My experience was unsatisfactory.  My sales person mislead me multiple times and did not ensure that my car got the new car detail when I bought the vehicle.  I came in for my first oil change recently.  I called before my appointment requesting the new car detail I never received.  I was told that there would be no issue and they would take care of me.  When i dropped off the car I told the service man who took my car that I needed the new car detail, he said that was no issue.  I also saw my sales guy Sebastian and told him and he said that was great they were doing it.  I show up and there was no detail, i still had stickers on the window from when the car was sold to me.  A nice service associate removed the stickers for me.  I told Sebastian and he said "oh they needed a wash ticket".  I told him i wanted it done at 10am and when i picked up my vehicle at 5pm i was told that they needed a wash ticket.   When I bought the vehicle there were no floor mats.  Sebastian was unaware of these missing.  While I was there I told him and he said he would put mats in the vehicle for me. I show up at 5pm and no mats.  I then had to wait for him to go find them and put them in my vehicle when he had 6 hours previously to do so.  When i bought my vehicle it took 2 days - there was more than enough time to get it detailed.  For all the issues Sebastian told me i would get 2 free gas refills.  When i was in for my service appointment i asked for one and he said "Oh you needed to do the servery to get that. Sorry nothing I can do."  This was not told to me when I bought the vehicle.  If i needed to do the survey for the free gas I would have.  Overall the ONLY good thing about this dealership is the free oil changes.   I have never received such terrible, unprofessional service before. read more

Later attempted to call the salesman Brandon. Brandon never called me back as promised. I am still waiting for a return of my deposit since I canceled my order. I have also talked with sales manager Tim. Next step is to speak with the owner. I will never purchase another vehicle from Friendly Chevrolet. So I got my truck in oct of 18 new with 5 mile til this day I have an Electrical issue with the radio that they can't fix after 5 time had front end work done after 4 time of taking it back they still cant get the alignment right took it to another shop the fix in 15 min for 30 bucks they say that's the way it is wow I didn't buy it this way I'm so done dont know if I even want to keep taking it back for the free oil change also cant get no one to ever call you back I have asked to speak to manager and a general manager it's funny how they are always in meetings no ne has ever call when I was there to buy they called me ever 2 hr after to make sure I was coming back that the sale guy also never returned a call stay away do not buy nothing from here I'm not the only one with this issues you can sit in the waiting room in service and just hear all the same problems with other people you pay so much money for a new truck and get trash read more

Came in with a check engine light about 2 years ago. I was told it was the main battery of my Chevrolet 2014 Malibu that needed to be replaced. Took over 2 hours to "replace" which should have been my first warning sign. All they needed to do was pop it in, it doesn't take that long. Fast forward to now and I had another check engine light come on. I'm in my hometown and went to the auto shop I trust and is the most honest place I know and they tell me the main battery is the problem again. I mentioned that I had gotten it replaced 2 years ago (and I have driven less that 10,000 miles since then mind you) and they said IT LOOKS LIKE THE ORIGINAL BATTERY. I traded a truck at Friendly Chevrolet about 2 years ago. The young salesman knew very little about any of the truck features, but I was familiar with the trucks. They didn't have the color I wanted so they got one from another dealer, the previous dealer's name plate was removed and you could still see the outline in the paint. Later I took it in for an oil change and received it back with grease stains on the steering wheel and dirt all over the mat and the service number still hanging on the mirror. The people at the concierge booths are less than helpful and very rude. They drive your vehicle around, say nothing to you and move on to the next. I realize they are busy, but even a quick "have a nice day" would go a long way. Needless to say, a couple of months ago I wanted to trade my truck in so I drove 300 miles to Lawrence-Hall Chevrolet back in my hometown as I won't do business at Friendly ever again. I had excellent service at Lawrence Hall. They ALWAYS deliver a clean vehicle and remove paper floor mat covers and service numbers and hold the door open for you while you get into your vehicle. Only thing is now I have to get the extended warranty cancelled through Friendly. AGAIN, this has been an absolute nightmare!! I went in person a few weeks ago and spoke with the financial manager. He copied the odometer statement and told me to fax in the zero balance letter when I got it. So I have now faxed this letter over a week ago and I've called and left him several voice mails within the last couple of weeks with no return calls. I will have to go in yet again to deal with this incompetent, UNfriendly staff. Save yourself the frustration people! I've never seen such horrible service. I will have to find another Chevrolet dealership to have my routine maintenance done on my new truck. It definitely won't be Friendly! I came to the dealership to speak with Mercedes and who then passed me onto a different rep, which by the way was not even willing to take me on as a customer, similar to his 6 other colleagues who were standing on their phones on the lot completely ignoring me. How many slimy car salesmen does it take to show a customer the car they confirmed over the phone was available to see? Once at the car I found a half broken driver side mirror, a dent on the back right which I was previously uniformed about on top of the fact that the car was MANUAL. When I confirmed over-the-phone- prior to arriving- that it had an automatic transmission. This was my first time at Friendly Chevy dealership and I will recommend it to absolutely no one. I regularly have my oil changed at Friendly Chevrolet. I am an Uber driver partner, so I may have it changed on occasion twice a month. I go there mainly because it is near the area where I get most of my business. I listed them as my preferred dealer. I also continue to get honored almost an $8 discount on each oil change as of my last one 8-7-15. I plan on continuing to use their maintenance services as long as I'm in town and they are doing maintenance that day. Expect service time to take between an hour to hour and a half. Not sure what the purpose of a service appointment is. Everything was great until I showed up. They emailed me back quickly to confirm my appointment, which was at 4 pm with Ryan for an oil change. He ditched me off to the girl in the service drive, who was very nice, after asking if I had bought my car there. I waited until 4:50 after noticing my car was behind three others waiting to be pulled into the garage. I figured I could have made my 5:45 dinner in time since I had gone out of my way to schedule an appointment, but not at Friendly's pace. If you value your time do not go here. We just moved to Dallas and have the GM warranty to cover oil changes for our Tahoe, but to answer your question Ryan, no I did not buy my car here. I won't be looking to trade in here or purchase in the future either. read more

