Okay, I'm a little late in writing this review.... I was able to make a same day appointment for an alignment and arrived 15 minutes early, they took my car back as soon as I got there and I was out the door in 30-45 minutes! They also pointed out an oil leak to me, which being a woman I thought' "Oh, here we go! They're going try and take advantage." No longer part of Cosmic Automotive, came here from a recommendation due to the great pricing and apparent great service. Mike is the person who services everyone's car and everyone else is on point. Very soft spoken and extremely attentive to details. I got serviced twice last year from him, once for an annual alignment and another time because I got into a minor accident. The second time, he wouldn't service my car because I was in dire need of a tire change. My warped tire would have eventually change the steering of my car and would require another alignment. The price last year, 2015, was a flat rate of $60. Recently Mike had to hike the price up to $69.95 which has been on par with several other alignment service shops. They gave me the date and time that exactly suited my busy schedule. Compared to the other places l've called which gave me 2 freakin' weeks for an alignment schedule. I like to give a shoutout to "Luis", this guy is really awesome and so helpful. He gave me all the informations about my alignment. I was so surprised when I went in at 9am and be out before 9:30am. He was so efficient! I've been to other shops which takes atleast 45mins to more than 1hr to finish the alignment. I'm really glad I found this place. I went to this shop after having just installed new tires on my wife's SUV a few blocks down the street. I'd let Michael know I was most concerned about rear tire wear which had exposed the steel belt on the inner corners of my prior tires. After he did the alignment he informed me that my vehicle didn't allow for rear camber adjustment and needed an aftermarket kit to correct. He also mentioned my rear shocks were shot. I ordered and installed the rear shocks and camber kit myself and went for a followup alignment. I just left the shop after he was able to align the wheels to within OEM spec. He even gave me a discount for the follow up visit. Michael was professional, efficient, performed before/after test drives and centered the steering wheel as other folks had mentioned. Although our warranty was expired for one month, we thought to call and confirm whether we can still cover another alignment under warranty. Went today to get my alignment (2016 WRX), which took less than 30 min. I installed coilovers, rear trailing arms & rear sway links, front sway bar & end links. Luis showed me the new specs which, rear toe was out and he dialed it in. I came to get my daily driver (2000 Honda Accord) aligned here since my car was rear ended 2 weeks ago and wanted to make sure everything was still in spec. Michael greeted me at the front as soon as I pulled in and there was no wait time at all! He took my car for a pre-alignment test drive to make sure my car drove correctly and then drove it onto his hunter alignment rack. It took him less than 15 min to get the car aligned back to spec. Both my front Toe and rear left Toe were both out of spec and he got everything fixed back to factory spec. My car handled so much tighter and straighter after the alignment. I have tire shop that I usually go in San Jose but i get lazy this days so I searched on the yelp and found out this shop is close to my house. Since I found this shop on yelp, i tried to get a quote thru yelp right away but they never responded.. it wasnt that big deal so i tried to call them instead but they didnt pick up the phone... i kind got mad at this point but it looks like this place is the best option for me near by my house. So I just drove my car there since its only took me like 5 mins from my home. When I arrived, there wasnt many car at the shop but the receptionist was talkin with other customer. There was no greetinf or anything and I just waited them to finish the conversation. About 15 mins later, i could finally talk with the guy and I asked for the alignment on my 2009 Gtr. Guess what next.. he said he cant do it because my car is toooo low. Yes my car is lowered but wth..what a waste of time. Why couldnt you just quote me thru yelp in the first place. I haven't gotten an alignment since bought my (used) car two years ago so I figured it was time to bring it in. I called beforehand to set up an appointment and it was super easy to make and confirm an appointment time that worked for me. When I arrived, Michael greeted me, took me car for a test drive, and then got to work. It took about 40 minutes from start to finish. He let me see all the paperwork, what he did, etc. He told me how he couldn't adjust two of my tires all the way (I have a SUPER old car that's been through a lot) but he got it the straightest he could. You might save a few dollars with other shops but won't get the type of service Michael offers. The first time I booked an appointment with Michael he had informed me of one of my lower control arms was damaged and as a result, wasn't able to align the car He could've easily charged me for his time spent getting the car on the rack/starting the alignment but chose not to. I appreciated his honesty and made sure to bring the car back to him after repairing the effected components. Sure enough when i brought the car back he was able to align it perfectly and my car now drives straight as an arrow. One advantage to Fremont Alignment is he can get you an appointment as soon as possible (same day for me). Other popular shops will usually require you to book weeks in advance. read more

Michael is true consumer concerned professional. Like a previous review Michel test drove my car to verify my suspicions and corrected them. He clearly stated before and after corrections and noticed minuscule play in my rack and pinion that would cause the alignment to be off by fractions of degrees. He advised that although not severe the rack and pinion should be replaced as soon as the new set of tires reach end of life which should be in 50,000 miles. Thanks MICHAEL! read more

A huge thank you to these guys for fixing the multitude of mistakes made on my car by good old America's Tire Co. Long story short, ATC stripped two of my lug nuts after doing a simple tire rotation (not the first time this has happened) and sent me here to get them repaired. Funny thing is, ATC told me they broke ONE. When I get here, they tell me they actually broke TWO. The cool thing is they actually are driving out to ATC for me to get some paperwork or something they need instead of making me go which, I'm sure, ATC would have done given the chance.
