The interior has intricate flower lighting and gives a high end Asian Influenced vibe. The food did not disappoint. What we ordered: Miso Cod Tacos- tasty app, kind of like a lettuce wrap but with a delicious cod Maguro and salmon sashimi - okay, wouldn't order again Spicy duck noodles - filling dish, duck is flavorful, definitely has some spice to it Baby bok choy- nice accompaniment to the meal Duck panang - like a duck curry, unique and would order again Service was good, not great. Awful experience started off with our reservation was not being honored. We were offered a high-top table at the bar which doesn't require a reservation and had serval people standing and crowding around it. We opted to wait and after nearly 45 minutes passed, we asked the host for an update: no progress and offered us again, the same table as earlier. We had plans after dinner, which ultimately we were late to, so we took the undesired table. I was getting frequently bumped into by the drunk bar crowd behind me. If this didn't already irritate me, then it was the music from the DJ right next to me. The table was right next to the booth and he was playing music for what seemed to be the entire restaurant. Fuhu is part or wholly owned by the Zouk group or whatever and I don't mind the bumping beats, but it was so loud I had to turn one ear to my date, and cover the other with my hand... "What!?" I screamed out loud several times that night. The only good thing out of this experience was our server. Even though he wasn't around much, when he did show up, he was really polite. I kept my eye out for servers and food runners and didn't see them around much. Caught the other guests doing the same thing I was, the looks over the shoulders and around the dining area for any sign of staff. I can't even really comment on the food because, while it may have been delicious but this experience spoiled it. We got sushi and steak, but whatever. Before leaving, I stopped by the restroom and had to wait outside because this unisex restroom was full. While I stood, I took a look into the back dining rooms. Everyone looked like they were celebrating and having a great time. Made me think that tables in the front room, where I was seated, doesn't get the service and attention as the larger parties in the back. I really wanted to like this place because it's so cute and they had a live DJ and the food presentation is on point but it completely lacks flavor. Or it is over salted. The smoked oysters were the best part and they were still sub par. It's really hard to mess up a steak and this place did it with the sauce that they pour on top of it for "presentation". Salt city. Had I known the sea bass was going to be chopped up and fried, I would not have gotten it. Hands down the worst seabass on this side of the Mississippi. Had some wonton dessert that I told the waitress no chocolate sauce and the menu fails to mention that there's chocolate in the pastry. Not only was the wrap mushy and not crispy at all like a wonton wrapper would be but unfortunately we already paid the bill before biting into the worst dessert possible. My boss and colleague so graciously wanted to take me out for my birthday. I so appreciate them. These ladies are amazing and I'm so honored to do great work as a government contractor and work on the team. We selected Fuhu, we had never been. We made a reservation, we wanted a booth but it wasn't available so we got seated in the back. Our server was amazing. We shared it was our first time and we asked for recommendations. He was knowledgeable about the menu, we were impressed with him and he provided great recommendations. We started with Tiger Shrimp and Crispy Seafood Dumplings. Delish. Great start. Next, we ordered crispy salmon and spicy tuna rolls. Perfect portions and great flavors. Next, we ordered roasted half duck, kimchi fried rice, spicy duck noodles. Great to share, family style among ourselves. Portions were great. Since we were celebrating my birthday, we ordered the banana cake which was another great item we enjoyed. Our waiter had a candle and a happy birthday chocolate candy on it as well. Overall, food and restaurant is nice. BUT, NEEDLESS to say, the manager, Manny or Manuel has to be the rudest and uncouth person in F and B that I've ever encountered. In less than 4 minutes, he ruined our awesome experience. As locals and pillars in our community, the three of us had NEVER experienced what happened to us. We were literally wrapping up dinner, our bill had been paid and he came to our table and asked us to leave. We figured out a big party was coming in. So he literally asked us to leave. No, "thank you for coming in, we need the space", the vibe from him was literally GTFO. Wow. We were literally getting ready to leave, we had closed out. The fact that he didn't even speak to us with a greeting, that was