Since my DEF tank was at 17% when I picked up my car from Friendly (less than 3 weeks ago) by this weekend, the warning was showing 300miles until the DEF tank would be empty and speed would be limited. Why they didn't just top it off the last time I was there and save me the hassle of coming back to the dealership? I don't know. Anyway, I thought ok I'll get an oil change and tire rotation as well (make it worth the trip). I pick up the car a few hours later and everything is done (so I'm told). I drive off but the DEF warning comes on and says I have 770 miles until the tank will be empty. I drove around for about 40mins running errands before returning to the dealership only to be told (it's ok it just takes time to reset the DEF gauge). No one even bothered to check the tank or see that the car was showing 8% DEF remaining. I told my service adviser that the receipt shows they only added (1) gallon of DEF he went to the service area and came back and said (nope it's full just drive it some more). Long story short I'm at 7% DEF and will have to go back to the dealership to get at least 3 or 4 gallons of DEF added. I checked the owners manual and it said the warnings start at 1,000 miles until empty and at that point the tank is at least 3 gallons low. I could pay for and add the DEF myself. But that's apart of the service that GM sold me with the car. It's almost like since they don't know how to work on the diesels they intentionally screw up on your car so you're afraid to return. Guess what Friendly, it worked. I'm giving Young Chevrolet a shot to correct your error and rebuild my confidence in GM. read more

Wow, this place really is "friendly," until they charge you an arm and a leg for service. I awoke to a dead battery and had my insurance roadside assistance jump my car, and since I was late to work, I decided to just take it in to have the battery replaced rather than do it myself. Big mistake. $40 for the new battery, ONE HUNDRED AND SIXTY DOLLARS for less than an hour of service. I wish I'd have known before I drove there, because I'd absolutely have had my husband drive me to auto zone and replaced it myself for $40. Such a waste of money. I will NOT be back, and I encourage y'all to find somewhere with more reasonable prices for your servicing needs. $160 for less than an hour of labor, and it's replacing a battery, for goodness sake, is obscene. read more

