Food was not very good or authentic. The food was salty. We brought the leftovers home but it was so bad the rest of it was tossed. We had to keep asking for things (e.g. water, chopsticks). The service was meh. Once we got everything we wanted we didn't hear back from the waitress till we wanted the bill. We entered through the back door since it was open but it was dirty. There were a couple different options nearby to satisfy our Chinese food craving but ultimately decided to come here. So glad we did! Small spot, friendly service, good prices and generous amounts of food. We were given boxes for the food we didn't finish and our waitress came by to help us pack it up because she wasn't busy at the moment. I thought that was very kind of her since she didn't have to. Came here to get some Chinese food with my sister cause she was hungry. Found this place on yelp and decided to give it a try. When we got in my sister was expecting to get food like in styrofoam boxes because that's what we saw from pictures but we just missed it because it ended at 3:00pm but we stayed anyways to try it and honestly it didn't disappoint. We ordered the Kungpao chicken, Szechuan egg plant with tofu, house fried rice and we also got a small bowl of vegetable soup. So we got the soup first which was a little appetizer and free of charge. It tasted really good! The flavor was light but not overwhelming and the vegetables were cooked down well and it was nice and mushy lol i like my vegetables in soup like that cooked down to a point of when you bit it it mushes ahha (It reminded me a a Filipino dish called Nilaga *meat stew*). We got the rest of our dishes and so the chow down began. The fried rice was good! Even distribution of meats and eggs. It was flavorful and cooked well! The kunpao chicken was next and it was good! Right amount of sauce and meats and veggies and such. Not really spicy but I wish it was, maybe it's just me because I like spicy food. I tried the eggplant dish and it was very good! The tofu was sautéed well but still firm and the eggplant was cooked right to a degree where it was in between soft and hard kind of like Al dente noodles but for the eggplant which I enjoyed! My only gripe is that it was a little too saucy for my liking I've had this dish before but not saucy like this. Overall the food was good! The server was helpful and tending to our needs and she did her job good! The ambiance of the place was as ok it's what you expect of an American Chinese restaurant kind warm inside and such but hey it was good! For me I give this place 5/5 stars Thank you guys! read more

Have been searching for our go-to Chinese take-out place since moving to LA and I think we've finally found it! This place is delicious and has HUGE portions for their reasonable prices. The service is always great if you dine-in, but the food is always fresh and packed nicely if picked up as well. The restaurant itself is a little outdated on the interior, but who's paying attention to that? Highly recommend giving it a shot! We usually get the kung pao chicken and beijing beef! I went in a few weeks ago because my good friend recommended it and she lives nearby and I have to say I was not disappointed in the least. This place is fabulous. They cooked everything phenomenally. Everything was flavorful, tasty, and filled to the absolute room in the packaging. I got sesame chicken, chow fun, and Shanghai noodles. Such great Chinese food! I'm glad they're open on Tuesdays now. I usually get pick up for Chicken Fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, or Shanghai noodles. The food is always perfect and delicious. Today though... I ordered SnS Chicken and when I went to pick it up they had told me they are no longer mixing the sauce in because it gets soggy. I love it soggy!! And it's not even soggy. A pretty decent American Chinese restaurant, located in the Burbank area on Olive Ave. It was recommended by a friend who works at the BurbankUSD since I work around this area too. Their Orange Chicken and Mongolian Beef are great, better than others that serve the same foods. I love the Hot & Sour soup, it has the right amount of sourness to it, I added some chilli to make it taste even better. For lunch specials, you can choose from either white or fried rice for free, or brown rice for $1. You can also add extra veggies of your choices for $1 more. Frontier Wok Too is a small Chinese restaurant in the Burbank area. It's probably my favorite spot to go to for Chinese in Burbank. It's not only delicious but also have very reasonable prices. The main thing that I enjoyed about all the dishes was that none of them were overly saucy/sweet/salty. There was just the right amount of the sauce so nothing was overly drenched. This place was recommended by hotel staff and we were happy that it was within walking distance. It's a small place with a few tables to eat inside or takeout. We had the sweet and sour chicken, shrimp fried rice, chicken with vegetables, and noodles. Everything was so delicious!!!