rude. He could have done this in such a gracious manner, for example: "Hi Ladies, thank you for dining with us. Are you local? Oh ok, great. I see that you celebrated a birthday, can I offer you a complimentary drink at the bar? As you know, CES. Is in town and we have a party that is here for the space but we want to thank you for coming in" BOOM! The end! But to not say anything or even announce who he was, we figured out he was management after we left, but boy did we have a bad taste in our mouth about that less then 4 minute exchange. We know we live in Vegas and we love our tourist town but we should be treated with some type of dignity and respect. In the grand scheme of things, I'm sure Fuhu could give 2 shakes if we return (which we don't plan to, we are happy to spend over $500 elsewhere in town, the beauty of living here, we have options) but that interaction ruined my birthday and that sucked. Amazing decor and environment with pretty decent Asian fusion food and tasty drinks. Fuhu is located in the Resorts World hotel and for a touristy restaurant, it was actually pretty good. The service was attentive and at 7 pm on a Monday evening, it was quite empty so we didn't need a reservation but as we ate, the restaurant filled up. We started with sea bass 'tacos' which had a nice glazed piece of fish with refreshing fruit on top and some crunchies to add texture. With the lettuce cup, it was overall very refreshing and light. The salmon sashimi was topped with black caviar and a light soy dressing. Very good as well. The yellowtail sashimi was tangy and with the fruit topping it added a sweetness to the fish. The sticky lamb chops were amazing. So tender and juicy. Really good! The duck fried rice was rich and buttery. Definitely a good dish to share. The dessert was very disappointing. We started with some sushi and all the rolls we got were great - super fresh and delicious. Came here for the FUHU & Giselle pop up brunch for formula 1 weekend. It was my first time dining here, and the experience had its highs and lows. The hosts were incredibly sweet, greeted us warmly, and seated us quickly, which made for a great start. The meal was a three-course offering that included four appetizers served family-style, one entrée, and two desserts also served in individual portions. From the appetizers, the Wagyu Dumplings stood out as my favorite--flavorful and juicy. The vegan dumplings, on the other hand, were fairly average. The hamachi crudo was just okay, and the Bluefin tuna truffle cone left me disappointed. We weren't given instructions on how to eat it, and I took small bites. Only afterward did the server mention it should be eaten in one bite to fully experience the flavors. For my entrée, I chose the flat iron fillet, which was delicious. The egg was beautifully cooked and paired well with the accompanying potatoes, while the chimichurri added a nice touch of flavor. The dessert was where things fell short. The menu advertised "individual portions," which gave the impression that everyone would receive their own dessert. However, they brought only three desserts for our group of five and expected us to share. This felt disappointing and inconsistent with the menu description. The service was good, but the the review is more about how the food didn't meet our expectations. The signature beef tasted like shaken beef at a restaurant we eat at in OC, but more pricey here. Something about the combination of the wrap, cucumber, oyster sauce and duck; it's just hypnotic. French onion soup crispy dumpling- HOLY MOLY! If I was rich I'd just get a 100 of these HAHAHA the creme fraiche was perfect with the crispy dumplings, just superb! Whoever came up with this appetizer, I applaud you. Tartare- AVOID. You can definitely skip it and try other things on the menu, leave the restaurant without this feeling of regret I am having and have $40 more in your pocket LOLLOLL. The toast that COMES with it though, AMAZING. The more mediocre items: Chicken lomein and seafood fried rice-- "side dishes" are okay; without a doubt great fillers for the table if you have big eaters at the table. The Ketel One, lychee, grapefruit and rose combination was refreshing and clean. The Asian pear salad was OMG so tasty. The frisée lettuce was fresh, and the Asian pear had just the right amount of sweetness. The star of the meal for me was the king crab and truffle fried rice. All I can say about this dish is it was amazing. Plenty of king crab. Last but not least was the king crab tempura. This was flash fried with a mayo type sauce on the bottom of the plate. Unfortunately the positives dont extend that far further as the the waiters were late getting drinks out to everyone (despite the relatively empty dining room) and kept mixing up our orders (a party of 5 is NOT too large to handle). The staff was kind, don't get me wrong, but