I have not been pleased with the service I have received since leasing my car from here. The actual car shopping experience was better than most but the execution of paperwork and service has been sub-standard to say the least. First, one of the main reasons that I leased the Volt was for the tax incentive. I specifically discussed this with the sales rep and mentioned it again to the finance guy. Neither of them informed me, although they had plenty of opportunity to, that with leasing I would not be eligible to receive the tax rebate... However the dealership was going to receive the rebate themself! (How convenient that they said nothing.) They didn't seem too sympathetic when I mentioned this to management after the fact. That was a big chunk of money and I would not have probably gone with the Volt if I had known. I feel like I was intentionally deceived on this part by the staff... I basically ate the $7,500 that I put down on the car that I thought I was going to get back on the tax incentive. Crooks. Also, a good amount of the paperwork was incomplete or unsigned by reps from the dealership leading me to have to return to the dealership to resign documents with updated information about a week later. The dealership also did not file the paperwork for my license plate on time. I had to get a replacement temp plate from the dealership because if expired. It was only a few days off of me having to get a third temp plate when I actually received my plates. Recently I got a flat tire and had my car towed to the dealership for a replacement. Chevy roadside/customer service did not inform the dealership that my car had been towed there so it was a good thing that I called them first thing in the morning. I will have to say after being in that dealership multiple times that with how much standing around and talking most of their employees do with each other, it surprises me how few times the phone actually gets picked up or voicemails returned. After I had not had calls returned, or had been promised that they would "find out and call me right back", I had to basically call until I annoyed them enough that I got an answer about my car. Finally I just went up to the dealership and that seemed to get things moving quicker and after about an hour and a half, they told me that they didn't have my tire in stock so they would have to order another one and replace it the next day. They acted extremely inconvenienced when I requested a loaner car so I could at least get back home. After the shopping experience, I was so excited to refer people to go to this dealership since it was so low-pressure. But after the rest of my experience, I am willing to actively dissuade people I know from going there. read more

My car has been there for a week with no loaner car. I should have never mentioned that the air bag notification was coming on, I just assumed it had something to do with the recent recalls. My car was in diagnostics for 3 days when I really only needed my brakes repaired. I should have said never mind on the air bags. I was told on a Friday that they would give me a loaner car if my car wasn't going to be ready. It is now Monday at 4:30. No car, no loaner car and still don't know if the brakes are fixed which should be a two hour fix, that I wish i would have taken to any brake repair shop in town. The only reason I went to the dealership was because of the airbag warning. Now I remember why I use to pay more and drive a Lexus. That dealership was a dream to go to. I actually looked forward to getting my car repaired, it was like going to a short retreat! This has been a painful experience. No follow up. Man, where do I start. My check engine light came on a couple of weeks ago for my 2010 Tahoe and I decided to take it in to Friendly to get the issue corrected. I was coming up on inspection too so this had to be done for it to pass inspection. I called Friendly on a Monday describing the issue and the service advisor told me the first available day for a loaner was that Thursday. No problem at all. I made an appointment to drop it off at 9am on thursday. Thursday comes around and I show up at 9am. The service advisor checks me in and directs me to the desk where I can get a loaner. There was a lot of activity around loaners and I get placed behind 5 people wanting the same thing. I politely ask the girl behind the desk and she rudely says I don't have an appointment. Apparently the service advisor didn't pass that information through. I indicated to her that I needed a vehicle of similar size because I happened to have my kids that week and she came back and said "all we have is smaller cars and trucks". I said that was fine as long as I could get a new crew cab truck. 45 minutes goes by and I'm still waiting. I then decide to go back to the desk to check with her and she again gives me all kinds of attitude. Finally, she condescendingly asked a valet right in front of me to get my vehicle because "apparently I didn't have time to wait". I'm sorry, what's the point of making an appointment and why are you in a customer facing role if you clearly don't exercise good customer service. A few days go by and I go back to pay for my vehicle. The girls that sit behind the concierge desk that take your payments are very disengaged and are constantly on their cell phones. When I walked up to pay, the person that helped me looked up off of her phone like I was bothering her. She then pulled my paperwork and verbally said the amount I owe, without even presenting me with an invoice. I asked to review an invoice, where she reacted negatively and was reluctant to provide one. I said, "I'm sorry... if this was your car wouldn't you want to know what you were paying for?" My total was around $850.00 so I wanted to take a detailed look to make sure everything was correct. I can go on and on, but I just wanted to get the hell out of there. I will never return there for service or to purchase another vehicle. They should take a page out of Sewell's book and strive to be like that. They have lost my business. read more

