2005 to purchase a 2005 Chevy Cobalt. I have had outstanding service from Glenn, their service supervisor. Always treats me nicely and goes out of his way to help me in whatever way he can. I have had one experience that was a little strange with them. Took my car in for an oil change and they told me that I needed new brakes( mind you that my brakes were 9/32 when they said 3/32), light bulb for something. Come to find out, they confused my vehicle with someone's Saturn Vue. After talking to upper management of the dealership, I am getting free oil changes for the mistake of the mechanics. My limited experience with their repair shop was not great. For the price they should do better. I asked for specific maintenance to be done, and asked them to check the source of a slow coolant leak. They did the maintenance, but didn't do the check. They handed me an alignment analysis I didn't ask for that showed my alignment was good, but then they asked to do the work. They don't seem to have all cylinders firing. YMMV. read more

This was my 2nd visit to get one recall corrected. The first time the appointment was scheduled when I arrived, the parts weren't available. This time when I called to make the appointment I was told it would take ~15 minutes. When I arrived, the service department was very busy. First I was told it would take several hours. When I balked at this, I was told it would take an hour. I was told I would be called when work was completed. not responsible, at least. I did oil change/tire rotation twice (groupon) at this place. I noticed HUGE smoke each time after. The second time, I drove back and they said because they apply some chemical on the brake and it is good. I went to another shop to take a look. The drive axis is all rusty out and rubbing the tire. The tire is almost all out and I dare not to drive home. And thanks to the tire rotation, now I need to replace two tires. I would say they did not care enough to take a look at the tire and just did the rotation. And they did not care enough to lift the car to take a look even I reported the problem. Very hard sell on the marked up extended warranty that we do not need on a 2013 Chevy silverado. I already had a loan from my bank but was promised a better rate by dealership but it turned out that was only the case if you borrow another $2500 for the extended warranty that according to consumer reports 42% of purchasers never use. Better off getting a loan from your bank, I ended up with the same terms but I don't know who I'll get for the loan. Mostly happy with our sales guy but didn't spend much time with the vehicle and pretty much were told we could drive it around the block once and only with the sales guy. read more

Read the next line of my review carefully. Never, ever bring your car in for service here. Not for an oil change, not for recall work, not for a free window wash. I have a car that needed the airbag recall work done. I've been calling dealerships for a year trying to get the parts lined up to complete the work. They're hard to find. I called century on the 4th and gave them my recall reference number, the make and model of my car, and the VIN. they looked everything up on their system and told me they had all the parts. I immediately scheduled an appointment for the 11th and asked how long it would take. They said once the work started 4 hours but a full day just to be sure. I said that I would bring it in the night before so they have all day with it. I show up the afternoon of the 10th to drop the car off and the service guy said he would try to get it done But they might have to order hard to come by parts. I explained that I had been through all of that and that's why I scheduled an appointment. No worries he said. We'll get it done. I need my car for work. I worked a heavy workload Monday through Thursday so Friday would be free. I also rented a car for one day; Friday. I get a voicemail at 11:00 on Friday the 11th saying that I can come pick up the car. It's finished and the parts have been ordered for me. What does that mean? You might ask, like I did. Of course it means that I scheduled an appointment, worked a heavy schedule, rented a car and took the day off for nothing. I dropped off my car to have it sit there all day while they ordered the parts like they could have done the week before I brought it in. I lost out on 200$ of pay and spent 100$ for two days of car rental. I get a little irate at the guy on the phone and explained to him what is happening. He tells me he's sorry and he'll see what he can do. He calls back and tells me that he can get it done today. Pushing for 5:00. The car rental place closes at 5:30. So of course at 5:30 when nobody has called and Its too late to drop off the rental car, I call him. We're just buttoning it up right now. I'll pick it up tomorrow I tell him. Here's the thing, with service like this, you know they messed up more than they fixed. Update: Just drove the car home, the airbag light on the dash is on. read more

The tire pressures are uneven. I do not believe that the tech checked them properly. The right front tire is about 4 lbs less than the rest of them and the left rear is 1 lb higher. We had to tell the tech how to rotate the tires properly. Our tires a not directional tires. read more