at this price point there's an expectation for a level of quality as well. Logistics aside, the food itself was...not good. The steak I had was overcooked (they also didn't ask me how I'd like it cooked), small, and relatively flavorless. A couple people got the tempura per our waiter's recommendation and were WOEFULLY let down as the fried fish and vegetables were...soft and limp. Plating was good and cool but if they textures and flavors aren't there to back it up--you just get left wanting more...and for a pretty penny. Sure, access into the dayclub was cool but even that had some delays as there were confusion getting us in (not sure what was so hard seeing that it's literally next door). We had a great time at Fuhu in the Conrad Hilton! Loved the food--we were hungry and pleasantly surprised by the portions. We're not usually the types to eat "fancy," but this place was perfect for a date night out in Vegas. The spicy chimichuri roll was amazing, highly recommend. The pulled chicken sesame salad...I will dream about it. The duck was crispy and the bao buns that came with it were hot and fluffy. Sadly, food fell short of our expectations. For a $30 sushi roll, I expected a better balance in the ingredients; the jicama was too large and overwhelmed each bite. The steak was delicious, though it wasn't cooked to the temperature we requested. I also enjoyed the lettuce cups (?) that were recommended by our server, but the shrimp fried rice was just average. It was concert night to see Chris Young in concert & I decided to bring my other crazy Hawaiian to come have dinner here. I actually order a lemon wedge to add a bit of punch for the deep fried, crunchy chicken bite. For the entrees my friend had the tuna carpaccio and I had the NY strip with the wasabi dressing. My friend liked the carpaccio and said, "it was ok". I'm guessing it was a bit underwhelming to her liking. My NY strip was cooked perfectly but I felt the wasabi sauce needed more flavor. Perhaps it was just a bit under seasoned. I still ate it, it wasn't that bad. For the side. We had the green beans with garlic. It was good! The cook still had the integrity of a good crunch & freshness and the punch of garlic throughout. As Pacific Islanders, we still enjoyed it but with some satisfactory flavors. Over all, this could be for you if you like a bit of Asian bites. It is pricey, but for us it was a pleasant evening. They market themselves to have an "unexpected twist on contemporary Asian cuisine" and with that, "the menu features a wide variety of Asian-inspired dishes." I have to be a bit honest; most of my family enjoy more of the traditional flavors when it comes to Asian cuisines but everything is worth a try at least once. FYI, when there is an event going on, Resorts World enforces event parking at $40. However, if you do have their rewards card, you park for free regardless of whether or not there is an event. We were seated at a circular table with a booth. Unfortunately, their booths can't accommodate a party of five; therefore, there was an extra chair or two placed at the ends to make it up. I guess they don't have bigger tables? There's a QR code at every table for you to access the menu. However, if you prefer a paper menu, they do have them. All the dishes are meant to be shared family style, which is true of many Asian cuisines so that's nice. We ordered a few things to share: Tiger Shrimp - big plump pieces of prawns with great texture. It is deep fried and it was executed very well. It is covered in in garlic mayo sauce, or so it says on the menu, but it seemed more of a sriracha mayo sauce to me. I wasn't a huge fan of the sauce at all -- it was heavy and did not compliment well. It did come with yuzu raisins that had no yuzu flavor. Octopus - comes with two tentacles and the texture suggested that it was poached/sous vide. It was a great texture, not too soft or too chewy -- it was perfect. The sauce it came with is supposed to be black garlic aioli but I fail to taste any garlic component in it? The sauce was good though but I'm not too sure if it was the right pairing. Stir Fried Ong Choy - "garlic, shrimp essence" was what it said on the menu. Garlic? A tiny bit. Shrimp essence? Did not taste it at all. This dish was done horridly. The ong choy was wilted like it was overcooked. Did they boil this instead of stir frying? Also, it came with a dash of sand as extra flavor. Pan Seared Scallops - plump and juicy. Cooked perfectly and the texture was amazing. I believe each scallop was topped with some sauce and looking at the menu, it might be the charred scallion vinaigrette. It was as salty as my tears. The scallops were great until my taste buds got smacked upside the head with sodium. Seafood Fried Rice - really good flavor profile to the fried rice. Had that nice soy umami-ness to it. It was one of the dishes that I