This place is a GEM! Our good friends introduced us and we've made it our new sushi spot ever since. Dinner AYCE is $35 and if you're willing to compromise a TAD on quality (which makes sense at the price point), then this is your place. I have got to say, we ordered the chicken ramen, and so glad we did! Normally, I wouldn't order that at an AYCE place, but I was curious. It's one of the best ramens I've had. The rolls are filled, the sashimi slices are huge so take that into considering when ordering. The baked mussels are a favorite here! For apps, we always have to order the spicy edamame, shishito peppers, crispy rice with tuna. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Lots of parking in the lot. We will always be back here!

I've never been here but my friend had been here multiple times. I'm not big on raw so I stick to my CA rolls. Honestly, it was great and the rolls were large. Everyone else's food looked amazing and they said it tasted good as well. I also got a baked salmon roll, decided to venture out. I did ask for it to be "well done" baked haha. It was really delicious! The service was also amazing. We got a lot of ginger, sauces, etc and he didn't look annoyed or anything. It is located in a target parking lot, and there is a lot of parking. Located in Noho. Honestly; I will def be back. I didn't have any issues. I also loved that they had an iPad at the table to order from - no need to wait for someone to walk by to order more food.

Cravings satisfied! I've been to a lot of AYCE sushi joints and this spot is pretty okay. Dinner price for AYCE was $35 and I would say it was worth it if you're into quantity over quality. The fish quality is okay, but not the best. However, I could appreciate that there was nothing that tasted "fishy." The sizes of the nigiri's were a shocker to me. Each piece was like 2 pieces put together, so watch out for over ordering! The rolls are FILLED, which is nice, but sometimes too much at one bite takes away the quality. Tempura udon - probably the best item on the menu. They're really generous with the portioning, given the AYCE serving. Broth was flavorful and the tempura is probably one of the best I've tried. Chicken karaage - there was no chicken. Just unseasoned breading. Calamari - looks totally different from what's advertised. Definitely not authentic, tastes like the ones that were frozen and re-fried. Garlic edamame - you can't mess this up. Always a go-to starter! Baked mussels - yes yes yes! Such good ratio with the mayo and has a great balanced taste instead of being too creamy. Yellowtail nigiri - the best nigiri this spot offers. Honestly, the quality was pretty good and the taste was very fresh and clean. Salmon nigiri - the taste was good, but the texture was rubbery? It was weird. Seared Cajun salmon nigiri - too salty! The Cajun seasoning took away from the fish. Seared Cajun tuna nigiri - same thing, seasoning took away from the fish and the quality was rubbery. Seared garlic salmon - over seasoned yet again. Yellowtail & yellowtail roll - yes! Such umami and I just love the quality of their yellowtail. Scallop - really good and would recommend, coming from someone who is very picky with their scallops. Overall, it was good to satisfy a craving for sushi. The ambiance is a small sushi joint and very traditional with limited seating. Located in a huge plaza with Target and other shops, parking will never be an issue which is always a plus!

AYCE prices: lunch $29.99, dinner $34.99, kids under 10 $15.99... Upon arrival, you can choose where you sit and order on a tablet. It's a small restaurant but depending on when you go it's not too busy. The ratio for rice and sashimi for the nigiri makes you full faster. Appetizers were good. The rolls were good and filling. Would've enjoyed this place more if the rice to fish ratio was better but definitely came to try due to the affordable lunch price and it being honored on weekends as well. Solid choice for AYCE sushi if you're looking for one in the SFV/NoHo area !

Fuguya, how you do ya? This cool North Hollywood sushi bar/restaurant, open seven days a week from Noon to 10pm is one I still recommend... Maybe even more so after partaking in the AYCE experience for dinner! Among a group of three we tried it all, being the resident veggie in the mix I had tons of appetizers, cut avocado and veggie rolls and plenty of nigori sake. The garlic edamame was some of the best I've had as were the shishito peppers. Great salads. Great service and the table stayed full the entire time from our water glasses to round two of one of our AYCE Fuguya Sushi experience. The have a variety of bento boxes, soups, desserts, sakes, beers and beverages, endless apps, bowls and even ramen among loads of sushi roll variety from baked to no rice to classic and beyond. Vegetarian and vegan friendly with dishes made classically. Restrooms for customers and a variety of seating, including cozy spacious booths... Though it can fill up a bit for dinner and on weekends. Ambiance is super inviting and they have a flat screen playing great music and music videos you'll definitely jam out to while noodling up some vegetable yakisoba like myself when APT. by Rosé and Bruno Mars popped on! Great for dine in or take out. Lunch AYCE and daily specials, including on Sapporo (bottle, glass or pitcher). Conveniently located in the Target parking lot next to Magicland Children's Dental and what is now Crispy Pork Gang (formerly 9 Siam Thai) in a shared lot with tons of parking off Vineland Ave/Victory Blvd. Go out and make it a Fuguya day!

