The worst experience that I have had with any type of business. Horrible customers service, the worker checking me in barely even talked to me and was eating the whole time we interacted. Did not get close to the car that I chose and the price raised drastically from what they told me. On my card I have two different charges for over 250$ for a rental car that was supposed to be 32$. I have been trying to call their customer service line and in store line and no one is answering at all. On 7/25/2020 I rented a vehicle from Fox Rent A Car. This was booked online through Orbitz. I booked a Ford Explored but they gave me a 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander, which was a nice new vehicle. We had a nice time, enjoyed the vehicle. When I turned it in I expected to pay $42 a day + $10 for insurance and some state tax. This is what I signed up for online. The car ended up costing over $100 a day!! Bait and switch!! When I complained to the manager he couldn't find my contract on his computer and had to view it ON MY PHONE!! Beyond the numerous hidden fees and 1 hour plus waiting in person (to rent and return when they WERE NOT BUSY) this company is ultimately a SCAM. We paid for the most expensive insurance and a fee higher than guaranteed, no problem. But FOX charged us 3 different amounts to two different credit cards all over $600! So Incase you're wondering if this is the company for you, remember that you may be out of $2000+ for one rental and it will take days to resolve and over an hour on the phone with them. They will also make you feel like it is YOUR problem and not there's. Sounds like a SCAM to me. After three days of trying to resolve this problem, $1600 will be back in my account in approximately 3-5 business days. So the wait continues. I called customer care asking for a refund and I was told to wait for a week for them to do their own investigation. They then sent me an email and I was promised a refund within 3-5 businesses days and now it's more than two weeks. Now they are dodging my calls, called yesterday and was on hold for close to two hours..I have proof of emails saying they will refund but nothing!! Good prices, front desk lady was pleasant, but bad overall service. I had a car reservation, when i checked in, it took over 30minutes to go through reservation check in. I was told the car i reserved was not available, but "not to worry" another was being cleaned and ready. Got to parking garage, the clerk took my paper work and disappeared for another 30mins. The agent at the airport was great when I first picked up my rental, thank you. I purchased full coverage including roadside assistance which I ended up needing. The vehicle had a low tire light on when I picked it up, so I put air in them. I'm driving in the Mojave desert with 4 kids, a dog and 5 pieces of luggage around 11am and a tire blows out. I hold on and off with customer service for 3 hours, (because you get hung up on after an hour). I'm offered a tow truck but no replacement vehicle. I wait until 7pm for the tow truck. My personal vehicle had to be driven out to pick all of us up. I went to Burbank airport to calmly talk to customer service about what happened and the manager (white male, around 50 yrs old) tried to dismiss me and told me I abandoned the vehicle because it was towed to a closed garage on Easter weekend. I missed a hotel rsvp because I had no reception and barely any battery left in the desert to cancel, so I ate $100 in a room charge Fox should reimburse me on. I have not recieved any communication on the matter, no apology... nothing. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! read more

I recently rented a car from here, my first time renting from Fox, and they were pretty great. The counter representatives were awesome - easy to talk to, fast and professional and understanding. They do charge a deposit even when you pay with a credit card which is a little bit odd. In my experience with other car rental places they usually only do that if you are using a debit card, but not this one. Not that big of a deal though, and they refunded the balance to my credit card quickly and without a fuss after the car was returned. There seemed to be a little bit of confusion as to what cars they had available and where they were but that seems to be the case with every company at this big new Burbank Airport car rental location so I don't blame them. They were definitely more on it than some of the bigger companies they share the space with. My only real problem with Fox - and this cost them a star - is their customer service phone line. The numbers given on the rental paperwork for contacting customer service took me to an answering machine message that says that their customer service center is closed on the weekends. Isnt the weekend when most people are renting cars? So they were a bit difficult to get a hold of and once I did get in touch with their customer service center (which I am assuming is corporate) they weren't really that helpful. They couldn't answer my question, said they would call me back and never did. But that little difficulty was pretty much forgotten when I returned the car to the Burbank location. It was easy as pie!!! Effortless. Super fast and simple, very pleasant experience. The deposit balance was refunded to my credit card very quickly, no nitpicking or nickel and diming me. A couple days into my trip using one of their Volkswagen Jettas, I had a frustrating experience. While driving north on the 101 at 9pm at night, my headlights went out and my tail lights too apparently because I had people