So in the past several years, I've only ordered drive up and picked up the food at the drive up window. This week I rode my bike there and I ordered from inside the gas station and by the way, if you've ever lived in Louisiana you know some of the best food is in the gas stations. Anyhow, this was the first time I've ordered from inside the store and I did notice one thing and hopefully the proprietor will read this and correct it. It's pretty darn dirty and it makes me wonder what it looks like behind the counter where I can't see. If you're like my mom, this might be very important to you. You could choose curly fries for no extra charge and the basket came with a large fountain drink. Food didn't take long to come out. You can drive thru as well. Great service by the younger guy at the register and incredible burgers. Got the fresh burger for me and husband got the spicy burger. Perfect for after hiking all morning at RMNP. I hate to recommend this place because it's already busy, but it's a delightful and delicious alternative from the chain or overcrowded tourist stops. Get the #4 combo. On an Estes Park standard, this place is a cut above for food quality! Very flavorful, good value, nice steamy hot fries and other sides that are higher end for a fast food style place. The kids fruit cup is always surprisingly great and a huge portion. We're locals (Boulder County) and stop here for lunch often when in Estes.
