This review has been a long time coming now, I have been coming here weekly for years and pretty much have loved the place until approximately the last year... I've recommended it to many people and co-workers also... well no more!! Not only have their prices gone up (which I understand needs to be done) but the portion sizes have gotten smaller, very small... I used to split a chicken wrap with a friend and now we can't do that because they've become so small one doesn't even fill us up. They even count the freaken olives that go into a wrap! I mean come on now... and don't ask for extra because you're very rudely told no... so as many chances that I've given them, I'm finally done.... if I want to spend 12 bucks on a chicken wrap I'll take my business elsewhere.... oh and I will steer my friends and coworkers away.... thank god the San Ramon store doesn't do this... read more

I've been to Fresh Millions about seven times and I'm never disappointed. This place has great food, they're quick, fresh/healthy, and the ladies who assist you are always nice. I usually get their chicken bowl with the thia peanut sauce (several sauces to choose from), spinach as a "base" or main food ingredient in the dish (again, many options to choose from), along with beets, broccoli, mushrooms, bean sprouts, and green onions (with the bowl you have five ingredients you can choose from). The salads are huge and fresh- I got the large for $1 more and really didn't need to. The chicken was overall good- not like some places that have that weird tasting chicken but maybe a bit dry. Husband got a shrimp bowl and was satisfied with the amount of shrimp. Bowls do cook down quite a bit so portions aren't as plentiful but over all everything was fresh and had plenty of options. Fresh food! It's delicious! I always get the hot tofu noodle bowl with Thai peanut sauce! It is wonderful! Definitely recommend. The only bad thing is when you call in for pick up orders they put you on hold for a while. If you want to go to Fresh Millions, I would advise that you go to the one in San Ramon rather than the Dublin one. Dublin only offers five mix-ins in their hot bowls, while San Ramon offers six for the same exact price (even the online menu lists six mix-ins). Furthermore, they seem to use smaller bowls for their hot bowls, because my portion was much smaller than what I normally get at the San Ramon Fresh Millions. Disappointed! Service is way better and much more efficient at San Ramon. The workers there seem much more friendly and get the food out FAST. Maybe it's because Dublin just opened... The chicken and avocado panini that my friend got tasted very bland. The chicken was dry, and there were only a couple thin slices of avocado. It didn't taste very good, and my friend said it wasn't worth the money. Another thing is that the San Ramon Fresh Millions has a water container near the tables so that customers can help themselves to water, while Dublin doesn't. It's a small thing, really, but to me it's another reason why I prefer the San Ramon site. In short: If you want bigger portions and better service, go to the San Ramon Fresh Millions! read more

Recently discovered this place and totally love it. Quick service and friendly staff, we've tried a couple different bowls and one of the panini options. I say stick with the bowl, but that's just my preference. The menu includes really diverse options, most of which apply to the type of sauce that is used in the creation (be it a bowl or salad). Pick your meat and your sauce style, then you get to choose 5 more items from the fresh buffet that's behind the glass. That all gets thrown together into your dish that will be brought to your table. The spicy items are REALLY spicy to me, so be warned. If you're into spicy food it will probably be average heat, but for me it was SPICY. Check it out, it's quick and easy and cheap. read more

I was getting my car worked on over at the auto glass place and my girlfriend suggested we go check out Fresh Millions while we wait. She had been there before and said i would appreciate their menu. She was right. It was mid afternoon and the lunch hour had passed so there wasn't many people there. We both ordered the Chicken and Avocado panini. $15 for two. Delicious! I tried fresh millions today and I am in love!!! I have been eating super healthy- and am a little burned out on chipotle. I went in and was a lite overwhelmed( in a good way) on what to order. I decided to go with a hot bowl with brown rice, chicken and some vegetables. The quality of all of the ingredients was perfect. The chicken was all white breast meat, which I love. I ordered mine with no sauce and just used some siracha and low sodium. I love all the choices they had, and I will definitely be coming here to eat, whenever I eat out! The ordering is pretty weird at this place. They have a build your own bowl method where you choose your base and sauce and mix in's. They charge for additional mix in's and "premium" items. The price is cheap and the food is really basic. It's very vegetarian friendly so it stays busy at lunch. Probably won't be back. read more