Came in for an inner tire plug on my SUV, they held the car for a week - to be fair there was a snow storm. BUT then when the car was "ready" gave me a laundry list of "problems" with the car, most laughable, and wanted to charge me 2k for all these little "issues" the guy then said may as well get a new car with all these problems, and asked how I liked the loaner (a 2014 suburban I did not like) Things like new filter, change oil (just had it, not due for another 1500miles), air in tires... Blah blah. Then what I came in for hadnt even been done! I had to sit in the waiting area another hour for them to put in an inner plug on the tire. Atrocious service, just the stereotypical salesman. Sad, business must not be going well (with that service no wonder!) - why else would they say I need a new car instead of an over priced oil change and while I'm at it new wipers, filters, etc. Thanks, but no thanks! read more

I do like that they have a "guard house" that directs you where to go, though I find it mostly unnecessary, at least for me. I needed parts and PARTS is written quite dramatically in large 2 foot letters on the front of the building. This review is for their Parts counter, specifically for a younger (early to mid 20's) Hispanic parts counter guy. I wish I got his name. I walk in and there's only one guy at the parts counter. It's around lunch time on a Friday so I don't think it's that big of a deal. At least not yet. So he's helping a guy and they're speaking in Spanish. About a minute after I walk in, he goes off and comes back with the parts. "Great!" I'm thinking, he's almost done. Well, I was wrong. They keep talking for a couple minutes. All the time, I'm thinking, "Hmm. I wonder what they're talking about. It doesn't seem like it's about the parts because they aren't pointing or looking at the parts at all." So several minutes go buy and I decide to sit down. There are some tires and rims on display so I sit on them. Literally 5 minutes go by and they're still talking and there hasn't been any change in what's going on. I really wish I knew some Spanish so I would at least know that they weren't talking about cars. So another 3-4 minutes go by and my butt is starting to hurt, so I stand up, hoping that it will signal to the parts guy that I'm still waiting on him, even though I'm in plain sight. Luckily the customer, and I use that term loosely at this point, notices me and reaches for his wallet and pays. "YAY! Finally" I'm thinking. So I'm all ready to go up and get my part and they KEEP talking. Are you serious?! They talk so long that finally an older parts guy comes back from lunch and sits down. "Can I help you?" Me: "Yes, I need a hood buckle for a '96 P30." "We don't sell parts for those trucks. You need fleet service. Here's their address." Me: *sigh*. "Thanks." And to rub salt in the wound, as I'm walking out so is Chatty Patty. I hate to give Friendly a one star, since other times I've had to get parts here have been fine, but this is really unacceptable. Plus I'm mad that I waited so long to just be directed somewhere else. On top of that, the place they referred me, Friendly Fleet Service, doesn't have those parts either. No, they're not just out-of-stock, they don't carry them at all. A HUGE waste of time for me. read more

