It was so beautiful with the rich, creamy milk floating on top of the deep amber tea. It was perfectly sweet and refreshing, a classic done right. Then came the Crab Rangoons, which were a crispy delight. They were folded like little flowers and came with a delicious sweet chili dipping sauce. The filling was creamy and savory and the wrappers were fried to a perfect golden crisp. For my main course, I had the Pad See Ew. The wide, flat rice noodles were cooked flawlessly and coated in a savory brown sauce. The dish had plenty of tender beef, fresh broccoli and mushrooms. Each bite was a mix of delicious textures and flavors. Finally, the Thai Crab Fried Rice was a standout. It was light and fluffy, not greasy at all. It was packed with savory crab meat and fresh vegetables and the garnish of cilantro and sliced cucumbers added a nice, fresh contrast to the rich flavors.
