This place is great if you're looking for something fast and relatively healthy! They have a great selection of proteins, veggies, bases. The four bowl is enough for me. I usually like getting the sweet potato noodles, kale for my base. All of their veggies are good, but I'm partial to the broccoli. I've had the chicken, steak, and salmon. All were well cooked. Generous portions, great in a pinch if you want something in midtown and don't want to sit down! It was really cold in there last time I went, but no actual complaints because I would rather have that than to be boiling. I was craving something healthy so I gave Fresh Kitchen a try via Door Dash. I ordered a Four Bowl. You get to choose 2 bases, 1 veggie, 1 protein, and 1 sauce. It was so hard for me to place an order because everything sounded so good! There are so many different options to choose from. It was a little pricey for the portion size, but very good. read more

This place has good and healthy food. How is that even possible. IDK but it is. They have a quick fast approach like how you would order at chipotle. So service is efficient and you can get in and out. I like to order the mix with four. You get 2 sides, 1 vege, and 1 protein and I think its a good amount of food. My go to order is the kale crunch salad, cauliflower rice, sweet potato, and grilled chicken. They have a variety of sauces you can add and my top is the coconut siracha which isn't spicy at all. For a 4 bowl it comes out to about 12$ so its not bad. It gets pricey when you do the addons at the end (which I did once and I didn't know, my bowl came out to like 18$). This location is super nice too so you can eat outside an enjoy the ambiance and people watch. read more

wow. I just love this place! This is one of those spots that you try it once, you fall in love with it, and just come back every single day. Very good quality stuff in a bowl. Fresh kitchen has become one of my favorite spots. I never craved for bowls until I went to Fresh Kitchen; not even exaggerating. my favorite Hass to be the coconut ginger rice. I love Fresh Kitchen! Quick, easy, and healthy! Their sweet potato noodles are so yummy and fresh. Also, their almond crusted chicken is always a great choice! Great portion for the price point. Restaurant is always clean too which is a plus! Unfortunately, my friend ate the salmon and got extremely sick afterwards. While she was throwing up in their bathroom, a staff member was standing outside huffing & puffing about her taking long. "I've been waiting for 4 minutes this is ridiculous." Nestled right in the heart of The Shops at Midtown, this place is great for a quick healthy lunch! I usually get a four or six. My favorite protein is the blackened chicken and although I changed it up and got both kinds of kale salad as my base, my favorite are the sweet potato noodles. The broccoli and brussels are great veggie options. Coconut sriracha is the best sauce, hands down. It can be a bit pricey for a quick service place but the portions are good. Best lunch/dinner spot in Miami, hands down. The healthiest, freshest, most unique bowls in town by far. I took my girlfriend here for a high protein meal after the gym and it's our new favorite place. The best order: 6 bowl, sweet potato noodles and kale, literally any vegetables you want they're all out of this world, then literally any proteins you want they're all heathy and fantastic macros, and the coconut Siracha and holy kale sauces are *chefs kiss*. And everyone is so nice, ask them about the homemade granola bars they have it's ridiculously good and all real indigents. It's located in the heart of midtown so it's a cute little vibe for a nice meal and a nice walk. This place is really awesome! I was intrigued when I walked by and saw they cooked with no seed oils because that is so rare to find. My boyfriend and I ordered in tonight because we needed something quick and healthy, and we were blown away at the flavor in the bowls we got. They give you so much food for a great price. Wow wow wow! My 17 year old daughters who eat super clean said it was like the best food they'd ever had! The food is super healthy and clean! The staff here also was super awesome! I have some dietary restrictions and they were so sweet about it! They were so friendly and did a fantastic job! Decided to eat a Fresh Kitchen after an exhausting home shopping trip in Midtown, and I'm so glad I did. I've already eaten there 3 times in the past couple weeks. Their food is affordable, healthy, fresh, servings are decent, and they are well staffed. I love the kale salad and Cesar salad bases, al dente green beans, sweet potatoes, baked almond chicken, and blackened chicken. This will be a go to spot for me when I don't feel like cooking. Stopped in today for lunch and Fresh Kitchen does not disappoint. The food is always amazing, I love the healthy options that are always fresh. I had the bowl with sweet potato noodles, broccoli, string beans, BBQ chicken and the chicken strips. The fresh baked cookies are an awesome, they are made with almond flour and other good for you ingredients. The staff is always friendly and say hello right when they see you enter. The manager Alex welcomed us when we paid at the cashier while he was running what looked like several orders to people walking to a pick up area they have. It's refreshing to feel welcomed when we come by for lunch. I highly recommend!!! read more

This is honestly my favorite healthy food spot in all of Miami. I am a new vegan and this place really proved that you don't need meat to have a full flavorful meal. Wow! This place is SO GOOD (and good for you). Even my hubby loves it and he doesn't typically like healthy places haha. The steak is great and the almond chicken is to die for. I also love the cauliflower mash and their chocolate chip cookies. We've been probably 5 times over the past few weeks. Highly recommend.
