I wanted to make this memorable for all of us. Enter, Danny's Table. This little gem in the Village of Fishkill met every expectation and exceeded them. We took an early dining hour and were seated immediately by Arnoldo, the host, who checked often to assure that we were comfortable and satisfied. We were expertly served by two waitresses, Nayeli and Dyan. And then came the delicious food. The appetizers were so good that I forgot to take pictures of the entrees. I had it all. Great food, great service, and the excellent company I brought with me was already in the bag. I don't know how they could have achieved this level of excellent service and fine dining when they have only been open since September, 2025, but wow! I can only assure you that my siblings and I will be back. And, we will be back soon!

Though he served bread once and never asked if we wanted more! Now for the food The Hanger steak, with Arugula Salad and feta cheese (tasty) fries are French fries nothing special, the Hanger Steak was served medium rare with a bit of Chimichurri ( tasteless) needed salt n pepper, very tiny portion for the price. Duck a l'Orange also kind of small portion and not particularly tasty, served with red cabbage and blood orange au jus!! Shrimp Linguini, nothing out of the world, needed salt n pepper, very bland. Nod for the good, the Cheese Burger and fries was super duper yummy.

I enjoy the atmosphere this restaurant has. We ordered as appetizer the grilled octopus. For-my main entree I'm having the lobster omelette. And of course my BloodyMary We received our grilled octopus. Unfortunately it was chewy. Our server took it away to make a fresh one. She was all apologetic. To us that was no big deal. So she brought another octopus. and again it was very chewy. We gave up on having octopus. But my lobster omelette was delicious. I don't hold it against them. Because I enjoy this restaurant. I will still give it a 5 star || This will be my review. My cohort's ended up on my page. Don't know how. It's an adult dining experience, the way dining out was in the old days. Cloth napkins, heavy dinnerware, soft music, and crystal clear glasses. The tables are not one on top of the other. There's a feeling of intimacy and to a degree romantic vibe. There's something for everyone on the menu, and the prices are reasonable. Our server Grazia is very gracious. The seafood risotto was the way I like it. Not too thick or too watery. It's still a 5 star to us. ||

We were able to get last minute reservations for prime dinner time at Fishkill Prime. Upon arrival we saw that they had decorated nicely for the occasion. We were given a choice of which dining room to be seated in. Sadly, I was on medication that I can't mix with liquor, so it was just a Diet Coke for me. They were offering complementary wine spritzers to all the mothers. We ordered the escargot and Brussels sprouts to start. The escargot was good, but the Brussels sprouts were the star of the show! My husband makes incredible Brussels sprouts at home, even he had to admit that these were far superior to his own. For our entrees I ordered the duck and it was amazing. My husband ordered the ribeye. He said it was very good but a little on the salty side. Our daughter ordered the sea bass and said it was very good. This is definitely a great place for a date night or to celebrate a special occasion. We will definitely be back and I will try their cocktails when we do.

The restaurant has an…read moreupscale atmosphere and the pricing definitely reflects a higher-end dining experience, so we came in with high expectations. Unfortunately, the appetizers were a rough start. The lobster bisque was very watery/liquidy, and the lobster itself was tough. The Brussels sprouts were also overcooked. That said, the staff handled the situation very well and were extremely attentive and accommodating when we sent the soup back. The main entrées were much better and really saved the experience. I had the sea bass, my husband ordered the ribeye, and my sister-in-law had the veal -- all were hot, flavorful, and cooked very well. The veal was especially tender. Service throughout the evening was excellent, and you can tell the team is trying hard to make this newer restaurant successful. Overall, while the appetizers and overall execution didn't quite match the upscale price point yet, the entrées and attentive staff gave us enough reason to come back and give them another try. Hopefully, with a little refinement, especially on the starters, they can grow into the fine dining experience they're aiming for.