I have only great things to say about Fresh Millions! They really do have a large variety of produce to add to your hot bowl or salad, which is great! Each time I have been in, their display of produce is always neat and tidy, looks extremely fresh, and is always full. I have been in 2 times, and each time I have had a "create your own salad," but I'm sure the hot bowls are delish too! The salads come with a nice size piece of focaccia bread as well. First time coming here and I really enjoyed it. I feel like its almost like a chipotle or a Subway but 100x better!!! Their ingredients are really fresh and you can actually see them cutting the produce up and it's definitely not packaged. You can have a variety of salad choices and warm bowl options! I usually go to their San Ramon location but since I've changed jobs, this location is closer. I normally get the salad and just comparing to the SR. Location, this one gives much less portions. I give it 3.5 stars. I love the concept of this restaurant - fresh, quick, and tons of options - but the service is inconsistent. I ordered a hot bowl (rice or noodles with sauteed veggies and a meat) as did the woman who was in line before me. The worker who helped the lady before me was friendly, outgoing, and filled the lady's bowl full of veggies before she delivered it to be cooked with the meat and noodles. The worker who helped me was in a hurry, didn't speak very much English, and threw in a tiny smattering of mushrooms - barely enough to even notice in a dish and maybe 3 pieces of red pepper and only a little bit of the other three veggies I requested. Maybe she saw the look of alarm on my face after she did that, but she went back and put a *tiny* amount more of a couple of the veggies. What I got was a little bit of veggies and some meat over a big mound of rice with not near enough sauce. I would have liked a big mound of veggies with some meat over a moderate amount of rice. The dish was supposed to have been spicy, but it wasn't really. If I had a proper amount of sauce and veggies over the rice, I would have been much happier. I also wish the chicken had been cooked fresh at the restaurant - it had that 'off' taste of having been cooked and packaged somewhere else. Also, after I had been rung up, I waited for a while for my order to be cooked (no problem). When it was done, the worker (who was the same one who gave me itty bits of veggies in my bowl) hadn't written my name down on my order, and just called out the name of the dish (which was barely intelligible), and threw it in a bag on the counter. No fork, no napkin, nothing. I had to go up and interrupt her as she had moved on to another person, and ask her if it was my order. Beyond these issues, the food was pretty good. Could be a lot better however. I would love to see food like this done well. read more

I was visiting the Dublin, CA area and had to eat dinner out every night over the course of a week. I was looking for healthy and filling but reasonably priced options. Fresh Millions came up in a Google search. It was close by where I was, so I tried it. I really enjoyed it. It was way more casual than I was expecting. For some reason, I thought it would be more of a formal sit-down restaurant. It was actually like a Chipotle-style restaurant, where you choose healthy items located behind a counter, and they create/make a bowl or sandwich or wrap for you. I went to Fresh Millions about six times. Every time, I ordered a Hot Bowl with either chicken or shrimp, and one of two bases (either noodles or brown rice) and sauces (Thai peanut or teriyaki). My added items were usually broccoli, red pepper, zucchini, black beans, and/or carrots. A few times I added extras like avocado or tofu. Absolutely delicious every time! The price always ran around $13.00 incl. a bottle of water. The service was friendly and fast every time. No complaints! I'd recommend it as a family place to bring kids - so many options for even the pickiest of eaters. read more

Opening day, literally just finished my dinner. We live around the corner so we figured try it out. Hubby got a chicken and avocado panini while I got the Szechuan hot bowl gluten free. I asked the guy if its very spicy so he made me try the sauce which wasn't as spicy. After getting my order all I can say is he went a little crazy with the sauce and made my order super hot. Wow, very impressed. A friend of mine and I decided to try Fresh Millions because it was right next door to an place we needed to be and its reviews on Yelp. Super fresh and delicious. I had the Southwest Chicken salad. It was beautiful to look at, tasty and filling (I ordered a large and ended up taking about 1/2 home). The girls behind the counter were friendly and helpful and didn't hesitate when I asked for more dressing.
