I recently visited Fujisan and really enjoyed the overall experience. The flavors in the hibachi were spot on--fresh, well-seasoned, and cooked just right. I personally enjoy the vegetables more than the fried rice, and they did a great job with them. The service was good as well, attentive without being overbearing. The ambiance is also a highlight. It's cozy and has a nice vibe that would be perfect for an intimate date night. The only downside for me was the sushi roll I tried. It lacked flavor and didn't feel worth the price point compared to everything else. Overall, I would still recommend this place, especially for the hibachi and the atmosphere.

Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Constantly moving and quick to refill beverages. The food was perfection. Flavorful. Colorful. Fresh. The place itself is on the smaller side with fun decor.

This place never disappoints. It has a relaxed, easygoing vibe that makes it a great go-to spot, though it can get a bit noisy when it's busy--but that just adds to the lively atmosphere. The service is consistently good, and the sushi rolls are always fresh and full of flavor. It's one of those reliable local staples you keep coming back to. Highly recommend the Salmon King Roll, Spicy Three Way Roll, and Super Yellowtail Roll--they're all standouts. The appetizers are great too and definitely worth trying. Overall, a solid spot for quality sushi and a casual dining experience.

We came for dinner on a weekend night expecting it to be very busy and they were! We lucked out by getting an empty booth fairly soon. Meanwhile they were setting up for a large group at tables in the middle of the small dining room. So we were also happy to get our food order in before tat group. As they were so busy, the staff was a bit harried. It took awhile to get utensils, chopsticks and napkins. We did get our drinks fairly fast, however. I have to say that I liked this restaurant in spite of my not ordering correctly -- that is I didn't love my food, but looking at the rest of its menu and there are other items that I'd like to try. I got their soft shell crab appetizer. I didn't care for the very heavy and overcooked breading. There was no crab taste. In fact. I questioned the server thinking she'd given me chicken tonkatsu. Oh well, won't order this again. I also had their krab and avocado salad. I've had this in other places where it's been served over lettuce. Here it was mixed together with a lot of mayo and a bit gloppy. My husband had a very good dish, however, he had their rainbow Naruto roll (no rice). It was pretty to look at as well as tasty. So, yes, I'd like to return and try them again.

My husband and I have never gone to a sushi place that we would be constantly raving about! We have gone 3 consecutive days in a week LITERALLY! Fresh ingredients and a plethora of variety of rolls! We want to try them all! The rice and filling ratio is perfect every time! Would love if they provide Omakase ! Compliments to the chef and the staff! Super attentive! Super cute wallpapers and decor cozy vibes for sure! We also saw a lot of regulars. This place is officially our regular spot now! We got : Dinosaur Roll- Husband's Goto! Savory and super crunchy and rich in flavor Godzilla Roll Soft Shell Crab roll Osaka Roll Super Yellowtail roll- OUR FAVORITEE!! Rainbow Roll Salmon King - Super rich and fresh

Back again! Yum! Had another great meal and experience! Beautiful presentation and the portions are so generous, we ended up taking most of it home!

I was excited to try this place. What a disappointment . I ordered the spring rolls and Philly roll. The spring rolls had no filling it was all just the wrap. The Philly rolls where the smallest i have ever had and 2 of the rolls i had to spit out because the salmon was not chewable. I do not recommend this place. Wish I had stuck with sushi moto or sushi fan

We waited for menu which seemed ridiculous as we were literally the only people there. The server did not seem knowledgeable about the menu. I asked about the size of the TomKha soup and if they made their own tonkotsu broth. (He said no so ramen was off the table). They didn't have a big pot of TomKha which seems odd for a Thai restaurant. So then I asked about the curries. Which was his favorite. He really didn't have an answer. I asked about massaman curry and asked if it was yellow curry (traditional red, green and yellow curry can be found at most that restaurants). He said it was a little orange, yellow. But it had potato, which is generally a yellow curry, so I just ordered it. When the food came it was beautiful! Colors were vibrant and ingredients were fresh. I'm really picky when it comes to pad Thai, and this was excellent! The yellow curry was really good but would have liked to have been able to add a little spice to it when being prepared. Broccoli was a bit al dente but overall it was very good. We had to get up and request the bill and to go boxes. The server just disappeared. Again... There was one other couple that came in while we were there. Why are we waiting? Clearly we were done and ready for the next step. The service was just really bad! Anyway.. overall, the food is definitely good. We will be back to try the other curries and menu items. I just hope the service is better, because this time around it was really lacking!

All rolls tasted fresh and well seasoned. I would not order the dumplings or the toro sashimi again. The filling in the dumplings was bland and mushy, while the toro sashimi was weirdly cut. It's usually the melt-in-your-mouth tuna, but instead it was meaty in a bad way. The calamari was just okay. Restaurant was big, spacious, and clean. It was my first time trying an all-you-can-eat restaurant where everything is made to order and brought to your table instead of the traditional buffet. You pay one fixed price, then everyone just keeps ordering until they're completely full. The sushi selection is extensive, along with a variety of other dishes, although you probably won't need much else. Plate after plate of sushi keeps arriving at your table, freshly made, incredibly fresh, and cut to order. I really disliked the tempura roll, it was mushy, it felt like a warm purée instead of a roll. Go hungry--you definitely won't regret it. The service was very good, and while the restaurant itself isn't particularly memorable, it's clean and pleasant. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the seating. Some booths are placed very close together, so instead of feeling like we had a private table for three, it almost felt like we were sharing one long table with nine people.

We were introduced to items we hadn't had ever. We decided to finally return. And we learned that 5 years ago, they got new owners. And the menu is now totally different than it was. The small restaurant is located in the back of a strip of stores on the western side of 441/SR 7. It's not the easiest to find. The menu consists of appetizers and different types of ramen. As it was a cooler than normal night, we were in the mood for soup and ramen was fine. I ordered the classic ramen. First you choose the "style", then you choose your broth base. The style determines what is in your soup and what level spice you get. I chose the soy broth. Other choices are miso, tonkatsu, or veggie miso. And I chose the regular egg noodles ramen. Other choices are kale or gluten free noodles. My classic had one piece of roast pork, a whole soft-boiled egg, one pretty colored fish cake, some bamboo shoots, and one piece of dried seaweed. Along with a lot of ramen noodles. My husband selected the Hot & Sour Ramen. It was noodle soup topped with "vegetables", but it didn't seem to have much more than some scallions and green beans. I gave him my egg, so he had some protein. He said his soup had a decent amount of heat. I'm glad we came here to try them again. Now we know.
