Came all the way from Garden Grove to have Frank look at my 2004 Lexus ES 330 (I believe Frank was a certified Lexus Master Technician before opening his own shop). I recently purchased my car at a dealership in Westminster, and I wish I had brought the car in before I purchased it. I still would have purchased the car, but I would've asked the dealer for - AT LEAST - couple hundred off! The shop charges $25 for a full inspection, which was totally worth it. Needless to say, I had Frank and Kim take my car for a full inspection. They left me with a very comprehensive maintenance roadmap . Throughout the process they guided me "what can be done now, what can wait until the future". Kim and Frank both reassured me throughout the entire process -never any pressure- and even told me I could have another mechanic look at the car / do all the work if I wished. I asked Frank to fix a few things, he ended up swapping out the air intake boot, adding a new mass air flow meter, new air fuel ratio sensor, re-positioned the power steering hose which was not seated in the bracket, servicing the trans, and troubleshooting my check engine light. Lastly, they left me with some good tips: buy a second set of keys (I only have one) FROM LEXUS, and look for the lug nut key for the tires (which I'll do later today). When I came back Frank handed me my keys and said "you're going to love the way it drives now". He was completely right. What a difference! I'll definitely be coming back! This guy is incredible. First time going into this shop to get an oil change and fix my phone charger outlet (someone pushed it into the dashboard too hard by accident and I haven't seen it since). He didn't charge me any labor for the oil change OR fixing my outlet. I was out of there within about 20 minutes. The guy is a straight shooter and an honest mechanic. I was in town on vacation, the night I was ready to leave my car's battery indicator light turned on. I showed up at O'Reilys at 8am the next morning, which was a Thursday, hoping I just needed a new battery and was told I probably needed a new alternator. He recommended Frank's which was right around the corner. I took my car straight to Frank's with no appointment and they were able to fit me in, quoted me fairly, and had the car ready within 4-5 hours. Staff was very nice, accommodating, and professional. I drove back up to northern California as soon as I picked the car up with no issues and no warning lights. 3 months later and everything is running smoothly with zero issues. It sucks having to take your car to the mechanic, it especially sucks when you are 400 miles away from home and don't know the area, but these folks did an excellent job and didn't try to screw me over in the process. They even fixed one of the belts under the hood for free. This is the first and only review I've ever left on Yelp but I wanted to be sure to leave 5 stars for this business because as an out of towner just trying to get home and being in a crappy situation, I don't think I could have had a more positive experience with a mechanic. read more

Can't say enough good things about Frank. I had been all over town trying to find an answer to a basic wiring question I had with my car. The fix was easy I just needed a little help with which wire went where. I had offered other shops money for their time but couldn't seem to get any help.