signaling to me with their lights. The only lights that worked were the high beams and my hazard lights. Customer service was kind on the phone but their solutions were either going to cost me $$ or a whole lot of time to get the vehicle switched out. I'm not giving Fox my business again. Tried to rent from here, but i'm glad i did not. Honestly i've never been so appalled as i was today when i heard the customer service associate speak to guests. I myself no longer had a valid reservation with Fox due to a flight delay / missing a connecting flight (also could NOT get anyone on the phone to adjust my reservation to save my life. With at least 3 attempts and holds of :30 mins), but people with reservations were treated in a manner that i did not find appealing whatsoever. Fox, good luck with your business. Horrible horrible experience. Went in to pick up the car I prepaid a week for. The car was unavailable, so they offered an SUV for me. I did not want that, and eventually was given a sedan. The car had excessive damage on the exterior, the interior had a horrible odor and the steering wheel/gear select handle were grimy and sticky. I quickly discovered the brakes were faulty, causing the car to bounce and screech when pushed. The steering wheel required excessive force to turn. On the freeway, the car bounced and rumbled when pushed beyond 50 MPH. I drove back to the rental office and was told there was no other car for me. I was denied a refund of the $222 online Priceline reservation and the $180 paid at the counter. $400 to take possession of a malfunctioning car for an hour. read more

We are from Canada and we reserved a minivan months ago with Fox through car rentals.com and upon arrival at 4:30pm after a long day of travel with our 3 year old twins and a long wait and lineup we were told by the woman at the counter that there were no minivans available so we would have to pay more for a SUV!!?? What a scam. We refused until she said they'd give us the SUV for price we paid for van. Probably a lame tactic to make you feel like you are getting something when in fact they've screwed you. Anyway, then she added a gas tank fill up without waiting for a final OK and she pushed hard on extra bells and whistles that were not needed. She would not accept we have third party liability insurance until I said it 4 times. She even made a mistake on using my husband's name twice as the first and second drive and told us it did not matter. After an argument about the gas we went upstairs to get our car. There we were given a banged up Kia Sportage that stunk like cigarettes and was tiny and just awful. Finally my husband got help and proper customer service from a lovely woman named Liz who actually helped us out and got us a better car to drive and fixed all the errors made downstairs. A Honda had just arrived back and was getting cleaned and vacuumed. We ended up wasting two hours trying to deal with this mess, when we had a 2.5 he drive and all the sights we had planned to see along the drive were now in the dark and our kids passed out from exhaustion. It was 7pm before we left Burbank and we had arrived at 4:20. Didn't get to our destination until 9:30. I would NEVER rent from this place again unless Liz was the manager!! The manager and women at the counter were very accommodating during the return and took care of the misunderstanding situation but the guy inspecting the return was very unprofessional slamming the tablet on the car hood when I asked a simple question whether he was going to charge my card since he told me the balance which was not accurate. Very very unprofessional and not friendly at all. Will not be returning for future rentals also for an out of state return they have a fee that was not explained at all during pick up and thankfully the manager at the return location was very helpful but overall experience was not good and the car smelled like dirty clothes when they gave me the rental. We rented a car from Fox through a third party and they immediately charged us for the insurance which we had not authorized. When we picked up the car we paid with a credit card and got a receipt for the full amount due. When our credit card bill came we had been charged $112 for a full tank of gas although we had filled the tank before returning the car . We are in dispute through the credit card company. My advice is to stay away from this company and rent your car from a better known car rental group. read more

Love this place so much! My first time renting a car and they made it a great experience! First off, I flew into the Burbank airport and when I booked the car I put the Orange County airport as the pick up location. Once I landed I called Fox and I got through right away without being on hold. The gentleman was very helpful and even though it said there could be no modifications on my confirmation paper, he went ahead and changed my pick up location to Burbank without any extra cost! Once I got to the counter they had my car all ready to go for me and it only took about 5 minutes to do paper work. Hideous customer service! I will breifly describe for you what ended up being one of the worst days of my life. I came to Fox Car Rental hoping to turn things around for the better, Boy was that a mistake! So, I'm 9 months pregnant with #2 and due at any moment. I awaken to discover our one and only family car has been stolen right from the driveway. We needed a replacement and fast. Our carseats were stolen right along with it. My husband was working and I was able to get a friend to drive all the way from the miracle mile area to North Hollywood