My usual order is the Full Moon special with Teriyaki Chicken (not pictured on the chicken because I order the sauce on the side to dip the chicken into) and California Rolls. The special also comes with miso soup, rice, and salad. It's a quick, simple meal where I know the quality will never disappoint. The staff is always extremely friendly as well! We've been coming here for years, so this one is a bit disappointing to write. Lately, the experience just hasn't been the same. The food quality feels like it's slipped--some of the dishes were overly salty, and the overall freshness didn't stand out the way it used to. The timing has also been rough. It takes a while to get seated, and once you're at the table, service feels slow and a bit disorganized. I was running errands around this area when I noticed this sushi spot, so I decided to give it a try. It looks like it's a family owned sushi spot (not really sure ) but it's a nice small location. The service was great. The server was very attentive whenever I needed something. The rolls were very tasty and delicious. I got a salmon roll and 2 other rolls ( I forgot the names of it but I attached the receipt ) and it was all very delicious! The baked one was very good ! And I think the price for the rolls are very good compare to other locations. If you are by the area, I think you should give it a try. 10/10 experience for my first time. read more

I went out to eat with my boyfriend, and we both got sick. I developed severe stomach pain and was vomiting for two days (I got food poisoning); my boyfriend had stomach issues as well. This place does a great business! Today the service was a little slow because we got there right at noontime opening. Usually, they are right on top of service. The ambiance is a little different. They have a sushi bar where you can sit, eat, and watch the guys make sushi. I don't see many sit there during the day. It's a basic good food at a great price vibe. Locals flock to this place. The seats are hardwood, but you don't mind. The food is served quickly enough you don't sit long. My favorite is the teriyaki chicken and tempura combo. It comes with a salad, rice and miso soup. The price is awesome. Much less than you'd expect. I don't want to say in case it changes. Just bring $20 and you can get that and a beer and some edimame. You'll still have room for a tip. Staff was nice and prompt. FM looked like how I remembered. It didn't look like much has changed in recent years. It was clean and they were about to close until dinner service. In conclusion, the sushi wasn't bad and it wasn't good. It was just ok. Not how I remembered back in its day. The fish didn't taste fresh and my rolls fell apart when I picked them up with some chopsticks. I ate them, but it didn't hit the spot for me. I honestly don't know if I'll be back. Fantastic sushi! Super great when it comes to prices and the raw fish is very fresh. We ordered the salmon lemon roll, the Philadelphia roll, and the rainbow roll.
