Today was my worst experience at frosty queen..First I was waiting 20minutes in drive thru and got the pastrami combo , finally got the food and saw the sign give exactly change like a business got no change, then I asked for ketchup, no ketchup! My pastrami sandwich was so greasy , the oil spilled through the bag and on my new car interior.. when I open the food it look like someone was mad making my sandwich. The bread was all wet with oil and way too much mustard. It looked disgusting and tasted nasty.. The business was doing good but have poor management! The food is good, may have some efficiency and consistency issues to work out as they are new. If you are hungry before you go you better get a couple of tacos at jack and the box to tide you over, for the long wait you will have for them to make your food. First time 25 minutes second time 34 minutes. I only got my order after requesting a refund as I had somewhere to be. Arrived about 12:15 on a Sunday. In the drive thru there was only 1 car ahead of us, but we still ended up waiting 20 minutes. By the time we got our food, there were 5 cars behind us. I can only imagine how long they waited. We ordered the special, a bacon avocado burger, fries, and a drink. The burger was decent but the bacon was really chewy and I was afraid I would choke on it. Went in to frostyqueen because I was at the hospital nearby and it was close. I should have read the reviews. One of the worst places I've eaten. I should have known when there are burgers, burritos, tacos, hot wings ice cream and who knows what else. Unless you are at an actual restaurant some hole in the wall isn't going to make any of it good. I ordered a pastrami sandwich and drove approximately 4 minutes back to the parking garage at the hospital to eat it. It was falling apart because of all the grease that was soaking through the bun. "Everything is fresh" the French fries were 100% frozen. That's just the food. I'd rather not get into how unprofessional the staff were and how disgusting the floors were..if I didnt need to eat quickly and get back to my wife in the hospital I would have gone anywhere else. I typically come here for dipped cones since there's no Dairy Queen close by. They have a huge menu and it all looks great. However, I am only reviewing on my first experience going inside to make an order. It was empty, chairs up on tables like they didn't want guests inside. It was around 4pm. I stood at the register for a good 10-15 minutes I had people look at me but not one person acknowledged the fact that I was waiting to order or let me know they would be with me shortly. I walked out and I won't be back. Very unprofessional. Typically the people that work here aren't very friendly when I go through the drive thru anyway. They may be short staffed, but it was just a weird experience and it's not worth my time. They typically take awhile to get to you at the drive through as well. This place could be great. I think they need more help and better customer service skills and maybe a smaller menu so they can keep up with demand. read more

But what threw me off the other day was I ordered a combo meal and asked for extra ranch then the young lady in the drive-through told me that they charge for extra ranch but I've been coming here for the past couple of months multiple times and no one has ever charged me for ranch so I was a little confused. Then I asked her when did they start doing this and she told me that they have always done this but girl the other day and all them other days you gave me a handful of extra ranch for free I don't get it. Quick yelp search driving back home to the Bay Area, and we stumbled to this restaurant. Everything on the menu looked promising. Called our order in when we were 10 min away, and waited another 10 min at location (not bad). I had the cheesesteak sandwich and while it was good, I found it had too much mayo and could had used a little kick. The bacon cheeseburger was addicting, made me regret not trying the joaquinburger. Kids got chicken strip basket, fish and chips, chili cheese dog and corn dog but of course they had to start with their small ice cream cones (they were much bigger). Tasty ice cream. I ordered my food and I was charged more than the menu prices and the owner/manager David refused to fix the problem stating prices had gone up. I told him the menu should reflect the price change he said it takes time for the new screen so I told him to at least put a temporary piece of tape over the old price with a correction on it using permanent marker. He refused to rectify this problem so I will no longer be supporting them with my orders. read more

I have been here several times and each time the food was just absolutely delicious. I recommend the spicy chicken salad. Also there candy mixes are delicious and at a great price. The only thing I would say that would keep them from getting a 5 star rating is the drive thru wait time. There food and customer service is excellent, and makes up for the drive thru wait time. 1st off they really need to work on their customer service. I bought 4 burger combos and non of them tasted fresh. The burger patties tasted liked they made them earlier and let them sit on the grill, my bacon tasted like it had expired.