to drive me to Fox Car rental. She only had a small window of time to help. I would like to add that it was 100 degrees + that day. When I arrived, I presented my credit/debit card and ID and proceeded to attempt ro rent the car we had on hold. I was told that I would need to go home and retrieve my marriage licence because my last name was different on my I.D. than my credit card. (Note my unusal first name.) And yeah, sure I knew EXACTLY where my marriage license was! I had other cards showing both last names together, which I showed to the agent. And several other items with both names all over it. But he refused to accept that. He then proceeded to tell me that I would also need to leave a $500 deposit (cash) because of the card being a debit. That was it, my ride was done. She needed to pick up her kid from school. And now, I had no car!! It's 100 degrees, im completely stressed out and could have a baby at any time with no ride to the hospital because of these A holes!! Mind you, NONE of this was disclosed during the prior phone call made by my husband. Well, I had already been crying all morning and now I don't know if I even had a tear left in me, but I was dropped off at home and managed to get a ride to Enterprise and walked right in, with my same card, same CA I.D., signed some paperwork (NO ridiculous deposit) and was on my way!!!! The woman who helped me even bumped me up to a larger car so we'd have ample room for our son and new baby! That's customer service douchebags!! Would give zero stars if I could. This is my second time with a terrible experience. Don't be fooled by the low prices. I have been waiting here for over an hour and I still don't have a car. 1st because they had one person attending to a huge line. 2nd their cars "were not ready" as they were busy on Monday morning at 9:00am (why wouldn't you anticipate that in advance!). It took them around 30 minutes to process three people in the line and then 30+ minutes to get the car ready. In addition, even though they do have other cars ready, they wouldn't offer them up at the same price as other rental agencies do. read more

I just have to update this review.... I had to return to this place after leaving a coat in the car. I was just so amazed to find a customer inside complaining about their service. He ordered a car online through a car rental broker type website and no where on the rental agreement it said he needed an actual credit card. Usually you can run a debit card as credit as long as it has the visa or mastercard logo on it. But for some stupid reason Fox Rent a Car could not do this. This poor guy was saying he had $10,000 in his account and his friend dropped him off and he had no way to get around. They actually told him to walk to the air port and take a shuttle to the enterprise rent a car station. I swear to god, if they told me to get on a shuttle I would have flipped out. They should have drove him in one of their lame rental cars to help him out. I had to get outta there before I started yelling on his behalf. read more

The Burbank location needs to up their service experience immediately! Our reservation was processed through Southwest travels at a very competitive rate. Now I'm starting to understand why the wide range between rental companies. First off, Fox is not even located in the terminal. We were directed to take a shuttle from an Enterprise associate who was even more helpful than those actually employed by Fox. The shuttle driver did not even assist us with our baggage! After waiting nearly 10 minutes in an empty office, someone finally appeared to assist with the reservation. The entire process was basically the associate demanding a credit check in order to proceed to rental. Clearly, there was a Visa logo in which allows for a credit tender! Finally he gave in after agreeing to forward over our itinerary. However, with the lack of reception he started to grow impatient after suggesting I go outside! We were allocated a Ford Fiesta which was completely filthy and wreaked of cigarette smoke! Not to mention a broken rear windshield wiper. They had to call out several associates including the mechanic to try and shut it off! REALLY? FAIL! Finally, we called out the original associate that processed our reservation and requested a new vehicle due to the stench and defect. Unfortunately, he claimed that was the only car in it's class and that we would need to upgrade to a Dodge Charger for additional charge if we wanted a new one. RIDICULOUS! By this time nearly an hour had passed and we were over this place. Our return experience in Vegas was much smoother and way more accommodating. Saturday- So it's 4am and it turns out I need a car asap to take a day trip. Well I go on Kayak and then get redirected to car rentals dot com and find a full size car under Fox Rental for I say a decent price (22 or 25 for the day). Made my reservation and I request that I need the car at 5am. So I arrive at the counter with no one, not one soul in site at the burbank rental facility. I get on the Fox Rental customer service phone and a women answers and says what? No one there. They start at 5am. As I am on the phone with her I see this young guy walk right in and I ask him by any chance you work for Fox, it's early and he just nods, okay, I hang up since I was placed on hold and he immediately helps me out and tells me I can get a charger from a altima for 10 bucks more, I say fine and we go from there, he calls up to tell his coworker that I will be there soon and to have my car ready. Arrive and another guy is walking towards the booth and I give my paperwork