    BEEF TERIYAKI -Dinner

My girlfriend and I come here often and this is our go to sushi place. The food is fresh and tasty. Price is very reasonable. Great service. The staff is always attentive and friendly. 10 out of 10 you can't go wrong here!!!

I'm giving this place a 4/5 because the keto rolls were so good!!! I ordered the orange blossom and miso soup and it was very delicious! It's rare when Japanese restaurants have keto roll options. It was very fresh and good! The miso soup was very good and not too salty either!! They don't have brown rice so just FYI! The service was not that great !! Our server Dodge was very nice but did take a while to come back to table and forgot our ice. However, our order was correct and the hostess was very nice. The ambiance was really nice and very cute inside I did love the decor!! Cute colors and bright! In downtown Burbank, but parking garage available and street parking. I will try again though despite the not so great customer service ! -Marshay D.

This is honestly my favorite sushi place, I've been coming here for the past couple of years & I literally have no complaints, the food is always so fresh & the atmosphere is amazing with the best customer service.

While in the area we decide we were hungry and tried this resturant. Service by Dodge was not good. He was not attentive and was very slow returning to our table. I ordered a bento box and it's was pretty good. They have a lot of keto heathy sushi options which is a plus. The place is field with beautiful pink flower decor . It's modern and has a nice good amount of seating.

The sushi is fresh. The beer glasses are as cold as ice. The staff are wonderful.

Amazing meal, service by Dodge was great. Nothing better than that. Give it a shot. What a way to start the weekend.

I go here with my family once a week. The sushi is great and the atmosphere is fun. The servers are the best! Violet, Dodge, and Sydney are wonderful. The sushi combos are the best meal.

Such a great and convenient sushi spot! Adorable cherry blossom decor as well! Love all their combos

Very good! The staff are friendly. Good spot to enjoy sushi, oysters, and curry. I would come back again.

    LOVE BOAT

We just had the most delicious spread: the love boat, the Hanabi, lemon roll, tiger roll, Hawaiian roll. To top it off we got 10/10 service. Dodge makes us feel right at home and is super attentive every time we come. We keep coming back due to the superb service.

I always take my friends and family here when they come to visit. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and the prices are so extremely reasonable. One of my favorite restaurants in Burbank!

Its a go to place for me and my family for sushi in the neighborhood. Their menu is extensive and it's good value. Last time we ordered a poke bowl and a chirrashi bowl. They were delicious! The service is quick and friendly as well.

    YAKI UDON - BEEF
    Kathy Z.

I stumbled into Fujiya and was pleasantly surprised that they were pretty busy at dinnertime. I ended up sitting down and giving them a shot - I am glad I did. The creamy salmon nigiri was absolutely delicious - I highly recommend giving that a shot if you don't mind raw fish with a little sauce and sear. All in all, I would order this again. The chicken teriyaki appetizer was decent. It helped me hit the protein quota for the day, but I wasn't blown away by the sauce or quality. The yaki udon with beef was quite good. A good portion for two to share, but the sauce was a bit heavy and overwhelming. The edamame was good. Typical steamed edamame, no complaints. Service was polite and attentive. Dishes came out quickly enough, The interior is colorful and appealing. Booths are comfortable. Street parking is available outside. Not sure that I will be back here anytime soon, but I'd suggest it to anyone who wants recommendations for a Japanese place with saucey rolls, a variety of dishes, and some familiarity with sashimi and sushi.

The draw back is this place is very crowed during peak times and it a little too small considering the amount of customers that come. I've driven past Papa's Meat and Seafood on Glenoaks Blvd a dozen times, on our many trips to the area. We alway promising that we would stop in, and I'd finally stop in. Honestly, my only regret is waiting this long. I ordered the Luka Sandwich, which is loaded with their 14-hour smoked pastrami brisket, cheddar, pickled cherry peppers, iceberg, and Papa's aioli on toasted sourdough. The pastrami itself is a work of art--smoky, melt-in-your-mouth tender, and seasoned perfectly without being a total salt bomb. The pickled cherry peppers give it this incredible, bright pop of heat that cuts right through the richness of the beef. It's a messy, beautiful monster of a sandwich.  My wife went with the Surf 'n' Turf Bowl, which comes with their marinated "Crack Shrimp" and grilled angus beef over rice with a fresh shirazi salad. The beef was incredibly tender, but those crack shrimp stole the show--snappy, heavily seasoned, and completely addictive. You can clearly taste the quality of a high-end butcher shop in a casual, quick-service lunch.  The only reason I'm knocking off one star is the wait time and the seating is also pretty limited, so it's much better suited for a grab-and-go situation than a sit-down date night. That being said, the quality of the meat here blows standard sandwich joints completely out of the water. If you're in Burbank and want a lunch that actually feels high-quality and satisfying, do yourself a favor and drop in. I'm already eyeing the A5 Wagyu Cheesesteak for my next visit!

It's basically two shish-kebab style sticks of seasoned swordfish, peppers, and tomatoes, and it's served with a few sides in addition to fried veggies and shrimp. I also really enjoy their tacos. They also have very generous servings of poke (I personally don't get the poke from here because it's already mixed in with raw onions and I don't like raw onion).