I have taken my car 3 times for service there and each time there has been ISSUES The latest is, I got a notice from Chevrolet about a problem of a CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. The repair was suppose to be under warranty. I show them the letter and they said it was under the Warranty. The dealer told me the problem was gas fumes from the gas tank and had to order a new gas tank. They called me during the 2 day repair when they were almost finished and said that the car was now not under warranty. About 8 years ago we purchased a New Chevy Cobalt from these folks. Try to make an appointment for an oil change and no they say just drop in. So I do and every single time I had to wait for hours for them to finish. I got the windows tinted in the summer, winter comes in the rear defroster doesn't work. The car was under warranty so I make an appointment, I show up on time and wait for them to fix it nearly 3 hours later they come out and blame the tint for the failure. Telling me that the problem was the tint, that the defroster was registering the correct Microvolts. I was a mechanic for 30 years and knew they were BS'ing me rear defrosters use 12 volts, Microvolts will not generate heat. They stood behind their lie and said to fix it I had to remove the tint. I went home looked up which relay it was. Went to the auto parts and got it. As it was just 14 dollars I chocked it up as a loss. So I kept getting my car serviced there to keep the warranty intact. But every time I take it in I have to sit for hours. 3 years later there I am needing to trade in my Chevy Cobalt I purchased there, ignoring the defroster issues and the long wait any time I needed service. I have health issues and could no longer drive my beloved Cobalt. I go in at night to trade in for something economical with a comfortable ride. I wanted to buy a good used compact, instead they only offer new cars in compact models. I refused as I had paid off my old car and did not want to have large payments. Then they bring out this Impala, it was sweet, I was having a really bad day my meds had me confused and shaking. I was not in a state to make a good judgement. However not realizing how bad I was I purchased the used Chevrolet Impala that was still under warranty. I was pushed to purchase an extended warranty since the factory was warranty going to end in a year. So after being convinced I needed it I go for the 2700 package, again I should not have been making any decision and they knew it full well, but they pushed me with ease. The numbers were a blur, trade in value, how much the new to me car was worth etc. as finance rushed me through. Next day, I am feeling better I filled up the car that was full when I got it, in just 50 miles it had gone through 1/4 of a tank. So I drove it for another 50 filled it again an the thing was getting under 17 MPG, ratings on the car were 27 MPG. So I knew this was not the car for me. That same afternoon I go in to return the car and purchase something else. They tell me that they would not and got very belligerent I got angry as this was total BS. I argued that there was a Federal Law of 72 hours on any major purchase. They said Colorado Law is that when you buy a used car it is yours the moment you sign and you are stuck. I was more angry and was thrown off the lot. These guys are crooks of the highest order. I have not known about Yelp until just recently and just today found today that they review car dealerships. As I was sent this link to review Tynan's Volkswagen, which by the way is STELLAR. The Impala POS was financed by Community Financial Credit Union, so I was without knowing it a brand new customer. A month or so later I went to Commutity Financial Credit union to see what I could do about the situation. They offered me a free car buying service. I needed to get out of this monstrosity of a gas hog fast. So I asked the nice Auto Buying Gal to find me something that met my needs, I asked about a Prius. She says she will find me one. An hour or so later I get a call from her she had one to show me and offered to come to me. I drive to the CU and look at this car, wow I had seen one but after the test drive I was bowled over. Go inside and papers were signed right away, getting the Prius at 4K under sticker value. I left the POS Chevy and drive off with this brand new high tech wonder car. The contract was that they would like any purchase use my old ones trade in off the cost of the Prius. Well guess what folks, I find out that not only did Courtesy give me nothing for my 3 year old mint condition Cobalt, but they had charged me double the value of the new POS. Yeah twice what it was worth, and to top that the extended warranty was with one of the companies that a few months later were shut down they were a scam. The CU got my money back on the Extended Warranty and finally sold the bloody POS Impala, but it only sold for the actual value so I was beyond upside down on the new car. So what the CU did was give me an incredible interest rate, a fantastic new account to this day I love these folks they simply rock. But as for a dealership, avoid Century Chevrolet in Broomfield Colorado on 120th at all costs. They will rip you off with no conscience what so ever. Then give you the worst service you can get. Giving one star as that is the least possible. Went in today for a battery and oil change. I was told by Cody Mortus the cost would be $299.00 and that was agreed. I was called when the work was completed and went to Cody Mortus to write out the check. The bill was now $338.02 and he said they no longer take checks and would have to have a charge card or cash. I asked to use my vehicle to go to my bank to get cash and he refused saying the would have to hold my vehicle until I came back with cash. They did have a man drive me to the bank where I was able to make the withdrawal. I returned to find that Cody was then on break and my truck had been moved outside and parked extremely close to another and if that party had needed to get into that car his door would have hit my vehicle. I explained to Cody that I had purchased my truck new from them and that in addition I had purchased a new corvette and new camaro and over the years all were paid for with checks and all service work paid with checks and I was never informed of their no check policy. I asked him to speak his management as they should be able to look up my extensive records of past payments and find that I never written them a bad check. He said his manager advised him they would not allow me to take my truck until the cash payment was made. Long story short is I wasted an hour with the hazzle and hopefully those reading this review will help them find another dealership for their purchases and maintenance. read more

