Well, this one time, the manager would honor that it was my birthday. Service at this Denny's has already been slow, but I was in no hurry. My two eggs, turkey bacon, and pancakes were good. I think you used to get the Grand Slam breakfast. I missed the hashbrowns. It took a while for Bernadette to warm up, but she was friendly by the time I left. Decided to stop by on vacation for something predictable, but I was wrong. Jacqueline was our server. They over-cooked my chicken fried chicken and the corn was cold. My son had a great burger and wife's breakfast was good. They have a military discount, but most of the tables were left filthy, with dirty dishes during our entire stay. Do they even have a manager? Me and my father both had dirty silverware, we asked for new ones, and guess what?! Dirty again. I gave up on asking and just used my spoon on everything. I ordered Sirloin Steak with Eggs, imagining trying to use a spoon as a fork. Otherwise everything else was normal. I recommend better cleaning practices. read more

I like to say I am regular customer to Dennys at any other location because I love their food but since the corona started I have less chance of eating out mostly to Denny's and I ordered food for breakfast and I got something else instead. As I am eating food that was tasted I also ordered a shake, cake shake loved it but there was something little extra in the shake I swallowed it, I didn't think of nothing much of it, so I keep drink it a little more and I keep having little rubber stuff in my drink so I open the lid to see what was in it and come to find out there was piece of their machine and my shake.. I immediately called them they said their machine is perfectly fine nothing is missing so I reached out to corporate they told me that all they could do is giving me a free meal because they don't want to lose me as a customer and give me a $50 gift card.. I am so piss I am speechless. Everything that happened that day was f*** up Now I just get to IHOP it is far but I need my breakfast. read more

I really enjoyed my breakfast this morning. The biscuits and gravy and hash browns were fresh, hot and came out of the kitchen very quickly. What made this breakfast so enjoyable though was the attitudes of the servers Graciela and Michelle under the leadership of Violet. Good leaders are difficult to find and they can make or break the culture in a restaurant. Violet's 22+ years as a server prior to becoming the general manager impressed me by itself, but it's the way she treats her staff that stood out. There was a lot of laughter and a lot of smiles.
