I could not ask for better service. Jason was kind enough to stop and see if I needed assistance after I had been waiting under a freeway overpass in the dark for over 2 hours for another company this morning! He really went out of his way and I am so grateful when he could had just passed me by! He had my car on his bed so quickly and took me to a tire shop where my tire was fixed quickly and I was able to get to back to the hospital where I work! My car was towed to this tow yard. My boyfriend went to try to get my belongings and they told him since he wasn't the registered owner he was allowed to get my things but they gave him my registration paper. I went to the tow yard myself to get my stuff. They asked for my registration. I told them they gave it to my boyfriend who was not on the registration. They didn't admit they were wrong and still gave me a hard time to get my stuff. Luckily I had an old registration still in the car which they were able to obtain. Afterwards they had me sign a release form to my car insurance which I did. A few days later I find out they charge my insurance over $200 a day to hold my car for 6 days! And to top it off they stated I never signed anything to release my car to my insurance! They're super incompetent. I hope I never have to use their service again. This place is TERRIBLE. I call to let the manager know their driver was dragging a 5th-wheel trailer drum down Soledad. He then tanks me and says he will stop the driver. He then called me back and says he checked the cameras on the truck and the drum is not dragging. WOW he was able to see from the back of the truck 40 feet behind him on a tilted trailer. LMFAO. To any future person who receives services from this company my advice to you Is have it towed directly to your home or somewhere where you keep the car and pay on the spot it will be less expensive because if you mentioned your insurance they will double the prices. I do believe this company is scamming insurance companies from there money and it effects you because depending on what insurance you have if it does cover it all it will be out of you own pocket. When the driver was at them scene of accident he had asked me if I had liability or full coverage and I had thought I had liability so I believe he was being a kind human being by saying come tomorrow morning and you won't be charge as much. But today I had gone to my pick up my belongings and I had received a call from my insurance stating that they were over charging the towing when the driver had said 191$ and it ended up coming out to 900 dollars. For one night and half a day. Also a cleaning service which I understand but it dose not amount to that price. When we tried speaking to owner he got very defensive and became very unprofessional because we were trying to negotiate a fair price! The lady in the front is very rude as well. Had a car parked on the street waiting for the insurance company to pick up after an accident. Someone called the city parking and it got towed before the insurance company could pick it up. The city and tow company are in cahoots to take your money!! The city sheriff charged me $235 to give a release to the tow company who charged me $205 to pick it up... 19 hours after tow. They charged me 2DAYS storage fee. Again, I picked it up 19 hours later. Their rational is that it was picked up the evening of one "calendar" day and picked up the next "calendar" day so in their demented mathematical minds that equals 2 DAYS (19 hours =48 to them) Then the City issued a separate citation for $78. Why the hell is the SCV LASD charging $235 for a lousy piece of paper?!! They're all crooks!! read more

My car broke down about 50 miles away from home on a Saturday afternoon. I requested a tow through AAA @ 5:30 pm that same evening. After waiting 3 hours, AAA was not able to find anyone to accept the service request. We had to leave the car overnight. Sunday morning we called in another service request and scheduled the service for 10:50am - 11:50am, to give us time to get to the location of the car (which was 45 minutes away from home). We arrived at the location @ 10:35 and by 10:45, Sam Morales, the service technician arrived. He got the car onto the tow truck right away and we were on the road before 11:00am. Yesterday I was pleasantly surprised, it's not normal that you actually are happy with getting your car towed, let me explain. few months ago somebody I was doing business with sold me beautiful 10 x 10 all wheel drive off road camper in mint condition, OK, not in a condition ha ha. anyways after for tips of calling AAA and to no avail and days of false promises and lies turns out that this company had driven from Monterey Park on a Friday for 5 1/2 hours to Newberry Park to be told that another company had been paid for the assessment and since there was so much work to get this camper out of the position it was in and onto the 40 foot flatbed the company was like screw the whatever every time the tow company came out AAA would bullshit them or whatever or it was and I'd end up wasting my time then yesterday the guy came out from freeway and assess the issue gave me some straight talk and was able to call in and get his boss to work through the clearance is needed with AAA so that they could do their job, and they did, and he did, and what a good job. i'm not gonna get into the technicalities especially if people aren't tow truck drivers but I have been involved in racing vehicles for decades and I know pulling something this big on a winch up a hill between the two poles is not easy especially with flat tires everybody else said screw it but them, today I have my camper and it is all cleaned up and look in pretty. This past Monday there was heavy rain in Santa Clarita and my 2015 Ford F550 slid off a small muddy hell. Called freeway told him the situation they informed me that they would be here in about 45 minutes to an hour and all I have to say is that they were on time which is very rare for a tow truck company, even in the conditions that we were facing on that day, upon arrival they got out and assess the situation and told me that we would have you meet out in 20 minutes or less and I must say watching them do what they do in these severe condition was spectacular.
