Whereas I really appreciate the offering of gluten free and vegan options, the execution is lacking. I'm not vegan but I'm non-dairy and gluten free. There was way too much cheese and barely any toppings. And when I found pieces of chicken it simply didn't taste good. It was kind of yucky. Not great execution overall. And super expensive to be so unsatisfied. Happy to pay for it if it's yummy, but it just wasn't. Bummer. read more

Ordered the cauliflower gluten free pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms. It was sooooo delicious. I have celiac disease and most gluten free pizzas are terrible! The crust was perfectly crispy on the edges and still a bit chewy in the center. Also loved the gluten free baked chicken wings with mango habanero sauce. I was so excited to discover that Fresh Brothers makes a keto gluten free pizza and that there was one right in my neighborhood! I called and had a few questions because it was my first time ordering from them and the guy that I spoke with was so helpful and so nice! I wish the food was as good as the service. I ended up paying $20 for a burnt, hardly edible pizza. I wish I had opened the box in front of them to ask if that's how they usually serve their pizza & I'm sure if they saw what they handed me, they would have apologized & made me a new one right away. Even if it wasn't burnt, it's still pretty pricey considering the size of the pizza as well. It's like a thin crust personal size pizza to me and for $20, I should be able to feed more than just myself. My toppings were 2 kinds of pepperoni & mushrooms so you pay for each topping. I'm very pleased with my order! When placing it I knew I had a pretty complicated order but the Burbank location nailed it! I ordered through the phone and spoke to cashier Stacey, and she was very understanding and kind! Not to mention it was very delicious and perfectly baked in my opinion! One of my family members went to eat lunch at Fresh Brothers. She was telling me how good everything was so we decided to try it out. We ended up going to see for ourselves. The pizza sauce is amazing, it's like they chop up pieces of whatever topping you order in the sauce (well that's what it tasted like) and the wings... Omg so so good. Just finished lunch at Fresh Brothers Burbank and it was by far the best pizza I've had since our last visit to Chicago! You can taste the good quality, OMG The cheeeeese!! Mango Habanero wings also 10/10. I love a sweet and spicy wing and these are sweet and the spiciness is just the right amount to give it a little "kick" we drove here from Carson but I'll definitely be swinging by any other location I come across! We were disappointed that it was overly cooked, lots of burn. It was also mission toppings which we paid for but since we ordered online it was probably hard to tell us and refund it? I don't know. Finally tried Fresh Brothers after hearing a lot of positive things about this pizza chain! My first complaint was that their menu on the wall didn't have ANY prices on it, and the only way to see the prices are on their little paper takeout menus at the cashier. I do like how many options they have regarding crust, gluten-free, topping options. We got a medium sized pizza ($19), with half Fresh Veggie and half Hawaiian (my half). The Hawaiian was good! I loved the thin crust too, felt very fresh! We also got a meatball slider which was surprisingly much better than I thought I would so I would also recommend. My family is obsessed with the Old School pizza here! While the menu item was removed, they still make it on request. I can't recommend it highly enough if you like a little kick to your pizza. (It's kind of spicy!) Notwithstanding my love of Fresh Brothers, I will say that the cauliflower pizza crust was disappointing. My expectations may have been unreasonably high because I expect a lot from Fresh Brothers, but I've had so much better. Including from the Trader Joe's frozen section. So my advice is to try the Old School, and skip the cauliflower. read more

Had "Da Works" Pizza with my GF we loved how warm and fresh the pizza was. The bread was a little soft, but the sauce, cheese and toppings were delicious. The place was bumping loud trap music, but we took the pizza and enjoyed it. Would revisit again for a later in the night pizza run. read more

My husband and I ordered pizzas late one Saturday night. We had had a busy day and were celebrating an anniversary. Unfortunately due to Covid a proper party was off the table, so we decided to celebrate with a pizza party for 2. We ordered online and picked up shortly before closing. Curbside pickup was really convenient - such a nice touch! Unfortunately when we got home we discovered the pizzas were made incorrectly, and due to dietary restrictions we could not eat them. I called the store to ask them to remake our order but they had already closed. I was super bummed. At this point you may be asking yourself, "Why are they getting 5 stars when the order was wrong?" The reason is because even though there was an issue, Fresh Brothers bent over backwards to make it right. I emailed corporate on Saturday night to let them know about the issue and called the Burbank store on Sunday morning. Much to my surprise, Keith; the GM at Burbank, had already seen my email and was ready to remake my order for me. Even after that had been handled, Monday morning I received a reply to my email from corporate. Robert, the Director of Operations, wrote that even though I had already spoken with Keith that they would like to offer their sincere apology and sent along a coupon code for the future. These interactions tell me 2 things. #1, this company has excellent internal communication. A customer had an issue on a Saturday night and by Monday morning both the local store and the corporate office had made contact to handle it. That's impressive. And #2, they really care about their customers! So yes, I did initially have a problem with my order. Stuff happens and nobody is perfect. Everyone makes mistakes! It's what happens afterwards that counts. It's really nice to see a company that still knows the value of strong customer service. I will definitely be back! read more

We spent almost 10 minutes at the register trying to order with a cashier who either didn't know the menu, understand the product, or was high as a kite. We tried to order the 'Pure Pepperoni' with regular cheese and vegan pepperoni. He rang us up for a 'Vegan Da Works'. We then corrected him. He still wasn't getting it. So then we tried to order a medium Cheese pizza with the Vegan pepperoni added on.
