Service was okay. We were seated right away during lunch and our order was taken quickly. The server did a good job of refilling drinks for our table. I ordered the chicken parmigiana 12 inch hero. The bread was toasted and it looked great when it came out. But it seems like they beat the cutlet flat and cut it into chunks to make it look like there was more food than actually was. I opened the sandwich and it looked as if only half of each side had food. I was able to leave 1-2 bites of each bread because there was no sauce cheese or chicken on it. Best Pizza downtown Orlando has to offer : Fight me! Crispy, chewy crust made the proper way, and it's up there with the pizza you can find in the Northeast. Took the Sunrail and got off in the Lynx Central Station and this place is perfectly situated 800 feet from the station. We had a Fratelli's Special Personal Pizza which would comfortably feed 2 people as well as a Chicken Alfredo Pasta. The portions are great and the food, environment, and service was fantastic! read more

Such an amazing lunch! Real old school Italian comfort food like someone's great grandma made it. Seriously, died and went to heaven. The calamari and shrimp are made from quality seafood and that flavor came through. My husband got the spaghetti with meat sauce and meatballs and Italian sausage and I got Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. Probably one of the best we have both had. I usually order from my same, favorite Italian place every time I have a hankering for Italian food. Tonight I wanted to mix it up. You never know what's out there until you try, right? I'm happy to say it was a positive experience! I decided to try a chicken noodle soup and a pasta dish called shrimp Adriatic. The soup was good; nothing super memorable but still tasty. The shrimp Adriatic was delicious! The sauce on the pasta had a great flavor and smooth texture. I enjoyed the feta and black olives sprinkled throughout the dish and the shrimp were large and yummy as well. My boyfriend ordered the Taste of Italy and enjoyed that as well. I will definitely be adding this place to my rotation of restaurants! read more

Had a craving for some pasta and since I am back in the office working downtown decided to see what I could find and I stumbled upon this gem. I went during peak lunch hours. They weren't terribly busy but there were a few guests getting take out and dine in. When I came in it smelled good so that was a great start! I chose to get the chicken Alfredo lunch. My bill was a little pricey because I added garlic bread. I wish something would come with the pasta like a garlic knot or something because i just can't have pasta and nothing to dip in the sauce lol but oh well. So the Alfredo I have to say is the best I have had anywhere. It wasn't overly salty either. Only thing I added was some pepper because I love black pepper. It was super fresh and creamy! And the sauce to pasta ratio was perfect! Usually places skimp on the Alfredo and then your noodles are dry but not here, I had plenty of sauce! The garlic bread was really good too! It had real chunks of garlic on top and the outside of the bread was crusty and the middle nice and soft. They also threw a little cheese on the garlic bread which gave it a nice touch. The Marinara sauce they give with the garlic bread is phenomenal! Very fresh tasting! Lunch portion was big enough to eat left over for dinner! And the sauce didn't break when I reheated the food! Also for lunch they do have a small lunch buffet that consisted of a salad bar, select pizza, a couple choice pastas, some type of chicken possibly baked I think and some roasted potatoes. read more

I got a delivery, so I can't speak to the dining in experience. I got penne pasta with meat sauce which I thought was good. I also had cheesecake which was pretty good. The other people I was eating with got sandwiches and said that they were really oily and soggy. Granted, it was delivery, but we ate the food right when it was delivered. One other person got pasta and said it was over cooked, but my pasta was not. I enjoyed my food, but some people in my group did not. I would order food from them again, but it isn't somewhere I would make a special trip to. read more

Very quaint Italian place with great service. We got there around 7 and there was only one other party in the restaurant. Our server was attentive and patient as we decided what to have. Knowing portions can't be a bit large, we shared the Chicken Marsala and Lasagna between four ladies. Perfect amount as we all were full but not stuffed upon leaving. Our office is located around the corner, and we get team lunch delivered twice a year. Both times we choose Fratelli's. Whether pizza, wings, Caesar salad, pasta or Chicken Parm, everyone eats well and enjoys the delivery. We'll be ordering again because it's always good, always reliable, and everyone gets plenty to eat and enjoys the meal. Why take a chance with anyone else, as we have had bad deliveries from other businesses. No risks, we'll stick with Fratelli's. The price point is great as well averaging $15-$23/person. Incredible! Just had food delivered for Valentine's and this place has already made it into my top restaurants in the area. Calamari was perfect - crisp and delightful - and was that parm sprinkled on top? So savory! Chicken parm was flavorful, a certain note which seems hard to find - was it the pan frying or something else? Love the deeply developed chicken flavor. The Fratelli's chicken dish was rather special - rich creamy decadence with a hint of white wine. Sun-dried tomatoes so fresh and almost sweet to top it off. Wow... Can't wait to try more! read more

The woman answered was very pleasant and patient with me ordering, I can be difficult. Order chicken alfredo dinner, eggplant parm dinner, black mussels appetizer. All dinners came with a side salad. We ordered pizza from this location while we were playing at the axe throwing business next door. The pizza was great. It was New York style which is a very thin crust and greasy. Exactly what I wanted. I will definitely order from them again next time I am downtown. My rating system consists of a 3-star being exactly what you expected and neither good nor bad. A 4 means something was extra special and a 5 means you were blown away. A 2 star rating was disappointing and a 1-star rating is terrible read more