This review is entirely meant as precaution to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here that you will still be dealing with them for repairs, routine maintenance, special offers (car washes etc.), and warranty issues if you decide to go that route. Please keep this in mind, your experience doesn't stop at the sale. They have incredibly severe issues with lack of follow up, ETA's, knowledgeable service advisors, and customer service in general. Two months after I purchased my brand new car, that literally had to be ordered from the factory, I took my car in for routine maintenance and found out that it was involved in a front axle recall. This was on April 10th. I was immediately given a loaner and told it would be 3-4 days for the repairs. After a week had passed on April 17th I called them after not hearing anything and was told the part that was needed was on national back order and that I could anticipate a wait of 1 to 2 months as a worst case scenario. Okay that's fine so be it, this review isn't about my displeasure of the recall as insane as that timeframe is. After this point though it's no longer a GM issue and quickly becomes a customer service issue through the dealership. Over the course of the next two months I never received a single call that I didn't initiate. They had absolutely ZERO follow up, no concern for the situation, and worst of all no sense of urgency. Two months had come and gone and then I was told verbatim, "So we got the part in to fix your car! And uh, by the way, your car is a manual right? Right, well then *chuckle* that may be an issue, we accidentally ordered a part for an automatic. So our technicians are going to put the car on the rack in the next few days and basically see if the part fits or not, we aren't sure but the manufacturer told us it should fit." This is when it became the dealerships issue, they very clearly told me they ordered the wrong part and actually repeated this to me several times over the next month. So needless to say about another week had passed and I still had not heard if the part "fits" or not so I called them and sure enough, it didn't fit. At this point we are past the 3 month mark due to the dealerships mistake of ordering the wrong part and they have made LITERALLY no effort to offer any type of appeasement for the mistake. I had already gone through the maximum amount of miles for my first loaner and was on my second, which was a downgrade from my actual car and the previous loaner. At this point I asked to speak with a sales manager which was around July 13th. I told him I didn't trust this dealership, GM, and that with this being my first new car EVER, the entire experience was tainted by this disaster and the way that they handled it. I wanted out of this car and to make the process easier I'd buy a different car THAT day, I just wanted to come out even, keep the down payment and whatever else. He told me, "Absolutely we can do that! That's reasonable, let me get you with a salesman." So me and the salesman go out and find a car that I like, we test drive it, and everything seems to be going great. I was told to sit in the lobby and about a half hour - 45 minutes later the sales manager comes and tells me, "So this is how this is going to work.. We can't actually do this for you because of the negative equity on the car, but we will reach out to GM and see if anything can be done for you internally." So basically they wasted three hours of my time on something you easily could have said no to in the first place. I asked when I can expect to hear from someone on this and was told Monday. (I was there on a Saturday, so 48 hours) Fast forward a week and a half later and I still had not been called. I contacted the salesman I had dealt with and was told, "Now this isn't the car dealership's 'official' advice, but both I and the sales manager think you should consult someone about the Lemon Law and go through that process." So after the dealership made an error of ordering the wrong part, drawing out this process to nearly FOUR months, their customer service advice to me was to LAWYER UP and go through the Lemon Law process. Which by the way, it doesn't take a genius to do a quick Google search and find that Texas Lemon Law doesn't apply to recalls if you are being provided a loaner. So the fact that they even suggest an insanely stupid idea of getting a lawyer involved just said to me, we aren't interested in helping you and we are also trying to buy some time. So to end this, I just picked up my car yesterday on August 6th after I called them on the 4th to see what was happening with my car.They said they left a voicemail that my car was done, and they didn't. This was literally 6 days short of four months and should have lasted no more than 2 months as a worst case scenario. Also when I went to get my car yesterday it was FILTHY, both inside and out pollen covered my entire car. I took pictures of it at the dealership. read more