and he says, oh sign here but check if there is any car damage and initial and sign after you check, I walk a few spaces down and I notice water spots all over the car, no picture unfortunately. Walk back and sign and initial and he hands me my keys and tells me the gate procedures. Drive up and once checked I take off. I only rented the car from one whole day, 5am to 5am the next day. Sunday - Arrive at 1:40 am to drop off the car and no one on site, that place is empty, no souls just open cars everywhere. Park the car on the Fox return lane and walk around and can't see anyone, actually saw two other renters returning cars as well but for Payless rentals. Finally call customer service and get a woman on the line (Shay) and I explain to her what is going on, she tells me return back at 5am, I am tired from driving all day and I just want to go home, I tell her I'm inside the parking lot already and I can't leave or else the tires will get punched out, security gate is up as well. No guard on duty. She tells me to leave the keys under the floor mat and she will log me out on my reservation account. Do as she says and I leave. Miss a call at 5:40 am today (Sunday) and when I check my email around the same tiime I see the final receipt and I thought great I am being billed for an additional hour because they actually logged it in at 5:47am return. Call customer service at 10:30 am and I tell the lady (Dawnay) that why am I getting charged a hour when I left it 3 hours before contract stated, she tells me I get a 15 dollar charge because I'm leaving it early... I tell her no car rental ever says or charges such a thing, I'm actually losing on the rental, she tells me that other customers are promised a car at a certain time and I am making them wait, I would understand if I brought back the car late but that has nothing to do with a future customer if they can't have it logged in yet. Mind you she had my rental agreement in front of her (monitor), she starts to argue with me that I won't be refunded, bad attitude. I am extremely disappointed on this rental experience but I feel most employees are not on the same page. Will be calling Fox tomorrow morning to see if I can get a hour charge dropped. Dirty car and a skidded in the middle dash and I get charged for a dirty upgrade and still get charged for leaving the car early, funny how they don't mention none if this when renting from them at the counter. Monday - Okay, so I am on the phone waiting on a customer service representative and as I pull-up my account (that final receipt) email I notice that I was actually only billed for one whole day.... My brain was on fart mode yesterday morning after being up for 24 hours then only sleeping 5... Making this 3 stars because they have actually decent people working there. I completely forgot to update my status with this place upon complaining to the people that are higher up with this business.... I probably did forget to update because ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAPPENED! But should I even be surprised? Upon reading the other reviews on here, it really made me sad that people were subjected to what we had to go through a year ago. In any case, my husband had to go down there to have a face to face talk with the manager here. When you're not happy about the shady crap that people do to you and your a business, the consumer has every right to voice their opinions. My husband pretty much spent the entire day waiting in the lobby for this manager to show up. He also had to tell me that while he was there waiting to speak to this guy, someone had come in saying that they left their wallet in one of the cars, he got the wallet back and, of course, there was money missing. I know it's easy to say that there was missing money to try to get some for free, but knowing how incredibly shady this place was, I'm pretty sure that money was stolen. He also could hear them whispering about it and laughing. I'm pretty sure that the lunch that was provided for everyone at that time was provided by the poor man who said his money was stolen. High five to you, Fox Rent a Car. You assholes. It took about 6 hours for this manager to get here. My husband felt as though they kept him as far away as possible for as long as possible thinking that my husband would leave and forget about it. Well, not us. Sadly, the complaint lead to nowhere, my husband got his cash back because in no way shape or form was he going to leave there without any kind of justice. I then wasted my time calling the corporate office (I now am even wondering if the "corporate office" was even legit, for all I know it's someones landline and their job is to just put you on hold until you don't want to hold anymore) to complain, which really lead nowhere. It was just being put on hold for literally 45 minutes at a time then being picked up again and being asked how I can be helped. I told the last person that asked me that that I was waiting to speak to someone that I can complain to. I really got to not even speak my mind at that point. Sadly, I got frustrated and hung up, which is what I know they wanted me to do. To the person below that said Raymond was wonderful, please. You can't see behind the facade I guess. The only thing that he is helpful with is trying to see how much of a sucker you are so he can get as much from you as possible. But, I'm glad he didn't take advantage of you like he has the rest of us.... Please, if I can offer anyone any help whatsoever, PLEASE read this and read the other reviews and STAY AWAY. Get that extra money and go to Enterprise. I have done business