Large rolls at a reasonable price (just like your mom's nickname in high school). Their menu is curated to provide just enough options to try something new every time without overwhelming the reader. The chef's perfectly balance the delicate flavors! Highly recommend the Springstreet roll. The light citrus brought the taste to a new level!

We were seated promptly and drink orders were filled. The ambiance was very quiet with light music playing in the background, we could hardly hear the other patrons conversations. The waitress gave a few minutes to make our decisions and we placed our orders: I ordered the Sushi Deluxe My wife ordered the Unagi with rice My son ordered a large Sushi Bowl My sons' wife ordered a large Sashimi Bowl To my surprise ALL the food was devoured as we sat there sharing stories and having light conversation. Our waitresses made sure all water glasses were full and that our Tea Cups were always full. I did not expect such a nice SUSHI Place outside of the San Francisco Bay Area. My wife and I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area where the Sushi Places are only trumped by JAPAN. Thank You Sushi Q for a wonderful dinner and for giving us the opportunity to celebrate Valentine's Day in style. Good food, good service and a nice atmosphere goes a long way with me and my family.

Happy Mother's Day!!…read more Today for Mother's Day, we decided to celebrate with my neighbor and have the best sushi in town here at Jinme. Jinme is consistent. Delicious every single time... so tonight, we celebrated with my daughter. We sat right away and how gorgeous was it tonight!? Balloons, streamers, and Mother's Day table cloths. After a little bit, our server came over and we ordered sunomono and vegetable tempura. Their vegetable tempura was a mixture of the vegetables, in one. Like a birds nest. It came with 4 pieces and a dipping sauce. It was different, but very good. The sunomono (cucumber salad) was cut in half into thin slices without the seeds, and the dressing on it was delicate and went so good with the cucumbers. Quite a bit of time had passed and we were given some complimentary spring rolls to snack on. The sauce it came with was a little spicy & sweet. We ordered a Simba roll, Auburn City roll, 49ers Roll, the Ultimate Roll, and salmon sashimi. All looked fantastic! The sashimi came with miso (as an appetizer). We will ended up sharing everything with each other. I really like that baked salmon roll (Simba). It has a sweet mayo on top. The Salmon Sashimi is my favorite bc the salmon on top is made with high quality salmon belly. The freshness makes me crave this often. The 49ers roll was delicious. It was different from your regular sushi rolls with rice in the outside. it had an entire cucumber casing on the outside of it. The Auburn Roll has thick pieces of red rings and salmon throughout... what a dream... Lastly, we ordered moochi ice cream and deep fried strawberry ice cream... both were out of this world!! This was the first time I have ordered dessert here and it was phenomenal! Strawberry just gets me! Our service was great! The decorations were a cute touch, too. Jinme went above and beyond to make us feel special on Mother's Day!

Our server greeted us right away and was very sweet and attentive. You could tell she was still in training, but everything went smoothly. The only small thing I would suggest is having more napkins at the table, since we were only given one per plate and ended up needing a few more during the meal. We had originally reserved a tatami table, but quickly realized it wasn't the best fit for our group since we had some older people with knee pain. Just a heads up, the tatami seating does not have recessed flooring. Luckily, we were able to adjust to a regular table. Once we were settled, we looked through the menu and ordered a double toro roll, a wagyu roll, and a dinner bento with unagi-don. Happy to report everything we ordered was delicious! The double toro was very fresh and refreshing, and the wagyu roll had a rich, savory flavor that reminded us of a yummy steak. We enjoyed every bite. I was especially impressed with my bento box. The presentation was beautiful and the portions were very generous. The bento came with steamed egg, a fresh garden salad, assorted tempura, and unagi-don. Everything in the box tasted great. The tempura was light and crispy, and the unagi was savory and satisfying with egg ribbons in the rice. I think it might be one of the best bento boxes I've had in a long time. Overall, we had a great experience at Azayaka Japanese Fusion. The food was delicious, the service was warm, and we would definitely come back to try more dishes.

Service 0/5, Ambience 5/5, Food 4/5…read more We came on a Thursday evening around 5 pm on 6/4 and it wasn't busy. First, I want to say the chef was younger, but he put alot of care and effort into each dish, so he should definitely be acknowledged. However, as soon as we walked in, there was no greeting from both of the female servers, only cold stares. Many servers do not give great service to younger tables and assume they won't tip. This occurred throughout our dining experience and we didn't feel welcomed at all. Our table also wasn't the biggest and there was no pre-bussing done to clear our dining space. Also, as a recent graduate, I brought my cap to receive a $15 gift card for their promotion. Instead, she gave a "neighborhood" discount (10% off which made it $10 off). I didn't mention anything since I did not feel like coming back to this location. Then I looked at the receipt, wrote a 20% tip, but this was where I felt scammed. It's difficult to explain and I wish I took a picture, but please check your math on the suggested tip. Total with discount: $98 Previous Total: $108 Suggested Tip: 20% = $20 and Suggested Total: $128 I don't mind tipping $20, but the suggested total would include a $30 tip? I don't know if it's intentional and the server wanted to pocket the discount as her tip, but it did not feel fair. We had two younger kids with us and I didn't want them to notice, so we just left after paying. We been to the Sacramento location many times, but their Roseville location was disappointing. Horrible service.