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT take your vehicle to this dealership. I dropped off my Suburban to get warranty transmission work done only to go pick it up three weeks later after they had not even looked at my vehicle. They did not take one hour out of the 66 hours they are open throughout the week to start on my vehicle. With it being there for as long as it was you can see this is just absolutely inexcusable. Additionally, we called several times for updates and were told we would receive a call back, no calls back. My husband had to physically drive up there to get someone to give him an update. A phone call would have been much simpler and appreciated. Communication can go a long way and this dealership cannot even do that. I wouldn't trust their work, I don't trust they have the client's best interests in mind nor do they care. Absolutely the WORST experience we've ever had dealing with getting a vehicle serviced. To anyone looking it seems that you could potentially get this car for 15,995 if you qualify for the second conditional offer. If you dont qualify, it seems as though you could get the vehicle for 16,995 with the dealer discount and the chevy offer of $1000. However, what they dont tell you on the site or any disclaimer is that you have to chose 1 of the 3 offers!!!!! So the vehicle will NEVER be 15,995, it is indeed 17,995. So WHY does Friendly Chevrolet subtract the total and bold this amazing deceiving offer to the public? You can simply state that the vehicle is $17,995 and not add up the other discounts that dont apply. Or even add some disclaimers stating "This offer cannot be bundled with other offers". But there is nothing on the site to that effect. I spoke to the manager about this, and he was rude and disrespectful. Insulted me and my family and wasted my time. Why be so deceitful and greedy? Other chevy dealerships like Reliable Chevrolet dont practice these website scams. They do this so you can drive to the dealership thinking you will get this AMAZING deal only to find out its is 2k less then advertised. I expect this type of deception from my third world country where corruption is rampant, but here in America? I'm shocked that they can get away with this type of lie with little regulation. I will give one star for the salesman, Keith, and one star for the modernized concept of the dealership, but like most dealerships, after you commit to a price, the experience goes downhill fast. I arrived at the dealership at 10:30 AM on Monday 12/31, and by 1:30 we had agreed on a deal, pending the visit to the Financing Department. Hours went by with various explanations of "trying to find the best rate for me", two finance department computers going down, and finally when I pointed out that I knew at least one customer had jumped ahead of us (and it was confirmed), we finished up about 4:30 PM - after six hours at the dealership. I left the dealership thinking the paperwork that I had just signed would probably be in the glove compartment of the new vehicle, but nothing was there. I had nothing to provide to my insurance agent. I was later informed that I was supposed to have been given a USB drive with all the documents included for uploading to my computer. Obviously that had not occurred. I drove back to the dealership on Friday 1/4/19 to pick up a complete set of the documents. The sales manager, Alex, had been abrasive earlier over the phone and did not take responsibility for the mishandlings. I was told that the General Manager would give me a call on Thursday, after he had consulted with his sales managers and financing staff over the wait time, title different from my request, excessively high interest rate originally shown on paperwork (for excellent FICO rating), etc. After staying at home all day to receive his call, I realized that was not happening either. I find it interesting that if you Google "Friendly Chevrolet reviews", the right side of the search results screen - that shows the Friendly Chevrolet map and a link to 2,193 Google reviews - reflects a rating of 4.3 stars out of a possible 5. If you look at the reviews of Friendly on Yelp, you will see 176 reviews averaging 2.0 stars. 127 of the 176 reviews give the dealership one or two stars. DealerRater gives them 3.2 stars with 226 reviews, and the BBB of Dallas gives them a D- rating, with 4 reviews and 25 complaints. Stay away from this place they're robbers they said they were going to give me a free loner when I purchased my new car, then I took it to service, but asked me for my insurance and my credit card but then made two transactions one for 25 and one for 42. read more