Let's just say this place is very suspicious. Tom from the service team is terrible at listening and condescending when trying to explain to him the issue. I had squeaking breaks and a weird sound coming from the brakes even at a dead stop. He said they would put the brakes on a machine and remove glazing on the pads and rotors. So I call to check on the truck and asked about the other odd noise and he totally forgot after being explained and told three times. Got the the truck back after two days and still exact same noises. 400.00 For what? I tried calling back leaving him messages and no reply. Do not recommend going here. I had a very positive experience shopping for a car at Century Chevy. I did not end up getting a car here, because there was a used car in Iowa that was better for me than any new car in the region, but that's through no fault of Century Chevy. I worked with the Internet department, and Britt/Priscilla were both very helpful in locating cars around the entire region, letting me know what is available, and responding promptly. The pricing offered was great too, pretty straightforward. The sales and general manager stopped in while I was working with Britt to see if there was anything else they could do, but the price was already very good with some other items thrown in. Glenn took such great care of my parents 2012 Impala that was bought 'AS IS' but the brakes were so bad 9 months later and he agreed the rotors should have been replaced and took care of the problem and other warranty issues. DO NOT get your service done at this location. I took my wife's car in for service on her 2012 Chevy volt because it wasn't charging. This is the 3rd time we've had it worked on because something seemed to keep getting damaged with the charging port but it has always been covered under warranty. Now that it's out of warranty, I was going to have to pay out of pocket and Tom said that it would cost $1,500 this time. Tom said that there are 2 radiators on the Volts and there was a "crack in the radiator for the electric drive system." Tom said it was common for rocks and debris to fling up from the tires and this was common. I wanted to get a second opinion because of the steep charge and he said he would help me out with the price and just do it since the car was already there. I should have went with my gut feeling because it seemed strange that he would be willing to drop the price from $1,500 down to $1,000. Here's where things get really suspicious... I went to pick up the car and I asked to see the old radiator so I can see for myself what the damage was. The gentleman helping me said that he couldn't find it without even looking. A colleague of his listening in on the conversation mentioned that it would be in a particular area if it was covered under warranty because they would have to send it in. The gentleman helping me said it's not covered under warranty and didn't even bother looking but said he would make sure Tom called me the next day since he worked on it. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and I waited the whole day for a call and he never received one. I called Tom and explained that I want to see the old radiator and to also make sure that it was even replaced at this point. He told me that they threw it away and said, "Hey, at least I was able to give you a good deal." A good deal for what? How do I even know it was replaced? I told Tom that if there was a crack, shouldn't it have been leaking? My garage is dry... Then Tom proceeds to tell me that it's because it could have evaporated and also because there is a plate underneath the radiator that caught the fluid... If there is a plate that caught the "leaking fluid," shouldn't that same plate have blocked the debris that you said caused the damage? I was done with them at this point... I took it to another mechanic and he even said nothing looked replaced. He even believed that I was lied to because of these particular reasonings. 1. Every shop he's ever worked in never trashes the old parts without showing them to the customer first. 2. Radiator fluid doesn't evaporate 3. If the customer doesn't want the old parts, there are certain parts like radiators that they scrap to make extra money for the metal. Although they are great on the sales side, do not have your vehicles worked on over here...There's no such thing as a "good deal" if it sounds too good to be true. Now I'm out $1,000, lesson learned.... read more