I always saw this place every time I go out pick up my essentials at Target. It's a bit small but the food makes up for it Did not dine in but instead I did take out. The service was great and quick. The restaurant itself was very clean and had a lot of customers dining in. The ambiance is casual and semi quiet. I noticed they have an all you can eat option which is always great if you're with a group of friends. I'll definitely be back.

    Time is wrong.

You may want to reconsider your posted closing time. I arrived at 9:03 PM and was turned away, being told that you close at 9:00 PM. I had just driven from work in Westwood, thinking I would make it in time since I live on the next block. It was disappointing to arrive so close to closing and not be able to place an order. Clearer communication about the cutoff time for service would really help customers avoid situations like this. On Uber Eats and on yelp it states 9:30pm

I have passed by this place for over a year now on my way to drop off my son to school. He asked a few times if we can go and try it out and finally today we stopped by for lunch. We chose all you can eat sushi for $29.99 Customer service was good, friendly and attentive waitresses. The food not so good. The quality of the fish is low, the rolls have way too much sauce on it, the seared tuna that was on top of one roll had a bad smell. The edamame and seaweed salad were fresh and we enjoyed it. The tap water had a chlorine taste and smell so I ordered bottled sparkling water. We ordered 5 different rolls and didn't like any of them. The only one that was ok was the spicy tuna hand roll and cut roll. So really we couldn't eat (all you can eat sushi") ....

One of the best sushi spots I've had a in a while actually. We didn't really do any appetizers and went straight in for the fish. Started off with a couple of hand rolls, we did the crab hand roll and O toro hand roll. Crab hand roll wasn't as impressive, I've had better to be honest. I didn't let that experience ruin it for me because the toro hand roll was delicious. I think they add a piece of mint and it complimented the hand roll. Very crunchy nori wrapper and good rice to fish ratio. For our sushi we started with chu toro tuna, salmon belly, and halibut. Super fresh melt in your mouth quality. Halibut was interesting with the truffle, first time definitely won't be the last. We ended it with red snapper and black snapper. Absolutely amazing, I think the black snapper or the red snapper was slightly charred. It was so good. To say the least, this restaurant was worth it!

Nice of the chef to switch out roe for halibut for me on my omakase. However, probably the worst omakase I've ever had. No creativity, nothing felt premium, chewy fish, flavors didn't mesh, and half of it was salty. The miso soup wasn't scorching, which i appreciated at first but that meant the last few sips were fairly room temp. The real crab handroll was good. If the price point was $35 sushi set I'd give 5/5 but this is supposed to be premium omakase. I've been to other Sushi Enya locations and had good experiences, so this was very disappointing. Stick to the rolls and nigiri.

Long story short, our dining experience felt rushed. We waited about 45 min- an hour for a table. Once we were seated, we were pushed to order right away. I had come here before but it was my husband's first time dining. He needed more time to decide and look over the menu. Well he didn't get much of a chance to look at what he wanted to eat because the server was standing there waiting. Literally staring. What would you like to order? I explained to her that it was his first time here and he needed time to look over the menu and asked her if she can come back later. She proceeded to say it will take longer to get our orders in and delay the kitchen staff. That didn't end there. Right after our food was served, one of the servers came by to ask if everything was ok and if we needed anything. We said no. Shortly after, the server dropped the bill at our desk. Mind you, we were not even close to finishing our meal. I understand there are other customers waiting for a table but you shouldn't be rushing the customers currently eating. They clearly prioritize turning tables faster to make profit. It was not a pleasant or enjoyable dining experience. I would choose another sushi spot.

I find that a lot of the criticism levied against Tokyo Haus expects a restaurant that caters to all types of customers. I find that restaurants are like works of art in that art that tries to appeal to everyone won't appeal to anyone. I think Tokyo Haus's excellence will always be found in the AYCE option. That's what makes it a great restaurant. Becoming a regular here has been a delight, especially after finding our favorite items and sections of the menu. The service was unremarkable at first, but with some geniality and consideration, the servers will open up to you and take care of you. Over the past year or so, we've come to appreciate Alex, who always makes sure our meals are delicious. The restaurant itself is temperate and not too loud with plenty of space between tables/booths. If you're looking for recommendations on what to order, I highly recommend trying one of the AYCE options and ordering the lemon pepper salmon nigiri (I order at least 50 pieces of it every time!).