Was promised a 10 year power train warranty or 100k miles. Which ever came first. They promised it when I got here. Brought it in and still promised it in service department. They took my car back and then quoted me a price saying the warranty just ran out. Finance promised me this deal to sell the car. Everything seemed all nice and gravy when they sold the car. Basically it's something to expect from sales people. They tried to tell me they switched computer systems so they can't check this info immediately. Spoke to Derek the sales manager that seemed to know less than Alex his assistant sales manager as well as his Clint sales manager. These guys don't have anything together at all. They are selling just to make money and not keep their consumers happy. I was Left with a half ass empathy apologies that his phone company did that to him. Derek does not know customer service or how to please his customers. Please do not get lured into promises from this company just to sale car. I originally spreader the word to friend on how awesome this place was to buy a car to find out that it's just salesmen scams. 100 percent not recommended. Worst customer service! Make one wait 30min.for an already appointment made to have an oil change. All I hear is where is everyone! Another had me back out because he needed to back out. Call from oning on hold for 15 min they hang up. Call back Jordan service manager gets on phone says he will be right out. Never saw him Ashley comes who I had appointment with. Absolutely interestingly disorganized place. She was nice and apologitic but damage already done. Get customer friendly staff! read more

Beware to all buyers. I am an educated person that has purchased many vehicles over the years. After 5 hours at the dealership this week and waiting to go to F&I, the bait and switch tactic was used by the "I do loans" guy. We had already signed off on the "deal sheet" when this guy says the deal can't be done without a co-signer. It's apparent there was a disconnect between the sales guy and the "sales managers." It's clear they could not do the deal to begin with, and did not count on a buyer with a brain and not desperate. The sales guy was very nice and I truly believe he had no malicious role in our transaction. Hopefully he will find another dealership to help and protect unassuming buyers. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE........!!!!!!!.... Its because of places like this , that the car business as a whole , has a bad rep. ..Where do i start , first and for most .. I am in the car business . I have been in the service side of the car industry for the past 35 years . I know what is right and what is wrong when interacting with a customer . I also dont agree with the statement that "the customer is always right ." They are not ! What happened to me at this dealership is just typical of a bad scenario ,that I believe should NOT happen ,but unfortunately does. I attempted to purchase a new Chevrolet Silverado that i had seen an ad for , in Autotrader & Cars.com .. i first emailed one salesman, 2 days go by no answer no reply . I then went on their web site and choose another sales person this time a women [Christina ] i had sent her an email early in the morning and received a reply 6-7 hrs later just as i was getting home [8:15 pm] i asked about the vehicle and if it was available ... even sending her a copy of the ad with the VIN# of the vehicle . She responded immediately and said YES , its available . i said that i was interested and when can i go there the next day to talk numbers as i already had driven one and i wanted to quickly close the deal i, i had no trade and i would be putting down money and seeking finance from GM . I even filled out an app over the internet [big mistake and i know better ] ..we agreed ed upon a time to meet the next day . the following morning i called her before heading out and she informed me that they had run my credit and that everything was in order and she went ahead and had the vehicle taken to get cleaned and ready . I then asked her for the numbers and she said that would have them ready for me when i arrived .... i said OK ... but to be clear that the numbers were based on what the AD had said ........ thats when she says that she CANT sell me the truck for that price cause it was an error [ mind you it was in not 1 , but 2 internet sites with the same mistake ] I politely reminded her of this ,and she said she will look into this and call me right back . 1-1/2 hrs go by and i decided i will just take a lunch break and drive down to the dealership and see what was going on . just when i was about to pull into the dealership .....SHE TEXTS ME "THE TRUCK IS SOLD " .......i stopped and looked st my phone quite shocked ... and responded "REALLY" ...... AS i was waiting for a response , i decided to leave the dealership parking lot , as the way i was feeling would not have led to a good outcome or confrontation. As i was driving back to work i kept on thinking about the whole scenario and the dealership as a whole and what a fool i felt like and worst yet ... they ran my credit ....IT TOOK HER OVER AN HOUR TO FINALLY RESPOND TO ME AND ALL SHE WROTE WAS "YES" ! Needless to say after all the time i have spent in the business this is a "ROTTEN " way to treat people .......But , im a true believer in Kharma and "its a small world after all" !! SO PLEASE FOLKS ...DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE AND GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ......THEY ARE THE A-TYPICAL BAIT AND SWITCH CAR DEALER . and by the way i did mention to her that i worked at a car dealership myself ... i guess she or they thought that i would just let this all pass . read more

Service department has ZERO care for customers. I Brought my truck in on Wednesday regarding an oil change and funny noise from the engine with video and the service advisor stated that with no engine light on or ABS light then there was nothing the tech would be able to do. Long story short my truck died on Saturday and I called the service department and the phone just rings and rings. When someone finally answered I got a hold of the service department who said that they had no room for me and to bring in my truck and that I needed to drive it to them on Monday (which would be difficult since it doesn't run) the person on the phone also had no record of me coming in about the engine only the oil change. I came in on Monday and asked if they could get my truck, they stated that they would but didn't have any loaners till Thursday; at this point I told them no thanks and left. I called Reliable Chevrolet and got all of the service I needed same day and they are currently working on my truck. read more

I bought a new Silverado back in 2015 and that truck has gave me soooo many problems over 20 different problems and recently my engine went out if freaking pathetic and I got it fixed and not even a week it started burning oil and shaking and I dropped it off on Thursday and I had made a service appointment so the can see what's wrong and my truck has been sitting in the lot since then and when I call no one fu*ken answers and when they did once they said they will give me a call before end of day and I called back today and they said the service "manager " would call be me back and bullsh*t no one call me back they said all managers have left so angry at this point don't buy here buy at a smaller dealership where they actually take care of you!! read more

I had a really frustrating experience here. I came for an oil change and was estimated an hour to hour & a half wait time. After sitting in the cafe for 2 hours I checked on my car and he told me he forgot to tell me/ask me if I wanted to do it, but my car had a recall on it and they had to reprogram the sound system. It ended up taking 3 1/2 hours altogether. He was apologetic throughout the process and gave me a small discount on my oil change. That would have been fine if that were the end of it--- But after I got in the car my steering wheel volume/sound controls didn't work since they reprogrammed it. As a part-time lyft/uber driver I use those a lot. So I immediately set another appointment to fix it. The next week I brought my car back in and he told me it would take an hour. This was early Tuesday morning. I didn't get a call that I could pick up my car until late Thursday afternoon. They did give me a nice loaner while they had mine. Unfortunately, someone opened their car in a sparking lot and left a tiny ding in the door. When I brought it back they charged me $500 for the ding. So now I am paying $500 for an incident that never would have happened if they would have just simply changed my oil which was all I wanted from the start. read more

The time it took to do an oil change was quite too long. When discussing this timelaps during check out the staff jokingly commented on how 2hrs was a good day. I informed them that I came at 5:30p the day prior and they informed me they were nolonger accepting customers... I am very dissatisfied!!! read more