with them every single time since this unfortunate event and they are a great, reputable company that is not shady by any means. Really wish I would have just paid the extra $10 and gone with a different company - it would have been cheaper. Fox prices look too good to be true, and they really are. Cons: - Hit with hidden charges. - Charged inflated prices for gas even though I filled the car up moments before. (The gas gauge apparently wasn't working, and would they believe me? No. I can't believe I got double charged!!!) - Took AN HOUR to return the car due to slow customer service and faulty computers. You could easily miss your flight waiting for these people to get their act together. - Had to wait in line 2x and then was asked to wander around their back lot to find "Andy" or whoever to get him to log out of his transaction. Last I checked, customers should not be used as human walkie-talkies! - $400 "deposit fee" and credit check on my Visa Debit Card that I don't get back for 2 weeks?! - Not located in the terminal. The manager and general manager didn't give me a reciept I went back the next day and he word perfect me a reciept totally caught them they pocketed my cash and charged my credit card I was able to stop payment before my credit card company credited fox then the manager got all in my face whe n I went to the return counter at Burbank airport she left the parking lot left the booth totally wide open door open and no where to be found so I leave and before I could exit airport she calls me I have the whole incident on video with my phone and have contact upper management with no reply I now have taken this matter to eye witness news Iteam they took my case and it's in editing the investigation was a slam dunk my footage on video speaks for itself that are totally busted explaining to me that they don't take cash at return booth and the manager in his own words described their procedures when I first walked in the manager kept going inside the office behind pickup booth and was calling the general manager then when I questioned him about the reciept they gave me it was my check out papers not the closing bill usually it would show milage in milage out when returning car I didn't notice til later on that evening when I called my credit card company and found out they also charged my card I knew than that my paper work wasn't an accident but they were stealing from the company I called fox corporate to inform them they should audit the store at Burbank airport because it's there management that behind this I'm sure this is going to be much bigger than just me all customers renting from fox Burbank check your statements and make sure you weren't charge twice they had the opportunity when I used my credit card at pick up but when dropping off rental I paid cash and was never given closing reciept they had me sign the damage sheet when you walk around the car at pick up I did not pay attention to what I was handed . By the time I notice something wasn't right they were closed could have been an honest mistake giving me wrong reciept but when I called American Express and they told me my card was ran through for payment they were busted.i clearly expressed I did not want my card charged that I was going to pay cash when I returned rental in fact I repeated myself a couple times "Do not charge my card I have cash " so go figure such a bunch of b. S. And the way the manager got completely in my face my husband had to remove his fingers out of my face and nudge him back off me he came around the counter when I accused him of making my cash reciept from his computer in the back office it was on printer paper through word processor style no format no logo all rental car company invoices have their logo and a bunch of terms & policies in small font all over the back of their invoices not on printer paper he was furious I told him go on in computer the one at the counter pull up my reservation number and print it and he told me he couldn't so anyways totally scammed and I called there bluff and they freaked out when they finally realized my husband had filmed the entire thing the manager kicked me out and said he's going to call security I told him please do in fact I got on the phone right to corporate and than eye witness news this is way out of line and I have documents he made one big mistake he gave me a fake cash reciept when I have the credit card reciept also I had emailed corporate the night before to send me my reciept that morning before I went back to airport corporate had emailed me the reciept on file so anything they altered while I was was there was after the fact and that's my proof so I have 3 different receipts for my rental unbelievable. Wait til you see it on Iteam nbc they air on the news if corporate does not terminate these two employees for racketeering stealing and double charging customers once the investigators and my attorneys supeana Files it's going to open Pandora's box for those 2 employees . I'm looking for any other customers that have been double charged I can hook you up with investigators to see if you are victims this could turn into class action if we come together. Must have documentation and reservation number for the rental.proof of payments through credit card company and any disputes you made would be your ticket. I bet now they call me back .To little to late.Your Busted!! I won't settle unless there is a procecution now.you should have been honest. read more