liked. King Crab & Truffle Fried Rice - also really good flavor profile. It didn't have the soy umami-ness to it like the seafood fried rice but it had a ton of truffle flavor. Also one of the dishes that I liked. Traditional Roasted Half Duck - I couldn't really tell if this was supposed to be Cantonese style or Peking style. Cantonese style is just the roasted duck with some plum (sweet/sour sauce) while Peking style is where you cut it into pieces and wrap it with crepe/buns, scallions, cucumber, and sauce. Well, Fuhu seemed to decide that they want both. The roast duck was Cantonese style, give to you without bones and in nice pieces. It also came with a side of 12 crepes, scallions, cucumbers, plum sauce, and grinded down peanuts. While it was good, I can't say it was great. FUHU Sticky Lamb Chops - This was cooked perfectly. The flavors of the lamb were fantastic! It was gamey and I loved it! And then I taste the sticky sauce and just wished the sauce didn't exist. I honestly don't think a sweet sauce should go with lamb -- lamb is way better when paired with a cumin-salt-spice mix (xinjiang style). Chicken Lo Mein - pretty good but the flavor is on the lighter side. Good filler if you need it. Spicy Duck Noodles - if you can't eat spicy, don't try this. They do not hold on the spice and it's great. However, I do think lo mein noodles would be better for this dish than thin egg noodles. Also, while I see that there is duck in the dish, I can't really taste the duck. I just taste spice. For dessert, our server recommended the wontons - It's essentially a milky way candy wrapped with a wonton skin and deep fried. They give you chocolate and strawberry sauce to dip it in. It will be a no from me. They were over fried. Strawberry sauce was like strawberry jam mixed with water. Chocolate was good but that's about it. You could give me a chocolate bar instead. Quality and execution of cooking the ingredients is fantastic. The Asian inspired flavor pairings leaves much to be desired. I would not be back and would probably not recommend it. I would suggest going to Street Eats and eat there instead. They do have Fuhu Shack there that you could dine at. Oh, service was decent and prices aren't too horrible for being in a casino. read more

My beautiful wife took me here for my birthday dinner. Locals, if you have dinner reservations, make sure to leave in more than enough time since traffic was a 1.5 hour nightmare. If you do happen to run late, just call and they will happily extend your reservations. The entrance is very alluring adorned with floral chandeliers and seemed to be a little busy so we requested a more "quiet" dining seating option towards the back of the restaurant. Perhaps that wasn't the best choice? Our server was extremely busy and left us waiting for 30+ minutes after taking our app order. My wife was mortified since she wanted to give me a great birthday dinner experience, so we decided to pay our check and leave. Well... LARRY, the manager, was a super kind angel. He apologized and asked us to reconsider staying. He was so nice that we decided to stay and enjoy a great meal! We are so glad we did! MISO cod tacos were INCREDIBLE! I've never been to Nobu but imagine this is what their celebrated Miso Cod is like. It melted in your mouth with an umami sweetness and crunch from mee krob noodles atop butter lettuce cups. The less obvious chicken lo mein was delightful and good portioned. The Spicy Hamamon is also another winner-fresh hamachi, spicy salmon with pickled jicama and a Passion Fruit sauce. I also tried the onion soup dumplings which were ok but probably wouldn't order again. Larry turned our evening around and made it extra special. We can't wait to come back. In Resort World, Las Vegas you'll find Fuhu restaurant. I had the Peiking Duck rice bowl. It was great, with the duck having a little fat which I like. They also have a Speak Easy which has a one drink minimum. What surprised me was when I got the bill. They automatically charge you a 20% tip. This is so the resort can take their 2% from the 20% tip. They're taking that 2% from the workers. read more

Such a beautiful restaurant! Came here for my sisters birthday dinner and the customer service was exceptional. We sat by the bar and received complimentary champagne because our table wasn't ready. The food was delicious but I wish the portion sizes were a bit bigger. I'm not usually a sushi fan but tried some of the sushi the table ordered and they were tasty. I was disappoint that we couldn't visit the club Zouk as it was closed on that Tuesday night. All in all I would come back here and would recommend as a special occasion spot. read more

After she seated us a disappeared away from us the real experience began. Our waiter was very informative about the menu, saying us from over ordering suggesting food items and he was on point.