Fratelli's Italian Restaurant has a rather dated, sort of "its seen better days" appearance and décor about it. Though my service was good the food I had wasn't. I ordered their "Taste of Italy" which if I'd even qualify it as Italian it would be as a thalidomide version of it. They might just be lucky Mussolini is no longer around because if they had served it to him, he would no doubt have them shot. The pasta was clearly commercial and instead of served al dente, was served soggy with reheated sauces overwhelmingly of canned tomato and having no balance or zest of flavor. I've had a lot of Italian food here in the United States and in Italy. What I had at Fratelli's Italian Restaurant was, to me, pretty much of insult to what truly are the tastes of Italy. read more

Went in on a Friday night for dinner, place was empty should have been the first clue! Service was good since we were only 1 of 2 tables! Salad was fresh and good, got a slice of pizza to share and it was ok, not the best but good. We ordered two pasta entrees and both were lacking, wouldn't order again. Got a tiramisu to go and it was very good. All in all, if I ever return here it would be just a slice and a salad. read more

It's good for the price. A bit on the oily side but overall the right portion for me. I got the angel hair pasta with Italian sausage and red bell peppers. I love that I can pick what kind of pasta noodles I want. Because I really love angel hair and would hate to be one of those who changes the entire menu to what I like (which I sometimes do... ) It's the first Italian restaurant I've ever seen that gives you the pasta choice on the menu with the different sauces they offer. In terms of flavor, the pasta itself doesn't have much. But the sausage has taste so it kinda balances. The sausage is a bit crunchy and tough. And of course will be oily. I liked the red peppers. It didn't have that bitter pepper taste that I hate. It's probably the pickled peppers. Location is great! This place is really busy cause of it. I see they have specials on their TV screens. But I haven't tried any yet. I haven't tried their buffet either but will be back to check it out ! read more

Went here with a group of friends one day. We ordered a cheese pizza, and a cheese and mushroom pizza. You can tell that the dough is fresh. All pizzas are hand tossed and made to order. My wife Kim had a small side salad and commented on how fresh everything tasted. You can tell this place is popular with office crowd in the area. Yikes. A few friends and I went to Fratelli's with a Restaraunt.com certificate and all we wanted was a nice pie and a good time. The good time was had in good company, of course, but the pizza was mediocre, at best. I'm being too kind, it was terrible. In the past two years I've become somewhat of a pizza snob with all these great places around Orlando. I love the crunch of a NY style crust with the zesty sauce and toppings du jour... but Fratelli's delivered a soggy pizza that wouldn't even be acceptable in the sneeze guarded window of a Sabarro's. Parked out front on Orange Ave to go to the taco shop, but saw this place and wanted to give it a try. The wait for a walk in to-go order was less than 10mins. Lunch menu is limited. But for the $7.95 special, you get 4 raviolis and a salad. Compared to other places in the area...based in initial impressions, not enough food for the price. The side salad is heavier than the main part of the meal. It's a let down. Just hoping the flavor will make up for the lack of food. Sauce looks basic, watery, and ran out of the container into the bag. I would not recommend this place based in the fact that this meal alone does not stand up to any other place I've been to downtown for a similar meal. Save yourself the hassel of parking and go anywhere else. **UPDATE** I have since eaten the meal. It was edible but I think a ravioli tv dinner would've been more appetizing. You could tell nothing about the meal was from scratch. Frozen ravioli. Bottled italian dressing - tasted like Kraft. Complete waste of money and lunch break. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Sauce was on the sweet side and had way too much crust for such a small pizza. The staff was really friendly. But maybe because it was pretty empty and they were starved for business? Ordered this on Uber Eats for my friend's family and ours for a family dinner. I really don't want to be mean, it just wasn't good. My friend asked if this place was a real place or a ghost kitchen. Even our kids didn't like it, my daughter said the meatballs tasted like bleach and started eating a piece of dry romaine salad saying she'd rather just eat this. She's 8, never heard her not like pizza. So thoroughly enjoyed the food from this restaurant. Started out with Shrimp Mediterrano which was the best I ever had. Six good sized shrimp with a lemon butter garlic wine sauce. I went to Fratelli's yesterday for lunch and I left satisfied. This is the first Italian restaurant I've found that serves LUNCH BUFFET. The restaurant is small and the selections on the buffet are limited as well. The real winner for me is the taste of the selections on the bar. Two selections that caught my taste buds and wouldn't let go is fettuccine (I'm guessing) with a creamy orange colored sauce and the meat balls. The wait staff was very nice and helpful as well. The buffet and an Ice Tea cost me $11 and some change not including tip. read more

The food was absolutely delicious, the service was absolutely terrible. I've been to downtown restaurants during lunch hour & have spent half the time at those places than I did at Fratelli's. My one hour lunch break quickly turned into a two hour break because I had the integrity to sit there and wait for someone to come by to bring me my bill. My father & I sat and ordered our food only to receive it nearly 40 minutes later. The waitress never came by to ask if we needed anything after. I had to walk up to the counter where they take to go orders to be able to just get a box for our food and ask for the check.... would like to give them the benefit of the doubt and come back at a different time because the food is literally SO delicious, but this experience, being my first impression was just not a good one! read more

I am rarely impressed with Italian food at small local Italian places that also serve wings and pizza. I sorta fell into this place when my plans for dinner at DoveCote across the street fell through. That said I was pleasantly surprised- I had the bruschetta and the chicken alla vodka but were excellent and large enough portions they will be my lunch tomorrow as well. I read on here some people complain about the service but it was fine while I was there but it did apparat there was only one waitress work - fortunately the place was slow otherwise I could have seen that been an issue. But overall a good experience and reasonably priced. read more

I usually get their chicken Alfredo which is a bit greasy but still delicious. They also have a 2 slice and drink lunch deal that you can get to go for around $6.