Fox wins the award for the absolute *worst* customer service ever. Personally and through my business, we've spent over $5,000 on car rentals with Fox the past couple of years, but they've lost my business for good. The cars can be hit or miss. Sometimes it's a great value. And sometimes it is a manual locking car with sticky gunk in the cup holders and non-functioning air-conditioning. But it was always a low price option. So they held my business. Then I left an valuable article in one of their cars, and that is when I made the change I realized my error in leaving my watch within 30 minutes of dropping my vehicle. I phoned and tried valiantly to reach a human, but their system is automated, and promises a call back within 24 hours. I called again 48 hours later. No luck. So I VISITED the location (for my next car rental) TWICE in the two weeks following, and was told each time to leave my phone number and someone would call me within the hour. I did. No one called. Coincidentally, the woman behind me in line one morning had the same question about not receiving a return call. She, too, was given the brush off. I then spoke to a customer representative in Los Angeles, who sent an email to the Burbank branch manager. I received no call or email. Then I visited again, after dropping off my Budget car, and was told at long last that they'd "look in the box". It had been 5 weeks. No watch. No surprise, I guess. You can get the same car (or likely better) from Budget or Advantage, and not support a business that cares so little for their customers. read more

I travel on business frequently needing to rent often. This has been by far the worst rental car experience I have ever encountered. First, the worst customer service ever. I've been on hold for over an hour and a half each time I call and can never get anyone. The 2nd & 3rd day the battery was dead and I called to get roadside assistance and couldn't reach anyone for hours and was stranded the second time having to come out of pocket. Then upon returning the car I was charged more than double of what was explained w/ a 4 day extension and they continue to charge my card. Definitely will never rent with them ever again. After calls and emails I have yet to get in contact with anyone. Livid. read more

Fox Rent A Car - Do not rent here!!!! They triple charge you and you Can never reach ANYONE in customer service! Been on hold for an hour 40 mins - Car Rental Near Me - Burbank, California

This is my second time renting from FOX. The first time it was a breeze and seamless. Everything was ready to go. The second time...not so much. I walked in and there was a woman taking very long to figure some sort of miscommunication between her pre car rental arrangement and at the desk. Seems like she was just having a bad day. So I waited patiently in line for 20 minutes. Then I quickly completed the rental agreement paper work. Rushed out the door only to remember I forgot my drivers license and credit card. So I turn around and the guy meets me half way and I run back to the 3rd floor via escalator. Afterwards, I find myself again in line behind the same woman who took forever at the first line only to realize again she is having another problem..they can't find the car she rented! By this time I'm thinking geez! These people are having a bad day! So again I wait another 5 minutes until they figure out which car to give her. Finally it's my turn. I quickly fill out paperwork sign here sign there and done! Or so I thought. I noticed a ding that wasn't noted. By then the employee has 2 people in line and she squeezes me in corrects what was missed and off I go into the car aaaand nope! Keys aren't working. I wait for her line to painstakingly go away then I tell her the keys aren't working. She noticed those weren't the keys, switches them and puts a post-it on the contract with her name and says, ok something something... Weird right?! I get in line to exit and the attendee says my vin# and license plate don't even match. It's not the same car at all and can't let me out. At this point I'm annoyed. She tells me to pull over and they'll have to redo the contract. The manager comes back about 10 minutes later. Rushes me to sign everything although I didn't and then everything is finally done! FOX should be more organized, I know I was not the only unhappy customer in that line. Hopefully next time everything works out better. read more

I was looking to book for a car rental using Orbitz and Expedia, and the searches kept giving me "Fox" as their cheapest offer. So before booking anything I figured I'd do a little research first and make some phone calls and check Yelp reviews as well. I decided to make a call first before checking Yelp. When I called to inquire on a car rental here before my flight, I was put on hold for 11 minutes before a live person picked up. I asked what the requirements were to rent a car from here since I know different rentals have different requirements. For example, one rental place that I called today wanted me to bring my utility bill, my 2 recent pay checks, 2 forms of id...like what the hell? i'm not going to the DMV! i'm just trying to rent a car. Anyways...going back to what I was saying, I asked what the requirements were and the man on the other end was silent. I knew I didn't lose connection since I could still hear background noise. "Hello?" Finally the man takes a deep breath and sounded like he was half asleep - he started speaking in a monotone voice as if he was reading a script of what their requirements were. Um. Ok. Thanks. Went on Yelp and saw all the reviews confirming the horrible phone experience. Geez! If the experience was that bad on the phone, imagine when it's time to come in and pick up your car.
